Make sure truck is cleaned out in the back. I had a 4ft by 4ft glass panel that broken and shattered that i had to clean myself left over from last customer.Troy O.

The cab was full of dog hair, from a previous customer I assume, luckily we didnt need to put anything in the cab. The rates we were quoted weren't what we were charged. We paid nearly DOUBLE what we were quoted at the time we made the reservation. What's up with that?! I placed the reservation but my partner did the pick up so I didnt even notice the drastic jump in price until after we dropped the truck off. Also the guy working there told my partner we HAD to drop off the truck in fort washington, which is out of rhe way for us and reauored an additional trip, but the person I made the reservation with said that we could drop the truck off at any uhaul location, including where we were moving to. He didn't say anything about " fort washington being the only drop off location" WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!!JOHNATHANMATTHEW S.

Made a reservation for a 20 inch truck for a one way trip since I was moving long distance. I ended up with a 17 inch truck at a different location that was not a one way truck! So not only did I not have enough room for my belongings; I had to drive the truck all the way back to the pick up location the next morning. I then I had to pay someone else to remove the remaining items from my home the next day; resulted in a two day moving job instead of one! I had to spend much more money than intended. If the truck that I wanted wasn't available a reservation should've never been confirmed! Never again!DANIELLENICOLE P.

To improve customer service it would be helpful to have everyone on the same page. I was verbally quoted a total less than $500 and advised I would have 24/7 pick up service at 0430. I arrived at that time and after contacting the 800 Uhaul number, Kelly advised I was unable to complete my order based on the equipment needed. I had to return to the location at 0900 waited an hour for the system to be fixed for my rental to be processed which cost $522.50 (not less than quoted) and had me lose time not arriving to my destination during daylight. I didn't get home until 0300 but was able to do a partial return for the hitch before my allotted time. I returned the truck before the agreed upon timeframe and the allotted tank amount to be charged an approximate additional amount of $12. The beginning process was incredibly lengthy, confusing and unfortunate. After the purchase I found I could have made the same rental for $300 less. The return was great, easy drop off no questions asked out the door.Stacye L J.

1. Please walk me out to the precise truck. Don't just tell me it's over there. 2. Please advise me that the truck already has a padlock, so that I don't have to buy one. Seems like the sales rep knew why I was buying a lock (to lock the truck), but the truck already has one. Additionally, the sales rep did not know why there were 2 keys; one was for the ignition and the other was for the pad lock. Please know what you are renting.Jee V.

I'm not sure if this reflects upon this specific location as trucks come from everywhere-I did the mobile checkout where I had to confirm damage on the truck thinking it would be faster. I could not really see the supplied images of the truck (it said to use landscape mode, but the page wouldn't reorient when flipped...but they would have been too small that way anyway without being able to download). There were hardly any "X" stickers on the truck, which had an incredible amount of scratches and dents that I didn't want to be held accountable for. The gas gauge didn't match the gas on record either. One of the tires is slashed as well. I would definitely never use mobile check out again, I wasn't timing it but I think it took me 30 minutes of writing notes and taking pictures of damage of a truck that isn't even mine, which was pretty ridiculous. The staff here was very nice during my very limited interactions with them. Returning the truck took just a couple of minutes, and that's only because someone pulled in right before me with a return.James R.

The process of obtaining the rental vehicle, in store, was not good. When we finally got the key, tried to start the vehicle but were not told about having to push the brake and pull the key out a bit. Had to wait to get someone to show us how to do it. Was told that I could not unhook or hook back the trailer that I rented and it would need to be done by U-Haul. If that is so then why are there pictures and instructions on the back of the truck showing how to do this?ANTHONY R.

The equipment was cleaned but it smelled bad. I used a ton of Lysol spray to kill (attempt to) kill the odor. The seats could've used a bit of cleaning off but I threw something over it. Chris went out of his way to help me and the other gentleman was nice as well; I didn't expect the great customer service from these two. This is the primary reason for the high rating. In spite of what's going on, they were handling the customers (sometimes it was busy) very well.ROLANDA J.

Your check in representative needs to be a bit less "robotic". I realize Sunday afternoon is a busy time for returns, but a bit more personality would have been nice. Did not get a "Thank You for renting with us" or anything near that....just "You're all set, see ya"THOMASEDWARD E.
The location is directly off of a very busy street. The parking lot has very little customer parking. With that said, the personnel was very prompt with receiving our rental equipment. Just be prepared to possibly park your vehicle next door at the Wendy's.Lateish M.
