Pickup was a hassle! I asked them to switch my equipment, they refused to do it and were very unfriendly & rude. Would not rent from this place again ever! Return was a breeze! Thank you very much!

Not sure if trailer had issues or if wasnt hooked up right. Made a horrible screeching noise frontier area which one moving. Also shook real bad while pulling when filled up

I arranged my appointment for 0700 as I needed to stay with the car. Upon arrival, the assistant manager(AM) told me the hitch installer was in a vehicle accident and would not be in. The pro hitch installer would be in at 0900. I arrived at 0900 and the installer was not in. The AM stated that he would be in in 10 minutes. at 0920, I approached another employee who called the hitch installer who stated he was 10 minutes away. At 0950, the installer arrived. I asked the AM about a credit and she gave me the store managers card. I called Daniel McKinney on his cell phone and he arranged a credit for the installation. When I reviewed both invoices, I was credited 86.90 and the original install was 97.50. In addition, the hitch price was 10.00 more as to what I was charge rather than originally quoted. If I do the math correctly, there should be a remaining refund around 20.00(190.45 - 169.95(+ taxes)).

Uhaul staff at my location on Cobb PArkway obviously resent the requirement to photograph the i.d. and text it to the customer, and have the customer open a page link fromt heir text messaging on their phone. Staff claim it works "for about every other person". It never works for me or my phone, however, we laboriously have to go through this time consuming process each time I visitthe store. I have come every first Friday of th emonth for 5 months because I am an artisit and I do a show each first Friday of the month. Also when it comes time to swipe my card or insert my chip card, the machine freezes most of the time, and the computer or system gets "stuck". It seems sketchy and i always worry my card will be charged twice. But the real kicker this month that made me decide to make other arrangements (I will not be renting the truck from iuhaul each month, I decided to just lease a trailer. The real kicker was trying to check in the truck after hours when I was finished with my art show. In previous months I simply returned the truck atthe time when I had predicted, although the location was closed, I put the keys in the box and park the truck, no problems. This time I was informed thT i HAD TO check it in online when I returned it. I asked if it would work on the laptop, and the answer I got was "yes". However, after going to the uhal website, I was unable to check it in. I donot know why but the website wasn't allowing me to check in. I had to try to use my phone and unfortunately my battery was almost dead on my phone. It had been a long day. After a great difficulty and after calling customer service and trying to explain my situation - my phone was not wrking to check it in online, I do not know why. Customer service just told me to check it on online, i told her that it wasn't working. She said she would get some technical person to explain to me step by step. Was put on hold. A long. long. long. long time. These things made dealing with uhaul deeply unsatisfying. So I have made other arrangements and I won't be a uhaul cuustomer. The pick up process was good. I returned the trailer on the same day about 30 min before closing. When I got to my destination there were unfolded blankets in the trailer. I'm assuming from previous usage. I was told if it wasn't back before closing there would be a additional 20 dollar charge. Ok cool. I was there before they closed. The gentleman did not check the trailer back in til the next day at 2 p.m.. I use that particular u-haul because its close to my wshe. This is the second time dealing with the same individual who seems to not what to do his job. If this continues I'll have to take my business else where.

The Reps slurred their speech and I could barely understand them. They acted like I was a nuisance to be there doing business. One of the guys was wanting to call his girlfriend back for her to pick them up lunch. He walked away from the counter to talk to the manager in the back to see if they had a trailer. That is fine but he could at least let me know what he does doing. I am sorry I bothered the staff to rent a trailer. Next time I will go elsewhere. Thanks!

1. Trailer cable for lights hung too low and was destroyed. Trailer tongue height to ground was ~6", way too low, when loaded i am sure it was lower. Gladly manager refused to charge me for it since renter cannot be held liable for something stupid like that.

The young ladies in the office were so nice and customer service friendly!! They are an example of great customer service. They greeted me entering and were super helpful!

Nothing customer service was great, sign in was easy. Check in a breeze, friendly staff. If needed will def use them.

Prices. I was told one number and ended up paying triple what I expected. Also I got the hitch put on today and already have to go back because my exhaust is not put on correctly.
