I only needed the truck for a local move. There were 3 trucks on the lot the size I needed but was told these were only one way rentals. This makes no sense why they could not rent one of these trucks to me for the same rate. Also I dropped the truck off the same day after hours. I logged into the website to return the truck in the system, but was still charged the $20 after hours check in fee. Also this fee does not make any sense to me. How much more work is it ti check the truck in whether I am physically there or not. I would think it would be better since the employees could check the trucks back in at there pace depending on how many people are waiting in line to rent a truck.

$600 to rent a small 6x12 trailer for a week, completely unacceptable. I could of had movers move my items cheaper than what it cost to rent this trailer. Also, next time if you’re going to charge someone $600 for a trailer, at least give them one with trailer brakes and not just emergency breaks. It wasn’t the safest drive with the trailer through the mountains because there was no trailer brakes on the trailer. I’ve heard from people that renting a truck would of been way less than what I rented the trailer for, I was never explained why it cost $600, I was never told that because I was traveling to Idaho that, that might be the case. I have no clue and had no clue that renting a simple Uhaul trailer for a week would cost more than what it costs to rent a car for a week. I also didn’t appreciate that the trailer didn’t have a wheel jack so that I could jack the trailer up to connect to my truck after we put my mother’s stuff inside it. I had to go buy a $150 jack to lift the trailer up so I could attach it to my hitch on my truck. Not worth $600 at all for what I got. For the safety and inconvenience of the rest of the population, please don’t screw over someone else like what happened to me. It could cost someone their life to give them a 6 foot by 12 foot trailer with no trailer brakes. I hope this is taken seriously and is considered for the next person to utilize your service.

Website changed my truck to 15 instead of 17. I didn't realize it until I went back and looked at my confirmation email after I had the truck. Totally ruined the 24 mile move, as two trips were required.

When returning equipment after the location has. Closed and they have an issue with the payment part to not pay until issue has been resolved especially if u had used your card to pay for the equipment. I'm unsure with cash payments. My issue was eventually tooken care of which I did appreciate. Everything went smooth and was explai8to me properly for me to understand. Thank you.

Have more accurate readings on your computer on millage and gas in tanks on your vehicles. The extra dollar fee for the environment is a bit of gouging I personally think.

Door didn’t work got to my location before I realized and had to go all the way back. They figured out the issue and said they would deduct mileage when I returned truck the manager was extremely rude with me and accused me and argued with me about putting in gas until I felt obligated to show my receipt I would not recommend anyone to go to uhaul colerain.

Your call center is horrible. The Colerain location staff was excellent. The last three reservations I have made the call center has messed them up. It’s as if they tell you whatever you want to hear and then never relay the message to the pick up location. Truck was great and your prices are fair. Your service and product would be excellent if you could trust the people at the call center to be honest and better organized.

It would be good for uhaul to be consistent on pricing and fees. It is sketchy when you make your reservations online and it gives you one price for insurance, but when you go in the store to pick up the rental your told the cost is double what you agreed to pay for online. The staff in the store were great and pleasant.

Be sure to explain how much your rental may REALLY cost before a customer leaves with a unit. I was estimated at $54 and some change, but, the actual charge ended up being $75 and change. I know mileage (47.5 miles) was figured in, but this was a bit unexpected. Other than that, my UHAUL experiences are always good to great. My last rental experience...yesterday...was excellent.

The truck I rented was to be used for 2days. It was the roughest ride and it shook Really Bad. Felt like was going to stop s few times. I took the truck back that night because I was afraid to keep it for 2days. Got charged a overnight fee and I feel like I should be refunded. Had to get another truck to finish my move. Not happy with quality of truck and the amt I was charged for a raggedy truck.

I've been renting trailers from this location 2-3 times a year for the last 5 years or so and disappointed with the latest rental this weekend (12-7-19). Checkout of the 5X8 trailer took close to 15 minutes and part of it was due to the associate trying to oversell the insurance policy... the $16 policy cost on a $19 rental. And then the associate generated an estimate cost of double what it should have been with the explanation that it was just the system that automatically processes a "security deposit". Once the receipt was printed out it showed that the associate had entered the rental for 2 days in lieu of just one that was requested. Said "don't worry about it, the system will process the correct amount once returning the equipment". Once I returned it did remove the one day but had a $5 "safety" charge?! This was ultimately removed and I paid for what was owed. What is U-Haul becoming? VERY FRUSTRATING

The location for truck pickup was changed at the last minute and I was not notified. I spent approximately $30 on Uber fees to drive to the first location and then have to drive to the second location to get the truck.
