Nelson GI had a big issue. They never check their truck before they rented. fuel leaked from the gas tank at the gas station I spend my whole night and effect my move in date. They should check their truck before rented.
SERVER SWe really didn’t speak much, I was just there to drop off my truck, but it was fast and easy. Enjoyed it since I was extremely tired from moving all day and wanted to finally head home.

Eduardo OThe truck was not cleaned prior to us getting it. We had clothes and cigarette butts in the passenger side. We also found a bag full of smaller ziplock baggies in it.
CAROLINE DI tried to reserve truck via online, but there was a system issue and I had to wait until the next day, Monday, to pick-up the van. On a prior occasion, I told the manager, Trevino, that I knew where a couple of U-Haul trucks were but I needed a discount/free truck. So I told him the location. He was at the hotel securing the truck before I could get back there... he never discounted my bill... or even said thanks. What a liar and an ass!

Carlos Vthe truck was beat up and it pulled to the right when braking the passenger side mirror was loose the starter would stick and the fuel tank breather was blocked the instrument cluster had a check fuel cap message and the tank was pressurized and vented when the cap was removed. the truck also got terrible fuel economy 29 miles was 3.5 gallons
David TThe right rear view mirror was too low, I couldn’t see very well the cars coming from my right side. I didn’t feel safe!
