I know it is hard to get more people but your location could use more people. On weekends may want to have people come in early to return equipment to their spot on the lot from those that dropped off after hours. There was a back-up of vehicles in the return equipment area that caused issues with returning equipment once your location opened. Had to pull one of your staff from the counter during open hours to clear the return equipment lane

Front drivers side had a dent and the corner plastic cover was broken. Applied Duct Tape on the inside to keep water coming in while driving through rain.

It makes it very hard to request a truck for a period longer than 24 hours to be told most of the time that it isn't possible. More trucks should be available if being limited on trucks is an issue.

We will never rent from Bettendorf Uhaul again! Or any other Uhaul. We had a TERRIBLE customer service experience with rude phone bank agent and at the local store. We were told we would be able to pick up truck in our local city and the day b4 told that we would have to drive an HOUR away to get truck. We ended up managing after multiple phone calls to get a truck in Bettendorf. When we picked it up the tire pressure indicator light came on 5 mins after we got it, took it back, owner said "it's fine, just a glitchy light" so we drove home & loaded. As we were finishing up, we heard air escaping loudly from the back tire. We then had to wait ON HOLD for an hour with roadside assistance to get someone to come fix tire 2 hours later. The entire process was stressful and ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!

The team at Spruce Hills, Bettendorf came to my rescue. Dispatch called me the day before my scheduled pickup and advised me that my assigned pickup location was 1 hour drive away. Really---that is not the way to great customer satisfaction. Luckily, I chose to drive over to Bettendorf and inquire into availability. There was a trailer that had just been released from maintenance. So, I took the trailer immediately. You should review your policy on pickup location availability and determine how to avoid telling a customer that they need to drive 1 hour to a new pickup location. BTW---my reservation was probably made about a week before pickup and the system took it for Bettendorf pickup.

Not very good communication skills at check in. Have us a truck that was leaking gas and had the check engine light on. Made us late for my job because we had to take the truck back. Not a very good experience

Stop advertising $20 rentals when your charging 85 cents a mile on top of returning the fuel to full. Almost a dollar a mile, when the federal rate per mile is 58.5! Such a scam. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone! Horrible

The front brakes on the truck were the loudest and most worn down on any Uhaul I've rented. Windows are filthy, box was a little dirty,mobile check in did not work! .89 a mile is insane too folks!

Instead of just highlighting information on the contract let customers know they will be charged 20 dollars if they return equipment after closing even if they returned the equipment on time or before.

My $20 rental cost $90. I reserved 2 Dollie's that were not available. I'm not sure they were taken off my bill because it was still $90. I did not use one pack of blankets. Unopened. still charged. I only drove in town so I mileage was minimal. My bill was not itemized. They key was aftermarket and made the vehicle difficult to start.

Please make sure that the vehicle is in proper working condition, the gas tank is completely full upon pickup, improve customer service by not having Representatives that are condescending to customers, and improved service recovery.

Used the app, it was really frustrating. Slow, glitchy, etc. I paid for 24 furniture blankets and received six. I was too busy moving stuff to call and complain and since I never actually saw any person, nor did the app have a place to mention that, I didn't know how to solve the issue. We did call before picking up in order to move our time due to a thunderstorm coming in, staff was friendly and helpful for that.

The problem I had was with the initial reservation. I reserved a 5X8 Trailer a month in advance and was not able to get one. I had to use a 4X8 trailer and was not able to fit all the items I wanted to haul. I also had to travel further just to pick the trailer up, with gas at $5 a gallon that's a big deal.

Truck was very dirty. Associate told us they didn't have time to clean the truck. The windshield was covered in bugs. Then when they went to hook up the car dolly, the brake lights were out and instead of giving me a different one, it took them one hour to service it before I was able to take off. They also changed my pickup location from Illinois to Iowa less than 24 hours before my pickup time. No one called to confirm this. If I hadn't checked online I would have had no idea. I paid for roadside help which included dolly assist, and then was charged an additional $20 for dolly load assistance.

Drop off process was simple and staff was courteous. I only had one issue not related to drop off site. When offered a discount to drop off truck at a different location, it seemed like a great deal. Then I was charged the additional mileage as I had to drive 40 miles to new location. Adjust the program to account for that.

The last truck that I rented from U-Haul at spruce hills had mud splattered on the sides and mud on the floorboards on the driver side of the cabin. I stated that the vehicle was not clean enough for another family to rent and was charged a cleaning fee. I don't feel this is fair because I picked the vehicle up in this condition and I don't think I should have to pay to clean someone else's mess.
