When I dropped off the Van near the end of my rental time I waited 10 minutes and no one came out to inspect the van so I went inside with the keys and told them I'm waiting to check out. I know delays occur and this was no big deal.

Need to Take pictures of any equipment because I was getting blamed for something I did not do and I didn’t get a sorry I told the lady I had my own dolly and she said every truck had one and this one truck didn’t at all didn’t even say thank or have a good morning not good service I’m a little bit upset with my purchase later I have to rent again for a smaller truck hopefully I don’t get the same service again

Extremely disappointed in U haul after they failed to tell us on the phone call to confirm we were picking up that it wasn’t at the country club hill’s location and it was in fact gage park with was 30 minutes away from our home and over an hour the opposite way away from where we moved to. We were not offered any sort of discount or anything other than an extra 40 miles added with really didn’t do anything for us. Then we were charged $66 for gas when we were already inconvenienced having to go way out of our way to pick the truck up. I will not recommend U haul to anyone and we will never rent from u haul again. Extremely disappointed and it added so much more stress to our move.

Brought the van back with more gas than I got it with and some how Eduardo M still charged me for a gallon of gas I don’t know if it’s their store police to steal from people or if he decided to do this on his own but I suggest everyone double check their final receipt specially if you are black

Basically they wait until I’m there ready to pick up my rental to let me know I couldn’t do an in state move becuz I was from a different state. So the price I got off line they wouldn’t honor and my truck rental almost doubled in price.

After hrs is not properly trained or aware about helping customers with their situations. Staff is not able to be located when the facility says it closes at 10. Horrible experience and I’m supposed to pay for this.

Was promised on website and a employee at the U-Haul location with the reservation on the specific U-Haul that I needed. Next day it was a completely a different U-Haul box truck size. Which was smaller. Supposedly the truck was reserved for someone else. Which made my situation more difficult in moving. Which I didn’t have enough room to put my things in the U-Haul.

Cargo van had a bad odor.. uhual sprayed some scent inside but it did not hold.. I needed to clean the truck and buy a scent for van. I have insurance do not need to pay 25$ pls revise and correct.. I have a copy if you like to see.. ty

We spent more money by renting one of your vehicles yesterday. My plan was to rent a trailer but the location on 47 th and st Louis said that we can’t rent a trailer without a passport or current registration. Per new VP or CEO new requirements. We been renting trailers since 5 years ago constantly. I ended up renting a big truck on 61st and Kedzie and take a loss on my profits.

I’ve stored my belongings at this location for over 3 1/2 years. The staff was very polite. Even in the pandemic I was locked out, embarrassed I kept losing the key no worries we got you. My father even moved his belongings with mines because some people where stealing at another location! (Water under the bridge) I WILL be missing those warm greetings 😍 THE ENTIRE STAFF IS AWESOME!

Only reason I have decided to move out was because of how high the prices were getting. I just could not afford it anymore. Also, the 24 hr access is a bit misleading, but other than that my experience was very nice with staff and the building.

Didn't enjoy signing a contract to later meaning two years later to be notified that the rates were changing for all customer's. I felt as though that should have taken affect for new customers seeing I had already been there two years. Seeing they don't honor a contract on there behalf I had to clean out throw away just refuse to continue with this company.

Francisco goes above and beyond for her customers. Whenever there would be an issue, she would be on the phone even if it were after hours to get it resolved. I remember being so amazed at one point throughout my stay because my black was jammed and I could not figure out why the keys wouldn't go. She was so experienced and came up with her power tools and had to drill it open. She was busy but knew it important for me to get to my belongings that day. She had staff handle everyone else and came up too quickly help me out. Over the past 3 years I have use this facility over and over just because of Francisca and her staff customer service. She trains them very well. This storage location is out of the vicinity where I moved, but I drive the extra 30 minutes to use them.

Customers were fighting over elevator. Not enough elevator. My unit was on the 4th floor. It took 3 times longer sharing elevator 8 other people. Elevator was to small.

The outcome however was poor there was confusion about the hours at the storage facility that I actually was trying to rent when I got to that facility. It was Hora en told then I had paid 3 months in best. I'm still not settling with the manager. She was kind enough to make another lease agreement with me, but I've still not been forwarded the Correct change, it's a nightmare.
