Make sure you take the time to close out peoples account when you say you have! Not be lazy and get up and look outside your back door to see that the Uhaul was returned before extending rental falsely! If you think the renter has not returned Uhaul on time a courtesy call would be greatly appreciated before extending rental or charging peoples card double! People are struggling during this pandemic so take the extra step to make sure things are accurate before unjustly hit people with extra fess!Sonja W.

Have the employees offer to assist customers. Have the employees not make customers wait because they are on personal phone calls, when the employee did assist he stayed on a personal phone call, kept the call on speaker and the person on the other end of the call was using abusive language. The employee didn't walk out to inspect the truck nor did he inform me where the truck was located. Worst experience ever!Wanda C.

Make sure to log when equipment is returned. Received a rude call asking when I was returning my equipment t to be following day saying I was going to be charged a full days rate when I had returned the truck the previous day and personally handed the key to the employee. Before I could finish my statement the lady interrupted me and then hung up when she realized she messed up.ERIC W.
Wasn't so much of the location than Uhaul return process. The system wasn't working for self return after hours. I turned in my truck on time and I'm being charged an extra day because your system malfunctioned, even your phone system is broken. Says its connecting your call now to agent but goes to dead silence instead, after waiting for the follow up/assist call for over an hour as instructed by the automated system when I called the 800 number for help returning while onsite.ATTIS M.

The unit check engine light came on as well as other lights..I did not get a chance to use the unit in fear if it have a mechanical break down with me in route..I waited in hope that the light would go off so I could continue but it never did. Upon returning, I explained this to the associates and the response was 'it don't matter about the light it means that itt not any oil in it.Yoy could have still use it..I was still charge which I don't think is adequate because I did not complete my task . The General Manager, Meshelle was rude and unprofessional. Upon entering the building, no one was at the register...All of the staff were behind the store having a fun time. When the Manager realized that there were 4 people waiting 5i check-out she returned to the register very dry. She didn't say hello or anything cordial. She immediately asked if I had a registration. While explaining the particulars of the rental, she talked really, fast and couldn't be bothered to repeat. I will never rent from this location again.PAMELA L.

The lady who checked me out was awesome! There was a problem with the system not loading the dl. And she worked and worked with it until it was a success. The return was great as well. I rented on Monday - and never never experienced such rude service from the tall rude black guy. It was horrible!! But my rental this Friday/Saturday made up. Thank goodness for professional people!! First it shouldn't take 1hr when your the only one in line, and I have a reservation and have uploaded my drivers license. They were ordering food plates from a lady Not going to be concerned about the customers that were there waiting to pick up their U-Haul truck Then the truck was so damaged deep scratches on all sides along with a punched out hole in the shape of a square on the driver side. Not to mention the inside of the cab was dirty and the inside of the back of the truck was full of mud and footprints etc etc. I have already called to complain also.Sharlynn T.

When a person informs you of the amount of time needed for the vehicle will be more before checkout the personnel at the front desk needs to update the information. I was charged an additional fee after I advised the personnel that I would be keeping the van longer than what was put on the online order. They are ripping people off at this location. I think it is because of car parts being stolen. Why should your customers have to pay extra for something that has nothing to do with them.
