ensure that time is taken to state what would happen at the other end and not just state ... I can't tell you anything because I can't see it untill after you pay ??? ... I did a one way rental - did not get to pick it up at the location I requested and when signing contract was not able to look at it first ... I did not know I could check it in electronically when I returned it until AFTER I had left the area and the trailer was already secured in the lot

The cup holders were sticky and had stains in them. The $1.29 per mile charge I feel is too high for in town use

Terrible customer service. Terrible IT service. Your app as well as your website continually failed during truck return. I spent an hour in the cold trying as well as calling in. I will probably not rent from uhaul again.

Excellent system wiTh returning equipment! I felt like a gold member at a large car rental location at the airport when they have check in valets! It was quick, swift and professional in receiving the truck and listening to and advising me if my complaint regarding not having received a furniture dolly at the pickup location.

This location in a congested area but the employees are great despite traffic and crowds

There was no space on site to leave my vehicle. They did instruct me to park 3 buildings away in the back spaces of a strip mall. Not great for me, 68 yr old woman and it was raining, coming back after dark. Had no options but to do it. Only for that reason would I not use them again or recommend them.

While this location was great, the online reservation and over-the-phone customer ServiceSource process was extremely poor. U-Haul changed my pick up location three times, called to let me know that my reserved and confirmed equipment was no longer going to be available, and, when I called to discuss it, the service from the Woodbridge, VA office was poor and argumentative to say the least. In the future, I will always seek out an alternative to using U-Haul.

Issue isn’t with location the problem is the fact that I had to call the 800 number three times to report that the 1/2 dozen of pads that I was charged for were not in the truck. Additionally, someone should explain to customers that when closing out your ticket via the mobile app you need to do that at the physical location. If not, once again you are stuck calling the 800 number, and they can not close the ticket.

The agents were friendly and knowledgeable and the rental process was quick and efficient. One of the agents brought the truck up front at the main entrance and it was greatly appreciated because it was a very cold morning. I would also like to express that the movers from Pender Moving Services were excellent!

During a busy Saturday morning, there was only one person to attend to everyone's needs resulting in a line forming quickly. I made a reservation for two furniture dolly's. Yet, there were no furniture dolly's available. This created problems for my move. I strongly suggest your reservation system syn up with current availability of moving equipment or else a customer is greatly impacted when reserved equipment is not available.

Was fairly upset that the pickup location I had set up was not the one that I was allowed to use, this put me way behind schedule my entire move. If I reserved a week in advance the equipment I requested should be available where it is requested, not 45-1hour away.
