Looks my account up and see how much time I had to waste trying to figure out how to contact the dealership that I rented the trailer from. I thought I had rented it for 24 hours, but because I said something about maybe getting everything done I needed to in 6 hours, they put me down for 7 hour rental. Then when I called that night no one could fined my rental agreement because they had closed it out stating that I had already returned the trailer. I just rented a car dolly in Spokane Washington on 09/25/2019 to take to Arora Colorado and had no problems. I'm not happy at all with all the problems l went through with this rental, and all the wasted on the phone only to find out that because the agreement had been closed no one could help me or contact the dealership that I had rented from to advise them that I was going to use the trailer for another day. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received with this rental. My reservation was at a different location. After waiting a half hour in line, we were told that our truck was not there. We were directed to 13721 Colfax location. After waiting h line again, our truck was indeed there, all in all it took over an hour to pick k up a reserved truck. The people were very helpful at this location.

I was charged twice for the same move. The online return procedure was not explained to me by the staff, I was not told to take a picture of the odometer and gas tank to submit for after hours return policy. I will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service was poor. They did not ask me if I was going to tow. So I went home ready to get my little trailer going. To find out they have the hitch locked! ?? I had to go back & have them takeoff the lock. WASTED ABOUT AN HOUR! The manager told me it was my duty to tell them I needed to use the hitch. YOUR employee should Ask from the beginning that’s his job! When I returned the vehicle back. The manager was talking on the phone, having a personal conversation. Meanwhile in the lobby there was about six people waiting in line and no one was inside the store. Not going back here
