I didn’t receive a positive welcome into the facility. The person made me feel I was bothering them and information about my refund or discounts were not answered or given to my knowledge.
Robert BWent to warwick over newport which is closer due to them charging $200 more and needing my car the entire day. I tried to cancel and they were rude and hung up. Warwick RI uhaul was great and very nice

Also when I told him there was a better deal if I returned it to a specific location he gave me a lecture about how those prices change fast and it wasn't available anymore. After I got home I looked and the price was still available. He lied or was too lazy to look.
Christopher RI originally went to U-haul in Groton, CT. They tried to discourage me from installing a hitch. Said it would destroy the battery in a year. They then installed the mechanical parts of the hitch. Said they couldn't install the wiring because they only had ramps. Called U-haul who set me up with an out of state U'haul facility in. West Greenwich, RI for wiring installation the next day. Showed up there and they said no record of my apointment. No electrical installer there that day. But they called a U-haul dealer in Warwick, RI and I got the wiring installed there. On ramps.

We have only ever used one other facility but the difference was like night and day . My daughter even commented how clean it smelled and how clean and shiny the storage building was . The staff was amazing the 3/4 times I had questions or needed assistance. Would highly recommend

GEORGE C | Overall ExperienceIt was a quick and easy process to pick-up and drop-off. The trailer was great and very user-friendly. It is almost impossible to jackknife. The only downside to the trailer is that there is no jack to be able to remove the trailer when it is loaded.

Foe some reason we could not find the receipt for the old one in the computer, and I did not have the paper copy. So the technician “Tyler who was outstanding” fixed what I had, and replaced the wiring. He solved my problems, and I was on my way. In no time at all. And I ended up saving some money. I could not get an appointment locally the same day, which is why I ended up in Warwick RI. (I live in Attleboro Ma.) But I don’t mind, it was the same day. But no matter. I had a great experience.

I have a bad back cold asthma and also have a service dog because of panic attacks and because I parked in a no parking zone he told me to read the fucken sign incase I couldn't read he read the sign as the fucken sign says no fucken parking do you know how to fucken read I need another trailer to move back to maine and I'm trying to find another location to go to I don't think that guy should be working a job that has to do with customer service very disrespectful I'm moving the 28th of this month and don't know if I will choose the Oakland beach location
doug sOnly one thing I could complain about would be the prices.there is some places offering the same storage for a lot cheaper.$205 for a 10/10 is a lot I found other 10/10 climate controled for 125$ so if u haul lowered the price it would be a 5 star storage place.

Never told about this limitation at start of rental. Huge inconvenience. Price of rental was a bit steep for size, but facility was very clean, convenient loading docks for truck or car, unit always kept at a cool room temperature, and video security. Would be 5 stars except for restricted access through large door.

Recently went in to remove my items and eventually close my storage unit on a weekend. Nothing wrong just found a spot to live with more storage. The next Monday they called asking me if I cleaned out my unit and would like to close my account, before I had an opportunity to go online myself. Couldn’t have been an easier and more pleasant experience. It was also comforting to hear the staff are checking the units frequently too and checking in. 10/10

This was the main reason we left. --Change debit cards twice, and both times the transition was bungled despite prior notification. --Closed out unit in the middle of the month and there was no pro-rated refund. Staff was helpful during close out despite elevator problems.

When I returned to empty the storage, however, one the office persons was closing the door when I arrived and asked if there was a restroom I could use. He informed me that the storage building had no restrooms and that they were closed. I would have delayed them 2-3 minutes at the most. It took me much longer to find a restroom nearby before I accessed my unit. Basic kindness goes a long way.

I realize there are many customers all attempting too speak with a representative and some if not most could easily access your on line service. But in my situation I wasn’t able to get access to make a reservation for my storage. I am not sure if I had spoke with a representative on the phone my issue would have been resolved? Because I hung up several times from frustration of listening to your recorded messages prompting me to use the online service that I could not. The longest wait time was almost a half n hour . My solution was to drive directly to the location . I was pleased with your Staff and the associate who help me reserve my storage unit as well as the simplicity returning your truck the next day .

The person closing the account said, no we don't prorate the larger units. We closed a smaller unit earlier in the money and we got money back, what is the difference?
