No I want to thank u for reporting it stolen and me having to go to jail my daughter almost went to CPS. Thank you kindly. I spoke to one of your representatives an let them no that I was going to keep it a little while longer. U will be hearing from my lawyer do to wrongfully detained an all the emotional distress my daughter will go through do to your guys lies about it being stolen. See you soon

I drove the truck 24 miles. UHaul has billed me for 75 miles. There is no way I drove 75 miles. I calculated the miles before I rented to assure the distance and cost of the rental. I calculated the miles once again when I was told I owed for 51 extra miles and it was still 24. UHaul is trying to triple bill me and that is not right and I will not let it happen.

I tried to use the after hours drop online process, but the website wouldn't let me do it because I wasn't physically standing in their lot when I tried to do it (I had already dropped the truck off and left). I was then charged the $20, ridiculous.

Make your employees friendlier. Our reservation was for 7am. We arrived at 6:53 to find one of your employees standing outside. As she saw us walking up she immediately locked the door and started tending to vehicles on the lot. We weren't trying to enter. We were simply standing there and she didn't acknowledge us with a good morning we will be open shortly. Nothing. It felt rude. I did an online reservation and opted to check myself in. However I was having issues with the app. Your other employee told me to step to the side and figure it out. By the time I did your site crashed and he was stuck with a very long customer issue. I didn't get my truck until close to 8am. Had he assisted me I probably could have been on my way sooner

Horrible experience. There was one guy working we had to walk all over the building to find him. He was txting and laughing the whole time at the front desk. He did not inspect the vehicle or give any help or direction he just pointed to a random truck and said go ahead and take that one then walked back inside. Took me 20 mins to figure everything out I will never use this location again

Consider Having a Mileage Allowance on the Van Rental(s). For Example, 25 miles are free. If a customer goes over 25, then charge $1.00 for the 26th mile, etc.

There are 2 asian girls that work there. The younger, smaller girl is very nice and polite. There is an older asian woman, possible 25-28 who seems to be the lead or person in charge. The first time picking up the truck she made no attempt to let me know that I was close to being helped, walk past me multiple times, and made no attempt to help me. The you get asian girl got me all checked out and she was nice. The lead/manger was rude, indirectly told me to move my car to another location on the lot. Technically I didn’t have to, it didn’t obstruct anything, but I did so to be polite. I came back today and as I was getting checked in a Hispanic guy with a scruffy beard was checking me in. He was very polite. The same older asian girl interrupted my process of being checked in to as the Hispanic guy what he wanted from McDonalds right across the street. He declined any food and she kept insisting and double checking “are you sure? No ice cream?” Etc. This was right in the middle of being checked in. I suggest sending a secret shopper or someone from corporate she is very rude and I am considering never going back to this location. Keep in mind this location is special to me because I joined the navy and got my first uhaul truck here and took it to South Carolina. I went out of my way to go to this location out of sentimentality. Anyways, I apologize for not being able to name names and could only refer to people from their genders and ethnicity, I didn’t expect to get a survey and normally not a complainer.
