I was happy with the staff, facility and most of the trailer condition. The only reason that I marked the trailer was not satisfactory is because one of the straps that you use to ratchet down the front tire of the vehicle being towed was frayed so badly that it took me quite some time to get it through the ratchet’s slot before I could secure the vehicle. I don’t believe that this part should be issued for service in that condition. Overall, I was very happy with my experience though.

Sallie SEverything great except for waiting way long time like over half hour because he couldn't check in the transport I was dropping off due to another system issue and had to call for help. I think it wasn't their fault but it was just way to long with everything else we had went through- and we still had more stuff to unload into the storage waiting in the uhaul van before we could drop it off as well and drive 3 hrs back and we were already missing easter and we just wanted to get done quickly. Dropping off the truck went very well though -thank goodness!

william hAlong with the exterior, the driver's side was a muddy mess and the cup holders had sticky soda spills everywhere. When I drop the truck off at a different location and use the mobile checkout.... it tries to charge ME for the truck being dirty, so I had to mark the truck as clean, so that I didn't get charged. Then to top it all off I get charged for extra mileage when I thought it was all included on a one way trip. At least comp me the extra mileage if your'e going to give me a truck that has never been soap and water before.

Diana CCustomer service from the people was great. The system to rent the trailer was the biggest pain. I called a head and reserved it the day before but when I got there to pick it up I had to wait for over an hour just because the stupid system "wasn't working" the people were great but you need to fix your system. That threw off my schedule for the entire day and I was rushed. Extremely unprofessional on the corporate/computer system side of things. It's a good thing I'm a patient person and the peoples customer service was good or you would've lost a customer. Seriously considering if it's even with it to use U-Haul again or just buy my own trailer.
drew cThe inside of the trailer still had some a little bit of dirt possibly compost still in it, it smelled like a dairy. I had some trailer light connection issues, but then I thought we had them resolved when the guy that was helping me told me the turn signal lights were working. When I got it home to load up I found that my right turn signal was not working. I spent a few hours trying to fix it, to no avail. So I drove it without the right turn signal working.

Cameron CThe customer service at this location is ridiculously terrible. They really do not care about customers and it’s obvious when you walk in. The most egregious problem is that Uhaul Corporate convinced us to bring a trailer from Twin Falls to our new destination in Oregon behind our Uhaul truck but the guy didn’t secure the hitch right which almost caused a catastrophic accident on a highway when the hitch came undone and went under the tailgate while driving. This HUGE screwup could’ve killed someone and Lola in Customer Service couldn’t have cared less. Uhaul Twin Falls was not only rude to me multiple times but they put my family in extreme danger by being incompetent. Even the roadside assistance guy was angry about the way the trailer hitch was attached. DO NOT rent from this location. I am NOT happy with my experience and I will be contacting the corporate office about this.

LORREN MI seriously got a trailer with a running light out. The "pro" that hooked it up only hooked the left chain up and not the right. The pin wasn't placed correctly. A good place to go if you want a ticket or to possibly kill yourself and many others.

Ashley Mi was informed two days before my scheduled pickup that the bellevue, idaho location did not have the correct size of truck as per my reservation confirmation. therefore, i had to hitchhike from bellevue to twin falls to pick up the truck, which is completely unacceptable. the interior of the truck was also diry when i picked it up, and more specifically the seats and console.

Jan PI have used the services of a uhaul truck from this location three times this year. However, the associate this time tried to charge me approx. $100 over the actual fees and didn't know how to run over the charges for the rental to show me where the cost should have been. I had to wait until the next day to talk to the manager. The manager did a great job and the cost was where I thought it would be. Still not sure what was going on with the $100+ over charge that the associate tried to have me pay. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would have been out a lot of money.

I asked joe that could happen and they explained it didn’t matter if I reserved it, there was nothing available. They gave me what was available which were two 5x8 units instead of the 10x16 which I had reserved, unforgivably the cost for that will be $108 a month at $55 a unit per month instead of $64 for the 10x16. I asked if they would honor the price quoted and they said no, I had to pay for both units. I found that frustrating since I reserved the unit I needed at the price I could afford. Fortunately the first month is free so I have found another cheaper company to move to. Although I now have to reload all of my stuff and move it...again. This should not have played out this way. When you do business with a company you expect them to deliver on what they agreed to. I am currently dealing with an almost double overcharge cost on my truck rental as well. Overall not happy with uhaul. The manager at the location is very pleasant, just can’t help.
