You most improve your telephone customer care and service I called a couple of times and got disconnected and was never called back and was told they only take incoming calls and policy is to not call back . I even ask to talk to customer service and they told me they would get back to me the next day and no call ! Thanks Tom

I scheduled delivery with a moving company, and you guys gave them an empty Ubox instead of the one that I shipped from Virginia. They had to go back and return the empty one and bring the correct one. This delayed my move by more than an hour. Not great...

I had the absolute worst service while picking it up. When I returned it I got charged extra for gas even though it had more gas than when I started and was charged double for retuning after 5 (never told me earlier). They also didn’t have all of the equipment that I reserved.

When my 14 year old son and I walked into the location after making a reservation it smelled of marijuana which was an immediate turn off. It took a long time to get any help because there was only one employee working behind the counter. Then I was shocked when I saw my final bill, given the contracted rate I was quoted and based on the agreement. It was double the amount it should have been. I've already submitted a request for a partial refund.

The Pick-Up process was fast. I was in & out in 15 minutes

When I tried to do the mobile check in, the key was not in the lock box. I then had to wait in line and there was only 1 employee on site. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get a key. Once we opened the truck the utility dolly I reserved wasn’t in the truck.

Moving blankets and dolly were left in the rain despite their being a covered awning 20 ft away or the open truck 10 ft away. Employee Tontanisha Freeman has very poor customer service. She is unhelpful and rude. Her spiteful behavior during our transaction was confusing. I wasn’t even sure I had actually rented the truck, she didn’t tell me thank you or give instructions for return. She just walked off from the desk. Terrible experience. She doesn’t meet the Uhual standards,

The location did not have the equipment (furniture dollys) that I rented. So at the last minute I had to find somewhere else to rent them and then had to keep the truck for longer. The guy working at the desk was really rude about it and made me feel like I was being unreasonable by expecting them to have the equipment that the website said they had. He was also sitting at the desk watching a show on his phone and seemed distracted by that while he was talking to me. The truck I got was dirty on the inside and the center console was covered in some sort of sticky liquid, like the previous renter had spilled a soda or some other sugary drink all over and it was never cleaned at all.

The only thing I can think of is to figure out the miles per gallon so when you go to fill up you will know approximately how many gallons of fuel to put back into the tank.

The team was perfect! Very helpful! I initially rented a pick up truck but due to weather I had to switch to a box truck last minute. They were able to accommodate me without any trouble.

Regular maintenance needs to be done to car transport that I rented. The front leg ratchet tie down needed to be lubricated it was kind of hard to tighten.

I never saw the storage facility since I had my stuff delivered. My only complaint was some poster frames got damaged from the rain. Not a big deal.

for uhaul management and not for this facility: when i start relocation i do not know which area in city i will finalize house. allow change of uhaul address near to house while goods are in transit.
