I have attempted to contact this location multiple times. I added a dolly to my rental but was never issued the equipment. I advised them when I dropped it off and they said they would take care of it, yet I was still charged. I sent multiple emails inquiring who I could speak with to get that charge remove and never heard back. I would appreciate being credited back since I was never issued the dollyThomas C.

The oil light was on the whole time and the vehicle had a bad smell I am assuming from it. My total trip was 9 miles and I guess that used a quarter of a tank? I was charged $18 for a quarter of a tank which is ridiculous. The people who worked there were friendly but overall pricing was ridiculously high!MELISSA E.

To have an employee present while you do the inspections for any question that may need it to be answer or help opening the back door, I was just with my daughter and we did not how to open the back door, but other than that it was perfect.Aleyda G.
I am extremely unhappy with my uhaul experience and will never use uhaul again. I made a reservation for a truck over a month in advance. Uhaul changed this reservation on me twice. I was supposed to pick up a 20ft truck at 11 at a location close to me. This got moved to 3:30. So I rearranged all of my plans with my movers. Then I wake up to another text- the Day of my move- saying ice now been moved to 11:30 but a different location much further from me. I call BOTH locations to confirm this. 30 mins before my scheduled pick up time I speak with an employee on the phone who confirms I have a truck waiting for me at 11:30. At 11:30 I arrive and am told there are no trucks available. My only option is a pickup truck. And while I'm talking to the woman that one becomes unavailable too. The only option I'm given is to drive 60 miles to go get another truck. I say this is not an option not to mention very expensive for the mileage and the woman just looks at me and says â€œwe don't have a truckâ€. Well now I'm stuck with no truck, on my moving day, despite confirming multiple times with uhaul. Somehow all the trucks in their lot are not for me. The manager finally steps in and says he could give me a 10ft truck. Which I take out of desperation. They say they will give me a $50 credit to the card on file. I have not seen this credit. This move now cost me double because I had to make multiple trips due to the size of the truck. I truly cannot believe how this transaction took place.Sarah L.

Check out process was really easy and gentleman who assisted us provided excellent service. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I wish I would have gotten his name. Mr. Ross manager was rude, unhelpful . Told me to get out of his store for qUestioning the bill I received. I have never been treated so bad at any other uhaul and have been doing business for years. Mr. Ferguson was very helpful , pleasant, friendly and support. The contrast was huge. I will continue to use uhaul as all of my other experiences have been good. Regards.Crystal J.

I had a reservation and had already imput all my data online. When I got there to pick k up the truck they made me give them all my information again, wasting 30 minutes of my time. Also had rented a dozen furniture pads to find out there were none available. The young man that helped me was polite and did find me some furniture pads but otherwise I was going to have problems with my move.Donna A.

I was double charged for full price even though I called in prior to 24 hours to request additional time. Female attendant repeatedly talked over and interrupted when speaking with male about previous rental experience. Observed during pick up and delivery everyone else was greeted except I. I had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up the counter, that dude wasn't even sorry, he just came in and asked how can I help you. He gave me the worst truck, it was really old, acceleration was poor, extremely fuel inefficient. I won't be using uhaul anymore. You need to respect your customersTanvir Ahmed T.
I was triple charged and the kids hooking the trailer up to my truck didn't tighten the trailer to the ball of the hitch. Also, they never bothered to check the lights on the trailer. I could've lost this trailer on the freeway and killed myself or someone else. There's no excuse for that level of ignorance. Still not sure if the duplicate charges have been resolved.AARON M.

Good afternoon, I enjoyed my service with this Uhual location during the reservation process and during the time of driving the truck. As a result, I am not happy about the ending part of the reservation because I made contact with this location numerous times and haven't had any luck at speaking with a representative of this site nor have I received my deposit. For these reasons I will not reserve a vehicle from this location in the future and will not refer anyone to this site because I'm concerned that they will be treated the same way as I have been treated.Johanna H.

Test drive the trucks. This one shifted wonkie. Parking brake needed cable tightened or new brake shoes on the emergency brake. It will not hold on an incline. Mine wasnt even 3 degrees.JOSEPH B.
