Truck battery was not working I was stuck for 30 minutes and I had to hustle for a jump start.

Check engine light came on and it started to scream so we turned around immediately and return it. These trucks do take a beating from use. But it was the way the employees handled this that would send me back for future service. They were very kind and apoligetic. Got us into another truck right away. Thank you for a quick resolve guys..

dominique ninoWas the equipment clean and well maintained? I wish these were two different questions. Definitely not well maintained (I was nervous driving the truck on the highway, but thankfully I only had to go a few exits up the road). However, the truck was clean.

Marianne Hamberger-LucasThe location and service was fine. The truck itself was in poor shape, dirty, had underinflated tires. I had to go to this location after I attempted to use the 24/7 service at a different location, where the truck I rented was unexpectedly not present at my rental time. No one called or texted to warn me, I just had to discover that myself, costing me over an hour of time wasted. The phone app was pretty useless. It was buggy, froze up a lot of the time, and ended up not even being useful for my rental, in that I still had to wait in line at the 2nd location before I could get a truck.

Paul BarryOnly issue I had was when I rented the equipment online I also ask for a dollie an when I went to go pick up the truck I was told there was no dollies avaliable and if I wanted one I had to go to the Nashua nh location to rent it an bring it back to the Nashua location cause the can't do one way transfers on those
Robert GleasonMy rental was not left ready for me so I had to figure out a new solution last minute, when I called the location the worker was unpleasant and did not do much to help the situation. He stated that I had to wait until Tuesday for help and this was on Saturday!

Dave StevensonThe check in process was fine. The truck has seen better days. The transmission was shot slipping from gear to gear. The check out process was horrific. The attendant on duty was extraordinarily rude. He/she/they made each customer wait at least 45 minutes to check out, while they sat in the rental playing on thier phone and or just sitting. When greeting customers he/she/ they was iritatted and virtually none communicative. When leaving I said have a good evening and there was an eye roll and no response. I will go out of my way to avoid this location at all costs. Awful experience. I know the employment market is tough, but that individual should not be dealing with the public.

Marc EggimannHello, The online check in service was very slow. Would not load on the app or the website. My cell coverage was fine and i could do things no problem. But the actual Uhaul services were really really slow and would not load. Everything else would load fine when it was ready, but I just had to wait so I could fill out the form for a very long time. Annoying but was able to complete my move as planned. Just delayed is all. Thanks!

John SimmonsI stopped using Uhaul years ago because of the the poor condition of the trucks. I tried my local location again a few years ago and was impressed with the care and detail - trucks much better. Was switched to this location by Uhaul from the local location I usually use. Check out was ok. The truck was ok - not great. Mirrors could not be adjusted - rusted in place. The drivers seat was damaged - I am glad it was a short haul Check in on Saturday. 1 employee on location. The line was out the door. Otherwise everything fine.

Jose Reyes(1) When dropping off a truck after hours, it was unclear where to park since the drop off lane was already full. (2) Was unable to get the website to use my location, despite granting it permission. It would not work on my iPhone. I had to forward the link to my husband, who has an android and it worked on that. So, it wasn’t that the cell service was not good enough. The website was not working properly on iPhone only. It was very frustrating.

Ahmad AbdelrahmanTruck was never cleaned. I had to sweep it out and clear the attic. Was told I would receive a discount. No discount seen. Would NOT use this facility again.
Kenneth DeJesuswe had an issue with our U-box being delivered late, and then was billed $94 for storage despite having returned the equipment, The charge is supposed to be reversed.
