Service was good except they did not have the appliance dolly that I had reserved. This made me have to go to another location to pick up a dolly. When they saw they were not going to have the doily for my reservation, they should have located one and had it brought to the location where I rented the trailer.

I was very unhappy with the trailer. The seals must not be well maintained because all my furniture near the trailer door was soaked from the rain even though the doors were closed completely.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. They treated me as though I was someone special. I've used this uHaul location several times and I get the same results. Your rates per mile could be a little bit lesser, though. I think the insurance rates should be refunded if there's no damage to the vehicles.

As I said before,I was not told of the thirty dollars fee for putting gas back in truck.I went fourteen miles.Gas was six dollars but I had a fee of a extra thirty dollars.If they tell me of the fee for them putting gas in I would have put the six dollars in myself.Plus the guy when I turned in the truck was rude when I told him no one told me of the fee.Will not use U-haul again.

After a fiasco at the Lake Bradford Rd location, corporate took care of everything and got me to the Tennessee St location. It was a lucky thing because there was an electrical issue that cause the blinker to not work on the trailer. It was fixed immediately and I was on my way, a little late, but safe.

Trailer is missing Jack stand.Most importantly I went on your after hours return site and filled out everything except adding clean trailer photo but you charged $21.50 anyway which is a RIP off. Leaves a bad impression. Your dealer was friendly but uhaul was not.

Uhaul is now charging a $20 "convenience fee" for returning the truck after hours unless you use their mobile app to "verify your equipment return." In other words, unless you do their job for them using their pathetic excuse for a mobile app, they are going to charge you $20! In general, this is a horrible decision made at the corporate level that is the antithesis of "customer service." The reason I gave this particular location a poor rating is that, after telling the attendant point blank that I would be returning the truck after hours, he showed me exactly where to park the truck, exactly where to put the keys, but he completely FAILED TO MENTION the $20 charge and how to avoid it. In addition, he highlighted nine places on my Equipment Contract with a PINK highlighter. Guess which paragraph typed in a microscopic font was NOT HIGHLIGHTED? You guessed it! After two phone calls, they said they were crediting the fee back to my account, but of course, it is going to take 3 to 5 business days!

The truck wasn't completely full I was in a rush so I didn't have the tyme too correct it .also the truck smelled really bad and was dirty sticky finer prints and trash and dirt in front passenger side floor but not as bad as the back in which I took picks but u can't take pictures of bad smells ...

The only potential issue I saw was that the tires on the trailer looked like they had the beginnings of dry rot. The rubber on the tires had cracks in it, so I would replace the tires to avoid any issues
