This was a present for my dad, and it went flawlessly, thank you. I didn’t need to be there, living out of town, I simply notified them and all went smoothly. Truck tows and it works perfectly. Very friendly receptionist as well.

My husband and I were able to pop in and pop out without issue. The men working were thorough and helpful removing the auto-transport trailer so we could unload all our belongings after a very long drive. When we returned the truck, the man who helped us was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your local recommendations for the best Pizza in town!

Nothing…this location doesn’t install hitches or brake controllers but their customer service in every other regard is superior to any Uhaul dealer on the West Coast!!!

Great experience, however i paid in cash and left a 60 deposit. At the end of my one move the cash would only be refunded in a mailed check . It would be better to know that in advance when paying in cash . Thank you , Terry

I was unaware that I needed to return the tow dolly the same day to avoid needing to pay for 2 days. I rented it on the 6th and returned it on the 7th, so I was charged for 2 days. I rented it later on in the afternoon of the 6th, and returned it in the evening of the 7th. It was a little more than 24 hours, so I understand needing to pay for the extra day.

Wifi connection wasn't working that night and even with data I couldn't use the app to drop off. I had to connect to a different WiFi of a business near by to get it to work. Otherwise everything else was easy and great

Using Chrome your website was incredibly frustrating. When I would try and log in, I got the message that it did not recognize my email. I have an account I have used for business fir several years. When I try to create a new account, it would not allow it stating there was already an account with that email. Try and open the account, it does not recognize the email. Back and forth, back and forth. If there had been Hertz nearby I would have used them.

Just as all days are not sunny and bright, all U-Haul dealers are not all the same. However, the U-Haul dealer in Coos Bay, Oregon is exceptional. They are the BEST. Five stars are not nearly enough.

Everything was great, picked up vehicle during a rainy spell, had to unexpectedly wade through some deep puddles to get into the vehicle based on where it was parked. Maybe in future, think about pulling vehicles out of water for renting customers.

So I go to Salem and happen upon another store that just treat you like a king, or queen, or whatever. first loop in Salem.

Amber is the sweetest woman that has ever walked this earth! Her husband (one day I will remember his name. Sorry) is so kind and helpful! This location is the most difficult to access your unit, impossible if you want to put something large in your unit. The staff is rude and unprofessional everytime my family was there to access the unit it was a big inconvenience to get anything that resembled customer service gate hours and rules changed daily and contradicted the U haul contact. Worst location EVER!!!!!!!

Access to our storage unit was extremely limited. Trucks were always blocking it. It was insane that we had to contact the office every time we needed to use it even though it was an outdoor unit. We never moved in due to this. Then, we continued to receive bills for almost two months even though it was canceled online well before payment was due. I will never use this location again.

Tried to check in at 645pm and was told the counter clerk did not know how to do that and to come back the next morning. Came back next morning at 7am to find that the unit I had reserved had a lock on it. Called the next day and was told it been rented to someone else and my contract has already been canceled although I was not contacted. I had to unload my trailer into my living room to get it turned in and it has made the room much more complicated and uncomfortable. Have rented and stored with other locations in the past, would not work with this location again.

The additional lock on storage units delays access when there's a line of people in the morning. Other facilities are instant access.

I got a free month but the units are blocked by trucks and It took 3 attempts to create my account and my lock was cut off because of their mistakes on creating my account.

Our first experience when arriving to unload our furniture/and extras we were supposed to by reservation have access to 3 storages but only one was available. So it was inconvenient but we were offered 2 UBoxes free of charge as replacement which we were grateful for. But we had to go else where to find another storage at another storage place farther away because nothing was available at any UHaul business. That was upsetting at the time but thankfully UHaul allowed us extra time to unload a our belongings at another storage place. There seemed to be a shortage of help/employees but they did do the best they could under the circumstances. They were very busy both times we were there. The manager was calm and helpful as well.

The old woman in the office didn't know how to use the computer. After over an hr of her trying to get us a storage unit, she told me to come back later so some one else could do it. My unit was always blocked by trucks or other equipment! Not easy to get in and out of, honestly the worst experience ever .
