No complaints about the locations. The truck on the other hand was horrible. We drove 1100 miles, the truck did not have cruise control! That is the dumbest option ever deleted from a vehicle. The engine dog house gets very warm on your leg from either side. Bad wind noise comes in around 65 mph.

Customer service was poor and I was overcharged for gas when I returned at the same level that I took it. I fueled up at the gas station attached to the facility and they still tried to charge me. Very disappointed.

JJ, Sal, and Reggie are amazing at this location. Truck was clean, the rental process was fast, and the storage was clean, dry and safe. Now the GM Chrstine at the Pflugerville 685 location is very rude and unprofessional. I asked her to refund my extra day and fuel charges since my move went longer than expected. She didnt even realize it was her location that charged me extra and when I called her out she slammed the phone in my face. As a former employee of Uhaul and a former general manager I would never treat my customers the way Christine treated me today. I truly hope that she gets some more training and customer service because she obviously needs it!! Thank you JJ for the best rental!!

When I went to return my equipment to the location on my contract I was told they couldn’t take the equipment there and I needed to go somewhere else. I am on a schedule and I just spent two days moving across country. I did not have time to go find another location to return the equipment to. When I explained this to the guy he told me that it wasn’t his problem. And that he couldn’t take it because he didn’t have room. When I told him that I was not going to take it to another location and that I agreed to return it to that facility he got angry. I asked if we could do the walk around and the check in process and he told me I would receive a receipt and walked off. He then proceeded to try to charge me $25 via email for cleaning out of spite. The equipment was returned clean and in proper order. I have called and requested to Get this issue fixed. The store manager has been emailed and I am waiting to hear back from him.

I told the uhaul employee when I dropped off the trailer that furniture and other items inside the trailer got wet. There is some type of leak in that trailer either from the back door or I think from the floor or both but furniture got soaked. If I had to put a number on it betw 1-10 I would say 3.5

The rental smelled like a giant mobile ashtray, the front windshield was so dirty I could barely see when the sun hit it (inside), and the truck handled awful with less than 9k miles on it.

Only because it was closer to me. They did take the trailer after I told them I was not going to Leander and I would call my credit card company. The guy in Wichita Falls Texas needs to be retrained in my opinion.

I was not told that my price would almost double just for dropping off at the same pick up location. The original drop off was roughly 20 miles away from the location we delivered our belongings. Spoke to someone who changed the address to the same as pickup location and then got the call from drop off that I would be charged additional 70 dollars more. The option to come back and pick up the truck and go somewhere else is absurd and time consuming. Will seriously consider another option on my next need of moving truck rental.

My reservation was moved with no notification to me. I also DO NOT like walking away from a return without a paper receipt (i've been screwed by U Haul in the past). If the email fails to show up, i have nothing. Don't simply dismiss me, give me an option for a return receipt on the spot. You don't walk away from a cash deposit to the bank without a receipt!

I requested a moving truck several weeks in advance for New Years day. I spoke to Saul who made the appointment at 7am I let him know this is New Years day and asked if they will be open that early he said yes. two weeks later the night before I was set to pick up the truck I got a call stating that I would not be able to pick up the truck at 7 am because U-haul was not going to be open until 9 am which was an inconvenience for me and pushed my plans back 2 hours. When I asked for a Manager I was given to Saul who could care less he then put Cory on the phone who didn't seem to care that I was inconvenienced due to Saul's negligence in giving me wrong information I got no apology or even empathy of what I was going through, this was the worst customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
