We walked in to the facility and no one was in the building to check us in. After waiting 10 minutes we went into the parking lot and search for an employee. The younger male employee was rude and short and was not knowledgeable about the pricing and fees. The employees continued to hold personal conversations while we were checking in as well. When we returned the truck, we were overcharged. I plan to call on Monday to discuss this situation with their manager.

I called and asked for an extra hour after only renting for four hours and was told I would be charged $40 for the extra hour. They wanted to double my price because I wanted one extra hour after only using the truck for four hours. When I return the truck I use the mobile app. I asked an associate where the dropbox was and he told me if I didn't bring the truck around for him to inspect, That I would be charged and possibly accused of stealing the truck. Even though I had completed the drop off through the app and took a picture of where I left the truck. I am now making small trips with my car to my storage because I didn't want to pay an extra $40

This is the 3rd location we had to go to. The first location we were sent to didn't even do business with U-Haul any longer. The second location advised us (after we had to wait in line 30 minutes) that they had no trailer available even after the service area assured us they did. This 3rd location had the trailer but by this time we were extremely frustrated and hours behind schedule.

Your guy at the rental location told me to load the heavy stuff in the back..and the east a bad idea..I also most died twice on the highway in Texas ...I should've went by the sticker on the trailer but he said to don't pay mine to that because my hitch was a little low but that wasn't the case..me and the state trooper re arrange everything like sticker ..60% in front and 40% on the back..the guy who fills up the propane was the one with that idea..never again will rent from that location.buy the new kid who did my reservation , he was helpful but that propane guy it's gonna get people killed.

I accidentally parked in the wrong place coming into the building. A worker approached me and asked if it was my car. I said yes. He said ‘move it'. I said, you can ask me to move it. He said, I don't have to ask, move it. What kind of customer service is that? I and everyone else while I was in the building that day was treated horribly. You guys suck and need a complete change in management.

Dirty truck. Agent did not greet me. Agent implied I could not get a small van unless I had major credit cards which was a judgement and prejudice. I have several. He also told me the $20 after hours fee was included not additional. Too expensive nonchalant attitude.poor service.dirty equipment.

I wanted to rent a trailer and there was a trailer available. After waiting in the lobby for a while a guy finally came our to help me. I went through the whole process and was charged for renting the trailer. Following the rental process and being charged we went outside to hook the trailer up to my truck and found out that we needed an adapter for the trailer wiring. The guy said they didn't have the adapter and I wasn't able to rent the trailer. After being denied the trailer I was told to go back inside to refund my money. All in all i wasted my time and money. I'm still waiting to receive the $60 I was charged. I will not return to uhaul.

Received three separate charges on my account. Each charge was inaccurate. Also was charged for having the vehicle for 4 days when we returned the vehicle on time. Terrible customer service. The employee was on the phone the entire time trying to figure out his employee 401k stock options. He also did not inform us of the drop off policy, yet charged us for following his specific directions to just “drop of the vehicle wherever.”

The trailer had not been checked in but they told me it was delayed, so I came late hoping it had been returned. I was met with "one hour late" and needed to keep the trailer another day due to what I was told over the phone when I called in to confirm before I drove 30 minutes to this location. I was charged extra for pads and now cannot reach anyone in a timely manner to contest the charges.

I had made reservations well in advance of my pickup date. I reserved a 26-ft truck, 2 utility dollies, 1appliance dolly, and 1 furniture dolly. When I arrive for pickup not one of these were in the truck. I went inside to the counter to make the help aware of this, they confirmed on the reservation that I did reserve these. They then told me that they didn't have any available. And that was the end of it. Had I known this would happen I would have reserved my truck at a different location as all of these were extremely important for this move. I end up leaving arefrigerator to give away because we did not have the appliance dolly to move it and by the time we could get help to move it I had to have the truck back. I gave away furniture because we did not have the furniture dolly before needing to get the truck back. The move took us twice as long cuz all they were able to get me was one little utily dolly. Very disappointed

Customer service is a must, Uhaul has gotten away with this for to long! your customer service is absolutely horrible, your able to treat customers this way and make them wait in long lines, wait on hold for over 20mins calling another location from a uhaul location, it's absolutely ridiculous the wait times all because there isn't another vendor or competitor within a few miles. This is the second mishap I have had with uhaul not sure what's going on with your service levels but they have fallen waste side....sad to see a huge company continue to struggle with customer service its just a matter of time before it catches up to uhaul....

Check-in was very good check-out was good - all done on-line, so didn't see the receipt til much later. It showed the time was 5 minutes over 24 hours and charged for another full day. I don't think that would have happened if I were turning it to the counter and doing paperwork with most people. I'm going to revisit the idea of the 24/7 system

Keep the air ventilation set up more frequently in the office. There are customers who still seem to be unaware that they are expected to wear a mask. And these customers talk beyond the answers need to provide the info requested by the CS rep.

Receive the vehicle without fuel, was charged 10 gallons and went 20 miles, truck gets better than 2 miles to the gallon, second was supposed to be contact less pick up, keys were in the bay that was locked had to find an employee who had attitude that he had to do his job. Very unhappy.

I have rented from this uhaul location twice in the last 2 years and will not rent from uhual again. I signed up for the option where I can get the truck myself with online check in which should be fast and easy - as well as take a load off the employees working plus make it so I don't have to interact with people durring this pandemic. Each time I rented the truck was difficult to find and then when we were doing the inspection for the truck online ...they never sent us a code to get the keys - not on the online screen, no text, no email, no phone call, nothing. Which means we have to stand in a long line waiting to get help to get into a truck we should not have needed assistance with. They are always understaffed. Luckily this time we got in before the line was out the door and it only took 20 minutes to be helped (we were the 2nd person in line), but our first experience it took well over 45 minutes to get help. That eats into my reserved time and delays the move in schedule I have for myself. For a process that should take 5 minutes, I give the online system 1 star our of 5 stars. Very disappointing and very frustrating. Will be discouraging people from using uhaul. Please fix the online system and get more staff members working on the weekends when you know a lot of people are moving. We weren't the only ones frustrated there was only 2 people working on a Sunday at 9am. This doesn't reflect on the staff themseves (who were doing the best they can within the circumstance), just on the way this location and the online system operates. Thanks for your time and I hope action is taken. Moving is tiresome and stressful enough. I would promote a company that actually made it better. Instead this was the most frustrating part of moving.
