Great service and quick process

Help your employees out. On Sunday, the UHaul representative had to manage everything by himself. He had four people return trucks at the same time and was backed up, plus he was vacuuming and moving the trucks back to their assigned location. This gentleman needed some help!!! You should have at least 2 people working a shift for work, break, lunch purposes.

First truck had a tpms light. Second truck had front end shimmy at speeds over 30mph. Was charged an additional 20 for cleaning after I swept and wipped down the trucks box. I spoke to customer service. Will no long use uhaul will be using Budget next time.

I needed a truck very last minute. I was able to rent it online and it was ready to go as soon as I got to the location. My husband and I were very happy with how smooth the process was.

The Representatives were extremely helpful. I watched as several people came in everyone was acknowledged and handled with the same level of priority. You could tell they genuinely care about the customers they serve. Thank you!

Pick up was pleasant, then I realized my seat belt wouldn’t stay locked after I left. Truck smelt like smoke. Upon return agent was clearly frustrated by the previous customer. Asked if I could be refunded for a non opened pack of moving cloths, he just shook his head no.

Everyone at the 451 sunrise hwy in west babylon location are just wonderful, they all are helpful, knowledgeable about everything at facility and are just so pleasant to talk to. They explain everything. I give the manager Anthony and his crew 100 stars if I could. Job well done.

I originally set the usage for Miles for 100 miles and I was told upon return if I used less I would be reimbursed the miles not used. I drove 70 miles with the expectation that I would get refunded the 30 miles not used. However I still got charged for the 100 even though I only used 70 miles. I tried to have this corrected and your representative onsite made it seem like I was incorrect and that I was being charged correctly for 70 miles. My. Contract listing the 100 miles had the same price I was charged for 70 miles. This is ridiculous and I am disappointed. Please do not say I will get refunded if that’s not true

Picked up a trailer that had damage, didn’t think anything of it. You’d imagine the employees would know the condition of the trailer before releasing it to you. Dropped it off in the exact same condition as when I received it. Got a call saying I damaged the trailer and had to pay for it. After going back and fourth with an employee they said they would email me information regarding the situation. Never received an email because they know I was correct.

The communication with the manager was poor. He explained that yeah up to five days before they locked you out and when we had a blizzard, I was two days late and they locked me out because I couldn’t get inside the place or to the place and then they charge me a leaf fee, very unfair and unsatisfied Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone poor management

People made false accusations called the company and got my truck taken away because U-Haul is incompetent to figure out which truck is driving dangerous in Long Island not only was my truck taken away before I had to bring it back I had to postpone my move I will not be renting here again and I do not recommend renting here to anyone it is very unfortunate how they can run a business like this when people rent cars from them not a good idea unless you wanna have your truck taken away mid rent

I rented an auto transport. There was some previous damage that mildly affected the function of the trailer. The trailer was covered in dust and debris as if it had been used at a construction site. When I tried to lower the fender and pull out the loading ramps, I got covered with dust and debris. Also, the ratchet straps for the front wheels were very rusty and almost not functioning. I lubricated them and afterward they worked well. I was very happy with the facility itself and both representatives I dealt with were exceptional, however, the equipment left a lot to be desired. I’ve rented several trailers from UhAul and this was by far the worst.

When you rent out a trailer to tow a car, let the renters know that the drivers side fender needs to be released so it folds down so you can exit the drivers side door so you can exit the vehicle.

Scheduled to pick up with out having to go inside but when I filled out info on app at the place. I had to wait for approval which took over 12 minutes. Why would you not have this done prior to picking up the car. Waste of time still had to go inside. Need better system.

The entire staff at the 451 sunrise hwy facility should be commended for the exceptional excellence in customer engagement and service. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and courteous they get an A+++ in my book. Anthony and Veron have always made my experience renting at this U-Haul facility an Excellent one and I believe they should be used as an example on how other facilities should be run.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The truck was in pristine condition. When I told the gentleman at the counter I was going to Queens he switched my truck to one of the one way trucks as they have more gas in them. I can’t say enough good things about this location and will definitely be using them again. From picking up the truck to returning it, the process was so easy and painless and every staff member I encountered was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Waited for almost 30 minutes returning vehicle. U-Haul Representative could have cared less. Zero proactive attitude. I was charged $19 dollars for fuel without explanation as vehicle was returned with 3/8 of tank just as it was received. Customer service awful.

The 5x10 indoor unit is a bit on the expensive side and seems to increase in price every few months. The storage hours are acceptable and units are secure. However, the most inconvenient thing to note is the very large bump you have to figure out how to maneuver the dolly around in order to exit the storage facility.

I had my Unit (001) since 2006 at the U-Hall in West Babylon, NY. For the majority of that time the manager was Mary. Mary was an outstanding individual and always professional and kind. My experience for the 16 years I had this storage unit was excellent. There was one incident that my car was broken into and the staff was very supportive in assisting with the situation. Thank you for your service and if I am ever in need to rent a unit again U-Hall will be my first choice.

This storage facility is run down and very dirty! The units are dark and there is not enough light from the hallway to see inside the units at night. We had water damage in our unit. We were not happy

The insulation on the ceiling was falling down which worries me because I want to make sure it is insulated. The guy did tape it up. He was rude and we felt like we were a bother since the get go

My bedroom set was destroyed because of water getting into the unit when it’s supposed to be a safe secure waterproof unit. Very disappointed that i have to go through insurance now to get money back
