Reywald AI guess Corporate redirected my reservation to a place in Marysville…. (From my original reservation in Linda). I waited there in Marysville for 20-minutes after the pickup time (Nobody was there at this location!) the place wasn’t even open?! Called Corporate who directed me to the Yuba City site on Colusa Highway…. These gentleman had me fixed up and on the road in minutes!!!! Excellent service!!! I will never get reservations from the Marysville site again! What a joke!!! The guy running that place must obviously not care about U-Haul!! U-Haul should be embarrassed having a place like this for their reputation!!!

Jesse MRep who checked equipment back in needs training on customer service. Not over charge for gas and if asked why an explanation provided rather than threats of charging me for a chip that was already in the windshield. Go back to walk around with both U-Haul rep and customer The personal touch completely gone with making customer do everything. Not to mention the extremely long wait to even pick product

Gurinder PAfter a long haul with only a trailer to drop off, the line of trucks being returned was NOT what I was hoping to see. Fortunately, the young woman overseeing the process recognized my plight and had the experience and instinct to quickly circumvent the line in light of my relative simple disconnect and had me out of there after a couple of moments with an "all good to go" and a smile. A day-changer for me. Thx, Uhaul of Yuba City!
Richard MYou guys gave me a truck with a lock and no key. I had to drive back to the shop and get a lock cutter. When i finally got it opened there was a lot of dolly and cushions. So I had to drive back and trade truck. Over 1 hr of my time was wasted. I didn’t even get a discount for the mistake. Then on top of that, when I dropped off the truck, the guy there was very rude. You guys need to train your employees better.

William MGet employees that actually work. I can bet that the only employees that work are the ones at the front desk. Any other employee is just walking around with their phone in their hand and not actually working or just walking around looking for who knows what saying he was helping someone else. 20 minutes after I got there, I had to go ahead and go around and put the trailer into a spot and unhook it myself because nobody was moving the box trailer that was in the way while my girl went and got someone from the front desk to check the trailer in. Unacceptable. Even the equipment rental guys, who are usually understaffed, move way faster than these guys. Get better employees.
Robert PWell the wasn’t in the box yet when I got there and it took me a second to even find the box in the first place. But it went pretty smooth besides that.

leslie aTruck had many issues and should not have been rented out. We drove over 500 miles with a truck that had bad breaks and windshield wipers. The truck also had some major transmission issues. It was unable to speed up to 40 mph during times. Also every time you hit the breaks the RPM goes to max. The truck also shakes and rattles often. We were very greatf to make it to our destination with all of our belongs. We prayed hard to not have to call roadside assistance. A truck like that should never have been rented out. Shame on you.

BARRY RPick up was a mess key was not left in the truck so I was given a bigger truck with a promise of same price for smaller truck when confirming my drop off time again I was quoted the price for the smaller truck! But then I was charged an additional 171. On my card which over drafted my account so now I owe my bank as well! Not happy with my experience at all!
