Just make sure the vehicles are in good shape. My pick up had a busted bed light. It was a preety new vehicle so it was a little disappointing.

I was sent the link to respond to confirm the return 296 times. It literally blew up my phone. I returned it in same condition I found it and on time and with more gas than I found it. Could not confirm the return after losing the link because I reset my phone. My woman's phone wouldn't confirm location for stone reason. In all the quote I was given was $60 less than what they charged including the $20 inconvenience fee for not being able to confirm the return. As of they weren't going to inspect the truck anyway. And they said I went over on miles yet I was one mile short of the total I stated tio begin with.

The website was very difficult to use. It showed the equipment at sites that did not have the equipment and they said they had never carried that equipment!

I made reservation and preristered on line with all paper work completed in advance. Told I had a pickup reservation at 8:00-am. Arrived to find long line. Some In front had no reservation yet were still put ahead of me. No priority given to registering in advance. In efficient pick up process

Service was alright. The guy on duty looked like he was the only one there but he was working hard. My main gripe is how broken the app is. It wouldnt let me take pictures of damage, it crashed several times and verification was a painful experience. If someone from uhaul wanted to take advantage i would had no proof the truck was dirty on the outside when i came to pick it up or all the dings and dents on the outside or in the truck bed. Please fix the app and spend some time testing it

Outside of truck was very dirty, inside the cab of the Truck was horrible. I was employee did they wash vehicles before they rented them. Employee stated that's don't. This was the employee that checked vehicle in. On Top of the the employee pulled off with my on truck slinging it off truck. His only reply he was sorry. The was a very bad rental experience

I had come in just for some boxes, but I was curious about the rates for a rental. The gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful in squeezing in a rental just under the wire for rentals for that day. I only needed the truck for a couple hours. Great prices and service. I appreciated the lengths this location went to for social distancing and mask compliance. I felt safe and secure in my transaction. Thank you.

The location 2201W Tennessee St Tallahassee, Fl 32304 never answer the phone. Customer is always direction to another number for help and only after waiting at lest 15 minutes on hold. After using my Ubox they continue to charge me monthly dues even though I no longer was using it. I am currently waiting for call back tho take of the charges.

It was college move in weekend and this location (which is Florida State University's location) had one employee working at 8am. The employee was more concerned with selling someone a hitch than helping the other three customers who were waiting In front of me to pick up and drop off trucks and offered to help install it while 5 people waited. I had to ask him to help us. I was supposed to be able to “skip the line” to get my key but this was not the case. The contactless option was also not truly contactless as I had to go in the store with other customers and interact with an employee.

They change the location of my reservation. I had been having network problems with my provider. So, most likely I couldn't be reached by phone. Once I got to the other location, I was two hours late. They overly compensated me for the extra mileage and we're very compliant with my request and patient in hearing my complaint. Over-all an excellent experience.

App could be slightly more user friendly. I'd suggest bigger title on choices. I had a hard time finding “Pick up My Truck”. Other than that using the app to check out / check in was GREAT!!!!

Upon returning my equipment, I was greeted at the door and welcomed in. Due to initially having an issue when I rented the vehicle, the employee pulled up my account, confirmed there were no additional charges, and we went outside to inspect the truck. The service was prompt, friendly, and respectful, unlike the store in Neptune Beach where I rented the equipment.

When I arrived the individual asked for my contract. I told him I used the self service app to pick up the truck. He looked at me and it was obvious he was totally confused. He continued to ask me for a copy of the contract and went on to explain to me that I should have received some papers when I picked up the truck - he was insistent. I asked him to give me a few minutes to complete the return process on the app. Once I completed and submitted it, the confirmation appeared on his handle device. With the response of “Oh there it is and there's the contract” I got the impression he was not familiar with the U-haul application. Additional training may be required at this location.

The truck ran rough. I saw the message that said that the truck needed an oil change. I thought the sign up process was slow, tricky, confusing. I thought the rental cost was high. The process to turn in the truck was quick, simple.

To add more staff. The wait time to get serviced was trash due to there only being ONE trying to running everything on his own (phones, checking vehicles, renting out vehicles and etc.)

When I returned the trailer to this location about 2 hours later as instructed, I was told that they had too many trailers and I had to drive another 3 miles to another location to drop it off. The spot where I picked it up was empty and there was no apparent evidence of significant inventory change during that time. BTW, my pick up experience didn't start at this location, which is another story.

The low rating is no reflection on the staff at this location. It is old and small. Next to no parking for customers. Also when booking, they sent me to a location that was not closer the the starting point. Going further away to get truck ,meant more miles added to trip. There was a much bigger nicer store closer to my location. Just a little disappointed with that. Over all satisfactory service on both ends.

Need to clean cab, dirty plus smelled!!! Inside glass needed cleaning. Transmission had a whine. Last headlights need to be aligned. Personal we're very helpful.
