I have been going to this location for over 15yr. and the staff at this location has ALWAYS GIVEN ME THE UPMOST RESPECT...OLIVIA M.
The original drop off was at 1220 W. Church, Orlando: we could not find the place by GPS and the area was kind of intimidating. We were so relieved that this location (840 S. Orange Blossom) was within a mile and it was a UHaul Center! very easy to drop off after hours and I felt safe leaving the truck there!!Susan A.

The windshield was dirty (bugs and film on glass) The inside of the cab was filthy. I regret that I was so focused on learning where everything was to safely drive the truck that I pulled away from the lot and realized about 5 miles down the road how dirty it was. I took photos and plan to show the manager at this location tomorrow. I did point this all out to Nick at the location where the truck was dropped off. He assured me the next person would not have to get the truck in that condition. The storage area was emasculate.... so obviously they do know how to clean properly. I honestly think it was missed entirely. With Covid, I really felt uncomfortable.....and the concern for my health safety was null and void.CORINA M.
Dollies reserved online were not available. I was told that the online reservation does not take into account inventory when it allows me to reserve these items. Not having the expected dollies completely changed the logistics of my move. Also, the truck was on empty when my rental started. So, the first stop I had to make was to a gas station, putting me behind schedule. When dealing with an established brand, I was shocked that these details weren't ironed out. We made the reservation for the new cargo van. Even explained this to the receptionist over the phone. We got there and they gave us the old cargo van. Big difference. Handling, visibility, riding experience, etc. Being on a schedule, we didn't have time to run around and find what we had reserved. Very disappointed in this transaction. There were cockroaches in the vehicle. Luckily the staff handled the situation well and discounted our service. Staff was wonderful and quick, but better inspections of the vehicles may be needed (especially because cockroach infestations happen regularly in Florida).India G.

The inside of the truck cab was filthy, not cleaned, not sanitized per Covid-19. I spent 30$ of gas in it on return date although it wasn't on full at pickup from store (just 3/4 full). Staff/Employee named Wendell was great in helping me secure my rental for 20 hrs. But the facility needs more staff and maintenance of their rentals.CARMEN T.

When I used this location the staff is always very very friendly, and the vehicles are always maintained clean and very mechanical function, this is the only U-Haul that I always use..OLIVIA M.
Have someone at the desk/in the office. The app wasn't working when the first attempt was made to rerun the uhaul, and I waited for 10 mins, and no one ever came.. I then had to wait until I was off work to attempt another drop off which I was then charged for another dayMeghan B.

I didn't drop the truck off. it was picked up from my house as soon as Uhal had time to pick it up a day later. the truck was towed. i didn't drop it off anywhere. it was too unstable for me to drive. over 3 hours for a 2 hours drive. that's just not right. and i have to put a drop off location that i didn't go to. what is wrong with you guys. i want my money back.BILLY C.

I will never use or recommend UHAUL to anybody ever again. UHAUL canceled my reservation on the day of my move without informing me only to find out when I showed up to pick up. Did not have the equipment that I needed and had reserved a week in advance. Called the 1-800-UHAUL and they then apologized and sent me to a 2nd location. Only to arrive and have the person at the counter look at me and say â€œI have no idea why they sent you here? We don't have the equipment you are looking forâ€. Called the 1-800-UHAUL again (2nd time) and now I was sent to a third location. However the women was gracious enough to inform that it was only 5 miles away. What she didn't take into account that the 1st location was 5miles from my home, the second location was 5miles away from the first location and 3rd location was 5miles away from the 2nd location. So I had to drive a total of 30miles round trip (twice...once for the pick up and then for the return) for no other reason than people not taking pride in doing their jobs correctly!!! But for all my trouble she was nice enough to email me a $15 credit certificate to use so that it would help with rental. But of course when the person checking me out took my payment the certificate number that was emailed to me did not work. Overall UHAUL lost my business. As well as everyone that I know will here of my experience. Heck I may just stop strangers as they walk and tell how shitty my experience with UHAUL was. Thank you UHAUL for making an already stressful moving just that much more stressful. Never again...... Former customer...Paul M.

The truck we got the heater didn't work, the truck kept cutting off on us. And I call them and told them that my husband em will be late because the truck kept messing up. I called twicANNIE T.
They gave us a truck with the brake light out, and car dolly that was taped up with with duct tape and electrical tape with the turn signal out. Then we ordered blankets and a 2 wheel dolly got it to our place to open the truck there not there, call up and were told we weren't charged for it to drop it off in Oklahoma that we were charged for it. I'm not pleased at all with your service I honestly feel like we should get some money back for the move!XAVIER B.

I returned my U-Haul at 8pm. It was very dark out. Not very much lighting in the parking lot. Did not feel safe. I also stepped on a nail that was sticking up from the ground and it cut into my foot. It was very painful and bled a lot. The employees at this location should sweep the parking lot for nails.Jose Z.

Have vehicle that was reserved.reserved a 15 ft vehicle had to take what they had. 26 ft. Way to big had to drive it from Orlando Yo Florida. Don't think it was this sites fault in particular but U-Haul in general.Michael D.
I don't think I have ever met a GM of U-Haul that is more personal and friendly to customers than this Store. Not only does he greet you in a professional manner, He hooks up your trailer himself. We reserved a 10' truck at Orange Ave location. You gave us a 26' truck from Citrus Bowl location. They sent us to another location for a trailer. That location was â€œtoo busyâ€ to connect the lights for the trailer. Went back to Citrus Bowl to get 26' truck which was far too big for our move. Returned to the location in S Pasadena we were told on reservation to return. They could not accept a 26' truck. This rental was a tremendous disappointment and a horrible inconvenience.Joseph Y.
