Receive the vehicle without fuel, was charged 10 gallons and went 20 miles, truck gets better than 2 miles to the gallon, second was supposed to be contact less pick up, keys were in the bay that was locked had to find an employee who had attitude that he had to do his job. Very unhappy.Hollie B.
Customer service was terrible when we got there earlier in the day one guy said he didn't have anything. We received a phone call around 4pm that a truck was ready I think the call was from a call center. We got to location and they said the truck wasn't ready.AHMED A.

It is confusing, i was told to use the app to check in or i will be charge $20 when i picked up the Van, but when i got there to return, the attendant seem to be upset that i didn't pull in to have him inspect and check me in. I have rented from this uhaul location twice in the last 2 years and will not rent from uhual again. I signed up for the option where I can get the truck myself with online check in which should be fast and easy - as well as take a load off the employees working plus make it so I don't have to interact with people durring this pandemic. Each time I rented the truck was difficult to find and then when we were doing the inspection for the truck online ...they never sent us a code to get the keys - not on the online screen, no text, no email, no phone call, nothing. Which means we have to stand in a long line waiting to get help to get into a truck we should not have needed assistance with. They are always understaffed. Luckily this time we got in before the line was out the door and it only took 20 minutes to be helped (we were the 2nd person in line), but our first experience it took well over 45 minutes to get help. That eats into my reserved time and delays the move in schedule I have for myself. For a process that should take 5 minutes, I give the online system 1 star our of 5 stars. Very disappointing and very frustrating. Will be discouraging people from using uhaul. Please fix the online system and get more staff members working on the weekends when you know a lot of people are moving. We weren't the only ones frustrated there was only 2 people working on a Sunday at 9am. This doesn't reflect on the staff themseves (who were doing the best they can within the circumstance), just on the way this location and the online system operates. Thanks for your time and I hope action is taken. Moving is tiresome and stressful enough. I would promote a company that actually made it better. Instead this was the most frustrating part of moving.Nathan K.

Rude, employees critical of weekend staff, Truck never cleaned or disinfected for covid. Hood wasn't completely latched. Safety lights were out. Invoice left on dash from last renter. Floor was sticky. Inside never swept out, crayons, leaves and trash. Charged $15 for 3 gallons of gas. Uhaul said I signed contract agreement yet Uhaul didn't honor the agreement. Originally offered $20 off my cost which I said was an insult! I will never refer Uhaul. I will use Budget or Penske next time.JENNY G.

The person who checked out the truck to me seemed to hate his life and took it out on me. I had to listen for over three minutes about him being a proud guy man. Check in staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. staff didn't do a walk around with me and said they sent a text to my phone (which I didn't authorize) and told me to check it as it showed the condition of the vehicle . I had many issues when dropping off the U-Haul and try to explain to the manager there as well as the general manager my concerns and I was not spoken to properly and was threatened by the police coming to arrest me because of my complaint and absolutely nothing has been done regarding this matter. Instead I'm offered a $50 off certificate for my next U-Haul rental which I don't plan on ever using again nor do family or friends of mine.margie J.

either we missed it or we were just not kindly informed that the 10' Box Truck does not come with a ramp. This piece of equipment would have made my move so much easier. That was my one and only disappointment, other than that everything else checked out great.ALVINA M.
The U-Haul crew should inspect the trucks when they are turned in. I got bitched out by an employee about some blankets/covers that were in there (left in there from the previous renter and thrown all about the back of the truck) and threatened with a $25 cleaning fee if I didn't fold up and put away someone else's covers. I told him that the truck came like that and we just moved them out of our way so we could get the loading of furniture started. I knew nothing about the covers and admittedly I did do a walk around the truck and checked it before taking it off the lot but no I did not lift the door and inspect the insideâ€" I expected U-Haul staff would have the truck properly reviewed and ready for me. I only inspected for damages to report anything concerning. I also don't move or rent trucks a lot and don't know the U-Haul process 100000% to know you offer covers and don't inspect trucks when they're turned in. Woops. Just did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Fix your own processes before threatening customers of malfeasance and with additional, unwarranted charges.Taylor G.

The gentleman who I seen that day had really made me upset with his comment and additude directed at me since I had been standing there waiting on him to do his job and rent me a truck and not making any comment to him but had made a noise with my breath since I am Disabled and there was not available handicap parking and after waiting on him with his conversation to the other worker about a cash app account I was fusterated enough and by the time since from what I understand he is new my I'm exhausted breath came out, I did Not Say Anything that was even close to being Rude and He was way out of line to speak to me that way! I will Not Go back there again due to his treatment! The customer service agent who helped me was PHENOMENAL!!! He went above and beyond to get me set up. He also helped moved my car to a parking spot when it opened, offered a bottled of steer, and did everything in a highly professional manner with a positive attitude. When I've gone here before, the dude with the tiny top-ponytail was nice. But the last time I went, there were three other people who were so nasty to EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. Condescending, eye-rolling and huffing at every single interaction like it was the biggest inconvenience to even hear someone speak.
