I was helped with my storage at this location. My original location told me they didn't accept the one month free. They sent me to the transit location. When I arrived at the transit location the man there was very helpful and arranged my trailer drop off and storage to be changed to the Transit location.
Mark K | First ImpressionsEverything worked out better than expected. From the online reservation, to the late night last minute request to add a moving dolly and additional 1 hr time. After our 5 hr load and unload activities the return of the truck and equipment went 1,2,3…. In and out!

Barbara T | Overall ExperienceThe truck we rented broke down. They sent 2 different repair companies to fix it. One said it had to be towed the other replaced the starter. It was a two + hour delay which resulted in me paying the movers more money. When returning the truck the man at the store was rude and argued with my son. Overall a terrible experience. Next time I need a truck I will look elsewhere

John GLocation and employees were great! The truck was a piece of junk, rode terribly. Brakes were questionable and the shock absorbers were nonexistent. We drove from buffalo to Long Island, a horse covered wagon would have been more comfortable.

Scott FI don’t know where things got screwed up, but this was a horrible experience! I had it written on my contract to drop the truck off at the U-haul 3120 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127 location but when I got there the manager, Bailey, refused to receive the truck in and told me the drop off location had changed AFTER I picked up the truck. I picked up the truck at 8:54 am and the location changed around 9:30 am. I called customer service and spoke to Dan and he was useless. So then I had to go out of my way to drop the truck off at a different location and had to miss half of the Bills/ Steelers playoff game! I was so angry I can’t put it into words! Not to mention the location the forced me to go to didn’t plow the driveway and the truck almost got stuck in the snow! Fire all of the people involved! I must have told over a 100 people in person so far how much this sucked not to mention posting on Insta! If a customer has it written on their contract that they are to drop it off at a location, it should be honored and the store should take care of fixing any mistakes that took place by U-haul. U-haul customer service is horrible!!!
Stephen ZAfter taking time to fill out ap to obtain vehicle seamlessly, I was still required to give all information again, ( license, cc, etc) Then the staff took a photo of me standing there telling me to look into his phone. I find this an extreme invasion of my right not to have my photo taken, you already had my license and cc. Next the car had 1/8 tank of gas, I asked staff member what to do, He said something about an 1/8 of gas, How am I supposed to know when the gas goes to 1/8 of a tank? I alrways filled the tank everytime I rented and did it on this rental, wher I was told I will not be reimbursed for filling a tank that I got very low at 1/4 filled. Overall, the 21 miles I used added up to double the cost of the rental, the $41.00 of gas I paid I was told I had to lose because I was told only to put gas to 1/8 (whatever that means) Total cost for a 19.95 advertised rental: 130. approx. I will take my rental needs to a different company going forward. Anna

The Icing On The Cake Was I Encountered A Starting Problem With Truck Because Of Icy Cold Freezing 🥶 Conditions In Early Morning.. After Weather Warmed Up Ice Melting Off Truck.. Truck Started A Couple Hours Later.. Ran Great On Returning Truck.. Staff Identified An Engine Light Had Indicated A Small Problem That Might Have Contributed To Starting Issue.. Excellent 👍😊 All The Way.. Thank You

Nicholas BIm not biased the workers here are really annoying and will call and do whatever is necessary to tell you about a bill you already know you need to pay. They tell you about a deadline to pay, that they dont even follow and threaten to send it to collections.

Jason KI was at Life Storage units for almost 3 yrs less than 1 mile from Uhaul place and their prices kept flexuating. And finally I had enough when charged $188 for the month and with no heads up about it. Glad I walked in for info and made the change!!!!

LANCE CThe owner who was there when I arrived this morning to rent the truck has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. Based on my experience, If I didn't need the rental vehicle at that moment in time, I would have walked out of that store with no intention to return. He treated me as though of a child. I certainly will tell others of my experience and should they ever need Uhaul services, find another location or go with another competitor for better service and respect.
Michael FDave, the owner, is simply awesome. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I've been to other locations many times, I've never had a better experience than at this location.

LANCE CI did the on line pick up. The truck was in wrong location as stated on line, there was a man working who watched me search for truck-I asked for help and he was condescending. I showed him on my phone where it stated location of truck and truck was in wrong location. He was rude when I didn’t know where to find “Compartment 9” to get key. The on line video showed a compartment type/post office box type of CNN location but in reality at this location the “Compartment” was the back of the truck. Dave was annoyed at me asking him 2 questions-and both questions were because his location listed wrong location as to where I can find truck and his location doesn’t have the key station in place yet-so they have alternate solution.

Mohammed ADealing with customer service and staff at the store have been nothing but extremely frustrating! I set up auto pay when obtaining the unit but the 1st payment did not go thru because the bank reissued a new cc. No one called to advise me from u haul. This spawned a litany of mailed statements to my friend and myself and fee after fee assessed! I phoned the location but again was unable to speak to a rep there but ended up speaking with a customer service rep. She was not at all helpful. I requested to speak with the store mg and was assured that a message was sent to her. I rece a call from Dave at the store,who couldn't assist. I again requested to speak with the mgr. Few days went by and I called U-Haul again and left another message for the mgr. I ended up going into the location because I never received a callback. I spoke with Dave and he became very agitated and said I'd have to speak with the manager because he couldn't assist me! I finally got the call!!!! The managers demeanor was certainly not what you'd expect from a management professional! She seemed inconvenienced by having to call me. She was not apologetic for all of the misinformation that I was given at the onset of renting the unit or for the continued problems with the account. She was adamant that she will never again waive any fees if they're assessed on the account. She did finally agree to waive all of the late fees . This has been one of the worst customers service experiences I've ever had dealing with U-Haul. Both the customer service reps and the employees at the store. Unfortunately, I am not able to end my agreement with U-Haul for the unit at this time. But as soon as I can, I assure you I will move my items to a unit at a competitor.

Connie EI always think the price of the rental is fair but all the extras are outrageous. I always feel pressured to buy the insurance and have never needed it. I know most of us have to pay for the few who destroy property.
