MILEY CBetter customer service better maintenance on the vehicles don't rent vehicles that are unsafe defroster did not work windows fogged up was not able to see and the vehicle would not stay running when cold took about 20 to 25 minutes to warm the vehicle up before I could even attempt to drive it or otherwise it would stall what the person at the desk know about it and she didn't seem to impress didn't worry about it didn't offer a discount didn't do anything except right in on a piece of paper
MATHEW BNow that Uhaul is forcing insurance on people, I have no intention of using again or looking for alternatives. Need attorney general to investigate your deceptive pricing practices. $19 advertised to rent van, use for 2 hours, 10 miles and over $40 bill. Never used to be like this and disputing charge with my credit card company.

Perfectly clean.. what I was surprised about is when I got to the location to pick up the car one of the safety chains on the dolly, the hook fell off of the chain onto the ground. I've never had that happen before in any of my Towing experiences in the past 40 years. I stopped at a hardware store and bought a grade eight bolt, washer and lock nut and connected the chain to itself. I only knew to do that because of mechanical experience. The average person I would not imagine would know to do that as a backup precautionary safety. Other than that it was a good experience as it always is whenever I deal with U-Haul

DONNA SWaited 15 minutes at the drop off point and the attendant just ignored me. He was out there, just walked away multiple times. Finally had to go inside even though the sign asked to stay in the truck.
Timothy KMy main thought is that there is a u-haul about a half a mile from my home but the u-haul employee asked me to drop the truck off about 3 miles from my home. I did not understand the logic behind that and told them the other was closer but still ask me to drop off at the store 3 miles away.

WESLEY KThe actual U-Haul truck that I was provided had many problems. The drivers seat was hard to adjust, the door was hard to close and it made a squeaky, scrubbing sound when turning. Before departure long the site, the workers were informed and one of the female workers ignored my complaint, only stating “you’ll have to look under the seat and try to adjust”, without coming to help. However, a male worker did come help with seat adjustment and after struggling himself, the seat finally adjusted. Also, I was charged overage for mileage, yet my storage unit wasn’t far from my home. I am very dissatisfied with my U-Haul service this time around.

Julia TThe service and equipment was fantastic!! No problems there! The only thing I found concerning is that U-haul text me right after I pick up, while I am driving. I don't read the text because I am driving. By the time I do see the text, it is far too late to respond. The information that I receive in the text is information that the clerk I just dealt with should have told me. Especially the last line of the text. I cannot see the last line unless I press "view all." I have rented trucks about 4 times in 2023. December 31st of 2023 is the first time that I have noticed and actually read the last line of this text.
MARK MThe employee did a wonderful job handling the high number of people coming in for pick up and reservations. I would recommend that on a busy holiday weekend like today, 12/31, that extra help be available, especially to answer the phone.

The odometer was wrong in one of the trucks we brought back and instead of trying to assist with helping me to dispute it. I spent over $480 with Uhaul in less than 24 hrs and he wouldn’t assist me with looking further into the extra 30 miles that was on one of the trucks.

Robert JWiring harness was not properly installed/secured as first time driving after day of installation the connection box was dangling under my vehicle. I have not yet tested the wiring/lights as I had assumed it would have been tested/verified at installation, but now I'm not confident of that so I will need to test that the Wiring works.

First people to purchase our home failed. We are now moving and I will still use you with just in a different town. York and we rented a moving UHaul truck. Thank you

Eric L | Overall ExperienceThe facility is clean and well lit but I cannot say it’s secure. One of the customer areas in the unloading garage is full of equipment. The garage area is also not secure. One of tbe doors to the garage can be opened from the outside and the sliding door from the garage to facility is broken so you can access the facility without a key card or door code. Everyone at this facility were helpful when I moved in. Moving out was easy on my phone. However, I guess I should have read the fine print more closely because U-Haul will NOT refund and partial month not used. I went ahead and let my rental renew assuming I would be refunded whatever portion of the month was remaining when I moved out like many services do. This is not the case. According to their support personnel, is not U-Haul policy to refund any part of the rent regardless of move out date.
