available vehicles have to be in location, as per my request vehicle that was shown available was not but let me choose it anyways.This was a inconvenience for me since the one i chose was closest to my house which would result in less mile for me and the alternative dropoff was not chosen because of this. That is the only concern i have.

Have your staff clean the windshield a little better. I had to clean the window on the vehicle I rented just to see properly. No big deal. I just like clean windows.

The young man i returned the Van to, was very respectful, friendly and attentive. Because of this my experience was amazing. It's very rare these days to be treated so wonderfully. Kudos to Uhaul for hiring this gentleman!

I reserved a trailer for pickup on 11/15. When I got there, they said we don't have it. They didn't give me any options, just that they didn't have it. Only after raising my voice were they able to offer additional options like a larger trailer, which I am sure I paid for even though I didn't need it. The guys eventually came through, but not a good experience.

The agent told me that I needed a different credit card. I told him that I had used this same card at this location on two occasions before in the last 3 months. He argued with me and said that it wasn't at the same location. I showed him my confirmation from before at his location. Another agent then said my card would work and after after making me wait for a while she ran it through. My biggest issue was with the first agent who said that I was never at that location. He was very rude. I will avoid this location in the future even though it is the closest one to my home.

I was told that tank of gas was full needed to returned full it wasn't full cab, interior and/or windshield was not clean, lady that "helped me '' was rude she may forgot that I am a PAYING customer, I have done customer service my philosophy is customer sign my pay check not my boss.

The man working there DID NOT give me a checklist...He said,just go...When I returned the truck another man "your good"....I wanted him to check truck,but he was busy!! We returned the truck with a full tank of gas.they charged me 30.00!!! After several phones to them,they didn't reply.I will never recommend them,or use them again...poor customer service!!!!

Make the after-hours drop-off location for trailers a bit easier to find.

I was rented a truck that had been reported stolen and was falsely arrested because of it. The manager at the location ( didn't get her name but she had purple hair) was very rude. She did issue a refund but was extremely rude about it. After having 7 guns in my face and getting hand cuffed and tossed on the ground it was a totally unacceptable way to act.

I encountered several problems. First, the employees were complaining like they preferred to not be there: “...today's not a good day.” Secondly, my trailer was attached to my car with only one support chain vs. two and the chain was dragging the ground while I was driving. Lastly, when I returned the trailer to a destination UHaul, they mentioned that whoever attached the trailer did a horrible job. Nothing worked right, from the card swipe machines to the employees.

Tell them to check their vehicle in online when returning after hours. I was only able to get a vehicle at 3:30 in the afternoon. No one told me to check it in online. The man that checked us out did not tell us, but he knew we were returning the truck after hours. They only said there was a key drop. Think U-haul is not a place to rent from when you are unfamiliar with renting and in a hurry.

The biggest thing that surprised me and seemed unfair was that I needed to extend my trailer rental by a few hours and I got charged a full day. That seems ridiculous.

Used this place 3-4 times in the last 3 years and this location has always been outstanding. The equipment is well maintained, they always have trucks of various sizes available, customer service is on POINT every single time, and they have 24/7 return! Love this location.

It was difficult finding the truck and getting approved. It took longer than just walking up to the counter. And I told the guy I never used the furniture pads and he said I would be refunded but I was not. Poor experience all around

Upon arrival, the two guys who working behind the desk were both lethargic and couldn't put their phones down as they were playing video games. Literally playing the game on his phone as he's trying to prepare my paperwork. After the paperwork was processed and the trailer was hooked up, he informed me that he rented me the wrong trailer. Because again, he couldn't put his dam phone down. I pulled back up to the office to get the correct paperwork and he's walking up the driveway without a care in the world, face glued to his phone playing his game. Finally got the papers and left. When bringing the trailer back, they couldn't be bothered with checking the trailer or even disconnecting it for that matter. I was told to back it up, disconnect it and I could leave. I understand that in an increasingly over populating world that professionalism is a dying art, but at least make an attempt.

Online check-in is a waste of time when you only have one person to collect keys from, and you are stuck in a queue with others that have not checked in online. Person who gave me the keys was unable to understand fractions, insisting the gas tank was 13/16ths full, despite the fact that the gauge was below the 3/4 mark. I was also given the utility dolly, despite paying for an appliance dollar, but decided against returning to the facility as it would negate the $3 loss in hire costs.

Dont overbook and ask your customer you left out in the cold to settle for a 10ft truck with no ramp. Yes the local desk person did give a mileage discount which soothed the problem a little.

There were 2 used face mask still in the truck from prior customers. One disposable mask and a cloth mask. Also, an empty Powerade bottle under the passenger seat, and someones old U-Haul receipt in between the brake release and seat (still there). I threw away the Powerade bottle and masks. Last, the passenger seat was sticky as if someone spilled soda. I didn't clean the sticky stuff. I said I would recommend this location because the employees were friendly.

If it wasn't for locations like this and their amazing customer service and ability to overcome and adapt to problems at hand, you would have almost no business! You telephone customer service is trash. You always change reservations. You solutions are never at the benefit of the customer. This last time after having many issues from a previous rental, you wanted me to drive 128 miles out of my way to pick up the truck. Then waste an extra $300 in gas to get to my desired loading location. When I tried to make a different reservation due to your mess up the agent wanted to charge me $2 a mile. That's outrageous! Fix yourself uhaul. You used to be a great company that went out of their way to ensure their customers had excellent equipment and service and could rely on the name for optimal performance. Guess you have gotten lazy in the 15 short years my family has used you to ensure a quality transportation of our lives to new areas.

The key for the truck I reserved was never left in the lockbox, and after having been on hold for customer service for 40+ minutes, I was hung up on. Still got charged, received no call back, and never rented a truck. By far, some of the worst customer service.

Service was good, but I first tried to schedule the truck through the app, which was a horrible experience. I ended up having to use the location itself to get the truck. I wasn't wow'd by the associates, but they did provide the service I needed. I deleted the app!

The personnel at this location helped us right away and advised us that the chains used and installed by the MO location were not supposed to be used on that type of trailer and should have never been used or installed so poorly. They advised that UHaul should give me a partial refund for my poor quality experience at the other location.

The trailer I rented was not cleaned out. There we're several things on my order that I did not order and the person behind the counter got snippy when I told him I hadn't ordered it but did end up taking it off. There was only 1 person working on a Sunday and I waited way longer than was reasonable.

Truck was very clean but doesn't appear well maintained. There was a dashboard light on (the oil w/ the wrench) and when I mentioned it before departure, the guy that checked on it, to his credit, did plug in the electronic sensor but seemed completely nonchalant about the light when the test came back negative. Upon driving there was an awful lot of rattling all over the cabin.

My experience on this occasion was great. No complaints. But in the past, the wait in line for an agent was far too long on each of the 2 or 3 other occasions I used this location. I think the place is understaffed.
