tim tischendorfVerify cargo area and passenger compartment has been cleaned of debris prior to sending back out. The specific vehicle that we rented was not in good overall condition. Extremely damaged over the entire vehicle, steering was unpredictable to a point, exhaust system had a noticeable leak, driver side seat cover kept coming off every time I got in, key dinger was always dinging with key removed…. Probably more, but I didn’t note everything. Unit #DC 2458 T
Raymond RuggiereMan that I rented from billed me for 25 hours which put me into a 2 day rental. Have no idea where the 25 hour come from as we only wanted a one day, 24 hour rental. He told me to insert my credit card to pay $160.00 and if I didn’t catch it would have paid about $100 too much, I am 82 yo and I think he though since I am an old geezer he could fool me - not a happy camper

Tim M LybertI brought my Jeep in for a hitch install. The task was scheduled to take 2 -1/2 hours. It took the entire day. I never received a phone call with updates - I had to visit the shop multiple times to find out what the status was. I attempted to use the new hitch the following day and found that the wiring doesn't work. I recommend increased training for the mechanic and a reminder to the folks at the counter to use the phone to keep customers up to date, especially when there are delays or problems.

David QuarnstromIt was the most disjointed and unnecessarily prolonged procedure that I have ever been through. I believe that it took 45 minutes to reserve a space for next week. Both of my valid credit cards were rejected 4 times, the computer program seemed to not work and was slow. Both persons there were friendly and helpful but it was a ridiculous and unnecessary time drain. Study Amazon’s computer system and try to copy it.

Paul Grabow | First ImpressionsThe running lights weren’t working, even though the employee was standing behind the trailer checking everything before we left. We didn’t know until the next morning while driving in the dark. Also I was told that using a debit card they had to charge more and then I would get reimbursed. I still haven’t gotten reimbursed for the overage that was drawn. It has been 3 business days.
kathryn verstegenThe facility is still getting thigs finalized as they just opened. The aisles are a little narrow but serviceable. Facility could use guide signs down the main access aisles showing the number of the units in each row, e.g., 1421-1468. Facility also needs a few larger carts, the only ones provided are quite small.

MATTHEW WALLACE | Overall ExperienceWe wanted to have our U-box delivered to our home, and it was sent to the location farther from our home and the wouldn't deliver because we were outside their delivery area is what we were told. This was in Gulfport MS. When my husband drove to get it, we were informed we were in the delivery area and it could have been dropped at our house. My husband is disabled and was not happy. That was the only issue we had. Waupaca Wi location where we shipped from was amazing.

The app and website are a good introduction, but don't explain all the details, like, the U-boxes only go on a specific trailer, which you get to use free of charge.
Paul SpragueThere was no one visible in the evening when I went to return the trailer and everything was wide open. The person on duty appeared after I called and he heard the phone ringing at the desk.

Shawn RehbergThe 26 foot has a big sign that says “drones like a van.” Maybe a van with no wheels or suspension.. I’ve driven trucks, farm equipment, etc. this was the worst riding van ever. I’m still vibrating today. Thank God we didn’t have dishes or glassware, it wouldn’t have survived the 30 mile trip.

Kurt StrutzEasiest storage rental I've ever had. Convenient, immediate access, very easy rental instructions, and less expensive than same size units other places. Easy to contact if i had questions. I did whole process online and it went 100% great. I could not be more happy.
Chris Kleist | Online Move InI was sadly surprised to find that the 10’ truck I rented did not have a ramp. I was left to do some very heavy lifting of a washer and dryer without one. I wish that this would have been made more clear in the marketing materials so I could have gone with a different, ramped model.
samuel schneiderThis is the nearest Uhaul location to my house. I was told I would be returning the truck to the nearest Uhaul to me on Fulton street. This location is nearest and on Fulton. When I returned the truck, I was told I might be charged $20 because a site down the road 5 or 10 miles farther was listed erroneously on the paperwork. I have recently rented a 26-foot truck and 2 of the largest trailers. If I’m charged $20 extra, I’m done with uhaul.

josh schlyMake the pick up process much easier on the app, wasted an hour trying to get the code to unlock the key lock box. Although the person that assisted us was very helpful, couldn't have proceeded without her help.
Claude BerryMissing hand cart that was reserved online. Truck had damage to grill and front passenger side. Equipment pick up using the app was an awful experience! Took 45 minutes, even with the help of the customer service number. If the location does not have staff available, it should not be renting out equipment on those days. I have used UHaul several times in the past, and this was, by far, the worse experience I've ever had. Very disappointed. I will never not use counter pick up again
Kurt BrownThe truck we rented was not mechanically maintained. The front left wheel bearing was bad, the steering rack appeared to be bad which makes it extremely dangerous to drive especially when loaded. The day after returning the truck, which was returned 6 hours early and keys placed in a lock box, I was charged another $35 to which I do not know why nor was that transaction authorized. The self return did not appear to be working online as when I logged into my account it stated I had no rentals to return. When I attempted to complete the self return using the contract number, all I got on the screen was the steps to complete the return such as making sure the fuel was replenished, the truck was cleaned out and parked legally and to return the keys to the lock/drop box on the building which was all completed at that time.
