The first location did not have my truck when I arrived at The Hames rd and 92 exit and I had movers ready and paying them and they did not even call me to tell me it wasn't there, Then sent me to Cobb Pkwy, wasted 1.5 hors of my time and money paying movers, This is UN-ACCEPTABLE. Luckily the Cobb pkwy location was polite and king but The truck check engine light came on after driving a bit and I was on a one way long distance trip so this was very scary also the break light and ABS lights kept blinking off and on. These trucks need more mechanical checksTRACY U.

The first truck they gave me the cab wreaked of smoke and was not clean. The second truck was much better. This was the second location where I went to pick up a truck. The first location where I had a reservation did not receive the truck in that was supposed to be mine. This was a huge inconvenience to me! Arrived on a Saturday morning to return, Two trucks were parked at the return center. Both lanes were blocked. Staff could not locate the keys. Ask to move around and drop off the trailer. Third return at this center and service was way off.Mark W.

I was very disappointed with my first experience renting a uhaul van. The manager in charge, Greg, seemed to be very dismissive when I first arrived and when I returned the van, 30 minutes before my due time. He didn't give any attention but called me on the next day to tell me that I was in breach of my contract for notreturning the van on time. I was shocked and angry because when I was there he didn't give me any attention, got my keys, and told me I was fine. Very disappointing experience. I promised I will never go back to that facility. I haven't checked how much he charged me yet but I bet more than what I really own.NATALIA F.

The computer system is slow. It took a long time to process even though I had a reservation.Darius D.
Returned Uhaul 3 days earlier than expected and was not given a refund. Had paid for 8 days to be safe but only needed 5 days. Refund should have been given for the 3 days not used.SHAWN R.

I waited two hours for a truck bc they said their computers were down. They ended up giving me the truck, and said they would discount the rate for my inconvenience. They never gave me a discount. I have always used Uhaul for over 20+ years. They are always reliable from CA to GA I've never had any problems. Cobb is a great location easy to get in and out of with your truck. Staff is friendly and made everything very easy from start to finish!Beth D.

They need to better secure the facility for customers who may need to leave their vehicles while moving. That area is not the safest place to leave your vehicle without even a gate or fence.Joseph H.

I picked up the truck at 5pm during Atlanta rush hour only to find the gas was very low and was going to slow down my move time. Why is there not a full tank of gas when someone rents a vehicle? The staff was nice and friendly, but when I asked why it had barely any gas they just said â€œwell that is how it was returned.â€ I was very disappointed and this is was a major inconvenience to the very short moving window we had........CASSANDRA W.
