Manager was very rude. When explaining to her that I've been to this location before and I've used a chase debit card she proceeded with “they probably thought you were cute” like that wasn't called for and very unprofessional. She definitely could've responded in a more professional way. But at the end of the day I was still respectful but could've smacked the shit out of her for her disrespectful mouth. It was definitely more but that was the highlights of this conversation with your manager.

The A/C did not work. It was blowing out hot air. The truck was clean and nice, just make sure the A/C is working on a hot day & the heat is working on a cold day! That would have helped my experience.

This was the second facility I went to. The first facility in Vinings hooked up the trailer and then refused to let me take it because they said it only had 2 of the 3 required chains (which wasn't true, because I was then able to get the same trailer from the second facility with 2 chains). The second facility couldn't figure out how to remove the damage insurance which I didn't want, so they charged me for it anyway. The whole experience took hours of my time and was very frustrating.

The staff was under trained. The whole process took much longer than it should have and our reservation was not there, then it was there and then not. We were ready to walk out when we suddenly got the truck. The paper work after that seemed to take for ever. We finally got our 10 am registration at 11 am so we lost a whole hour.

Work on your customer service, uniforms, process and employees. Upon renting the vehicle, the young lady I was later told was the manager, wouldn't even get up from her seat to address my concerns regarding the truck I was renting. She was on the computer and then her personal phone as I stood their waiting to be addressed. Upon returning No one but one of 4 had on identifying clothing. I only paid attention because one asked me for the key and said they would email me my receipt. I was hesitant to give him the key so I went inside. I told the young man behind the counter and his response was, none of us are wearing uniforms. Hmmm. That makes it right, fraud, he could've stole The vehicle. The young man later returned with a uniformed shirt on and completed my return. He was very kind, I didn't get his name. This location has to change their image. The location is clean, the trucks are clean and newer. I was so disappointed. It cost nothing to be kind. Serve your customer!!

Customer service was awful, lady wearing the hat that was there had an attitude for no reason at all. When we received the truck it was below a quarter tank and went on empty after only driving 9 miles. Would not recommend this spot at all mostly due to the extremely poor customer service. There was a 2nd lady at the register when I came back to check out and she was pleasant but the other lady was very rude.

On Saturday August 1, I witness the young lady Tamika verbally assault another customer. The other customer was given the wrong information regarding a car transport and he was upset.. He was given the runaround.. This young lady made the situation 8 times worst with her attitude and verbal assault... She was way outta line.

I made reservation for one location in Atlanta (2175 Piedmont) and UHaul changed the location without notifying me. Further, the new location was 30 minutes away (I had chosen Piedmont for convenience and service quality I had experienced there previously). This un-notified changed cost me 2 hours and resulted in me arriving home at 2AM after a 10 hour drive. Then, the new location couldn't get the trailer on my UHaul hitch and suggested I purchase a hitch that would work - the very same hitch I already had. Why he couldnt make mine work, I dont know, but it cost me a new hitch. All in all, this was not a good experience with UHaul - and the first time it hasn't been a good experience after renting multiple trailer and trucks over the last 3-4 years.

I have rented from this location three times this year. Every time I go there, it is the same young woman behind the counter. RUDE, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED, DISMISSIVE, like you are "bothering her" just by being there. EVERY TIME. I will not use Uhaul again. There is a PENSKE rental just up the street. You should really do something about her.

Outside of the location and staff, my experience with U-Haul was unacceptable. My location was changed from one location to another and back without notification. Over-booking reservations cause a great convenience and cost me valuable time.

Ensure trucks are thoroughly cleaned, pest free and have air conditioning. The first truck I was issued had a lot of roaches and had dirt in it. The second truck I was issued didn't have an AC. Both of these issues are completely unacceptable. No one should have to fear taking roaches home due to a truck having pests and no one should be subjected to driving a truck in 90+ degrees without air conditioning. This is the second time I was issued that truck. How hard is it to take the truck out of service until the AC is fixed. The U-Haul rep did discount mileage so I appreciate that, but it shouldn't have even been an issue to deal with.
