Let people know that they can't park at the u haul location. I had to go back home and pick up my son then go back to the store so he could drive my car home. You need parking there, but other then that everything was great.

The customer service representative who checked out my vehicle was rude. In seeking clarification on a question his responses were terse and standoffish. Were it not for the fact that I had already set up the appointment for the rental and had a schedule to meet I would have cancelled my rental to give my business to another U-Haul location. Otherwise, the equipment was immaculate and meeting the standard that I have come to know and expect from U-Haul. Checkout and return were similarly excellent.

The guy working on the day I picked up was very helpful and kind, while the employee that I turned the vehicle into, came off as impatient and likely having a bad day given his somewhat rude demeanor. Otherwise, my overall experience was a good one.

Truck had not been sanitized. (Visible amount of dog hair everywhere.) I expressed my concern to the rep: His posture and verbage was cavalier. Associate Dominic professionally ask for the key and quickly went to sanitize and vacuum the truck. (He moved so fast, that I did not get a chance to take the required picture.) Despite, I held up my end of the contract. The only reason for this site recommendation to a friend is because of the convenient location. But I will encourage them to take pictures.

I reserved a truck for 12 pm. On the day I was supposed to pick up my truck, I received a call that I wouldn't be able to get my truck til 2:30 pm. Great inconvenience and messed up my day and move, as a portion of it had to be done when it was dark because of this. Isn't there some kind of $50 guarantee I get for not getting my truck when I was supposed to? I didn't hear any mention about that either.

Make sure the after hours return works in the website becuase I tried it for an hour and a half and I gave up becuase it was 11:30 pm and I just moved houses by my self so I was tired and had to drive at least an hour home. But I was charged correctly so I don't have a problem with that, I just want the online return to work

Seems silly that I reserve everything on line with my credit card and then when I arrive, I have insert my card into your machine again. Additionally, why do I submit pictures of my license online, only to hand it over to the attendant at the counter. Seems like there is a lot of redundant steps that could be eliminated.

Mobile pick up was horrible. I had issue with mobile pick up. I called the customer service, and it was even worse. Very unprofessional customer service staff. Need to provide customer care training to the customer service staff.

The owner/manager of this location is a very hard worker. By the time I strolled up at 7am, the place was already well lit and open and he was working very hard preparing everything. I got what I needed done quickly and professionally. On return, the person who served me was also professional and courteous. I would definitely do business with them again and will recommend.

Rep at pick up was nice and effecient, but while on highway found out that turn signal was not working almost causing serious accident. Mentioned it when I returned truck and representative said "ok, we will fix it". I said I almost had an accident due to this and he just looked at me. I got annoyed and said maybe I should get some type of discount due to this. Again he just looked at me. No apology, no let me get a manager for, nothing. Should not be my job to inspect Uhauls vehicles for every safety feature. That is not a reasonable expectation!

The Uhaul truck and equipment were not ready at the specified time I reserved it for and required me to wait for them. This is problematic for those who are on a tight schedule and need to be prompt with their timing.

The vehicle leaked transmission fluid all over my asphalt driveway. I brought the truck back and told the manager and the check-in man this and they ignored me; I got silence. I stated it 3 times and there was no response. I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies and spent over an hour cleaning the mess because it was so bad. They were only concerned with locating the vehicle that was leaking; they werent sure which of their rentals it was. When I returned with the truck and told them my vehicle caused a mess to the home driveway, they only cared that they located they truck. I said, "no discount, no apology, just blank stares?" No response; terrible customer service. BTW it was a large puddle, not a small one. I've been in sales and customers service over 20 years. I would at least have acknowledged a customer's concern.

Moving is difficult enough but not having the trailer ready on time is terrible. I had people over to help and we stood around for hours because the trailer was not in the Uhaul location I do not blame the employees at the site but who ever does the scheduling should find a new career.

Trucks are not inspected before being given to customers. I rented a 26 foot truck and when loading my household contents my son noticed two huge gashes in the tire. This is not safe at all. When I called the store I was told to just call roadside assistance. The truck should have never been allowed to leave lot in the condition it was in.

Nothing! Everything was great. Leslie with Customer service helped me find a truck quickly when Budget said they could not fulfill my reservation when I arrived at their junkyard facility. The truck and pickup location was great, and the drop off was simple and pleasant. Great experience!

The truck that I rented had been left with debris in the back and had not been cleaned.UHaull personnel promptly cleaned the back and apologized and provided some moving blankets which I very much appreciated. It was not a big problem but it is the first time ever that I have had that experience and I have rented a number of trucks from UHaul.. Stuff happens and UHaul personnel responded well. Kudos to them for that.

The customer service was good. The truck was very clean, but the maintenance was very poor. The truck was shaking VERY BAD until I thought the truck was going to fall apart. That was not a good look if you are a business and renting your vans and trucks out to customers. If they correct that issue. They should be looking at 4-5 stars on an average review.
