Stop trying to screw over customers with your bait-and-switch insurance. For the casual person clicking through to rent a truck, you purposefully hide the fact that your normal Safe Move insurance does not cover overhead collisions, even though you know perfectly well that those are the most common. It's transparently predatory on the company's part. The Uhaul location and staff were good, but the Uhaul corporation just seeks to prey on its customers and that is gross.Brent T.

We were disappointed to receive a call 30 minutes before pick up that our reservation was not going to be returned and needed to pick up for another location, further away. When we got there, we had to check in (again) and then we ended up with a truck that had been heavily smoked in and completely dirty. It was a really frustrating experience overall.Rebecca M.

Not enough employees, no walk through of the vehicle for performance or equipment before allowing truck off lot. Have enough staff on hand to ensure customer gets a cleaned/sanitized vehicle at pick up time. Never had that uncleaned vehicle experience before at any U-haul. U-haul agent mentioned about Fridays and Saturdays being the busiest days (this was a Friday) and she was the only employee who usually works those days alone. If that true, U-haul is very remiss in proper staffing matters, at least at that particular store.ron S.

Female general manager is always friendly and courteous. I had knee surgery and could not lift up myself into the truck and the general manager assisted me in my seating. Teach your general manager Dana McCune how to speak with people via email, when they dispute a charge. She is rude and very unprofessional. Also, Tyler did not inform me that I would be charged a $20 dollar fee, if I returned the vehicle after hours, make sure people are aware of the charges. I will also be doing a google review on Dana McCune, as a general manager she is very unprofessional, and she needs to learn email etiquette. Also it seems like the transmission was going out on the truck.AKIBA S.
Pickup location was changed to an area much further than my original pickup location and I was charged for the extra miles. Truck drove like shit and the pickup/drop off location was in a crack neighborhood. Vehicle was only filled for a 1/4 tank. Never renting from this ghetto organization again.Anthony R.

Make sure your vehicles are in working order. The back suspension on this truck is messed up and it surges on roads with any sort of concrete ridges. The ride was awful. It almost made my passenger throw up.Kip Z.

There were a few issues with the van. The tire sensor was out so the light stayed on. It looked like the parking break release lever mount was broken. It was hanging below the dash in a crooked manner. The mount for the jack in the back was missing a screw so it was half falling out. Also, they said that I would get a final receipt in my email, but I haven't received it yet. Service was very good, and the vehicle was clean and functional.Brain M.
