The girl at the desk couldn't possibly have cared less about our presence. I left not really knowing if the trailer had even been accounted for. Someone called me two days later to verify whether I'd dropped the trailer off.

Unable to get app or website to “share location”. Was not clear exactly where to drop off equipment. Was able to get a hold of customer service in under three minutes, explain situation, describe drop off location and address and get issue resolved all under 10 minutes. Very happy with service other than technology not working!

I'm sorry, but this location is not well trained in rental return transactions. I have dealt with them twice and they just can't seem to enter returns correctly. They overcharge your credit card, not once but twice. Then you have to call them to straighten out everything. Never again will I use this Uhaul on 41st & University area.

There were computer issues that created problems for the staff, which lead to mistakes. The staff helping with the equipment was excellent, friendly and professional. I was not happy with the desk staff, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they were dealing with computer issues compounded by being very busy as well.

The rental agreement felt deceiving to me. I didn't realize I would be charged something in the neighborhood of $1/mile in addition to the rental rate and refilling the truck with gas. Additionally the truck had a leak in the roof that dripped all over some of my nice furniture (it was raining the day I moved). Someone clearly knew there was a leak because there was an attempt to TAPE the leak in the roof. Overall, I was not very happy about the experience.

You most improve your telephone customer care and service I called a couple of times and got disconnected and was never called back and was told they only take incoming calls and policy is to not call back . I scheduled delivery with a moving company, and you guys gave them an empty Ubox instead of the one that I shipped from Virginia. They had to go back and return the empty one and bring the correct one. This delayed my move by more than an hour. Not great...

I had the absolute worst service while picking it up. When I returned it I got charged extra for gas even though it had more gas than when I started and was charged double for retuning after 5 (never told me earlier). They also didn’t have all of the equipment that I reserved.

When my 14 year old son and I walked into the location after making a reservation it smelled of marijuana which was an immediate turn off. It took a long time to get any help because there was only one employee working behind the counter. Then I was shocked when I saw my final bill, given the contracted rate I was quoted and based on the agreement. It was double the amount it should have been. I've already submitted a request for a partial refund.

When I tried to do the mobile check in, the key was not in the lock box. I then had to wait in line and there was only 1 employee on site. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get a key. Once we opened the truck the utility dolly I reserved wasn’t in the truck.

Moving blankets and dolly were left in the rain despite their being a covered awning 20 ft away or the open truck 10 ft away. Employee Tontanisha Freeman has very poor customer service. She is unhelpful and rude. Her spiteful behavior during our transaction was confusing. I wasn’t even sure I had actually rented the truck, she didn’t tell me thank you or give instructions for return. She just walked off from the desk. Terrible experience. She doesn’t meet the Uhual standards,

The location did not have the equipment (furniture dollys) that I rented. So at the last minute I had to find somewhere else to rent them and then had to keep the truck for longer. The guy working at the desk was really rude about it and made me feel like I was being unreasonable by expecting them to have the equipment that the website said they had. He was also sitting at the desk watching a show on his phone and seemed distracted by that while he was talking to me. The truck I got was dirty on the inside and the center console was covered in some sort of sticky liquid, like the previous renter had spilled a soda or some other sugary drink all over and it was never cleaned at all.

The only thing I can think of is to figure out the miles per gallon so when you go to fill up you will know approximately how many gallons of fuel to put back into the tank.

The team was perfect! Very helpful! I initially rented a pick up truck but due to weather I had to switch to a box truck last minute. They were able to accommodate me without any trouble.

Regular maintenance needs to be done to car transport that I rented. The front leg ratchet tie down needed to be lubricated it was kind of hard to tighten.

Mark was super nice in helping me with my different options, price matching a different company's quote for me, and even changing the tire on the trailer at the last minute because it looked a little old (despite it being super early in the morning and really cold outside). There were some issues with picking up the truck originally and I had to go to a different location then come back for the trailer, but they got resolved.

The female representative was disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. The truck was not clean specially the wind shield interior was very dirty and could cause accident due to limited cleaertiy. Tires pressure was low, gas level was not accurate.

i'd give it above average to exccellent if they hadn't intentionally charged an extra 20 for fuel. thankfully we took pictures of the fuel gauge at pick up and drop off proving we left it with the same amount of fuel. then we were issued a refund to the debit card which never made its way to the bank. the dishonesty is the biggest issue then the inconvenience. NOT OK

The online rental is a joke. I signed up in advance to make rental quick and easy, but then said I needed to see an associate. When I got there the line was 4 deep and your staff was busy doing other things. Took me 30 min to rent the truck. Ridiculous!! Don’t offer the online version, smartphone option if you don’t actually have it! Don’t lie to your customers, were not as dumb as you think.

Fast, friendly service. Even though their lot was very full, they accommodated us by arranging a spot for us to unload our 2 UBox containers into one of their trucks (which took several hours). The 20' truck was clean and maintained. Also, the return process was super quick and easy.

I told them I was supposed to return the trailer to that location and they demanded to see the paperwork, which I couldn’t produce. Rather than looking the order on the computer they demanded that I go get it from my truck. Still couldn’t find it and when I went in and showed them the order on my iPhone they still said they couldn’t take it but he decided to “go take care of this fucking shit” and walk out with me. He then saw that it was one of the trailers that had to be delivered back to that location and blamed me for not knowing it was an “HO”. NO APOLOGY FOR BEING WRONG. NEVER WILL RENT FROM THAT LOCATION EVER.
