The drop off process was a bit confusing but I just went inside the told the front desk that I was dropping off the vehicle. If there is a self drop station.. I would have an attendent or someone out there for better customer service but the check in process was seamless and the assciate who helped me was super nice.

I had a very hard time returning the trailer. I had to go to another location. I feel I should be compensated for having to travel to another location. Never again!

I originally had a pick up at Star Chevron Food Mart LLC. They receive 1 stars from reviewers on line. When I arrived, they had no trucks. The place was terrible. If I was UHaul I would be embarrassed that location had my name any place near it.

Renting this Uhaul has been one of the most horrific experiences I have endured. Inreserved a truck for a one way trip because I am moving out if state. The online check in to receive my key this morning was slow and confusing. Somewhere along the way my reservation got changed to in town, even though you charged me for 200 miles. Then you charged me another 300 to return my truck in Georgia where I wanted to return it all along. The store in Georgia called a regional FedEx and an associate named Tina screamed at me over the phone. I cannot express how unhappy I am with this experience and would like to be contacted asap.

The staff did not have motivation to help customers. I initially called to confirm that the location had the trailer I was looking for available. I talked to what I assume was customer service outside the location. I arrived and immediately was immediately met with an attitude that I was wrong and at the wrong location. Mr. Richardson was I assume new and getting trained and was great once he figured out how to work the system. The older gentleman made it seem that I was bothering him by renting a trailer. Upon return within two hours I arrived again with three people outside and no one asked if I was returning the equipment they all just watched as I wen inside. The same disgruntled guy that gave me attitude on pick-up was still sitting at the same desk as I approached to submit my paperwork for return. He said," you need to take it to them outside, I don't know why you came in to return the trail." He started laughing at me. It was a terrible experience and from now on I am just going to go buy a trailer. I would rather spend 1000 dollars to not deal with these workers ever again.

Don't change pick up location at the last minute, and show the correct pick up location on the app. This location was nearly 10mi further away from me than the one I requested.

Dishonest management -- charged an after hours return fee when I did not return it after hours, and charged a $125 cleaning fee because there were a couple empty cardboard boxes in the truck - which I would gladly have removed had someone said there would be a fee. I didn't know since when I returned the vehicle the guy grunted to just leave the keys in the vehicle and walked away so didn't come around to inspect or answer any questions I had.
