Getting a lawyer. I reserved online and was gave my Las Vegas address and California address and told I had 350 miles because of the distance and dripping the truck off. This location I guess de used to change the miles to something else or lie and actually make believe California us 600 miles away because they claim I went 280 miles over the 350 given to me at my reservation request. I put extra money into the gas and am owed money and to avoid paying me lies are made about an extra 280 miles that were not made. To top it off the gave me a truck with a cracked windshield and broken wipers for us to drive in the pouring rain in. This is unethical behavior. You will not be stealing my money or get my business ever again.

Shawn was phenomenal. You can tell that he has experience and great care for the customer and wanted to make sure we had a great experience with uhaul. He made relevent and helpful recommendations and I would absolutely recommend this location & Shawn to all my friends looking to rent with uhaul. The facility was clean and anyone that came in Shawn was able to point them in the right direction or would ensure them he would be with them shortly. Pretty great customer service at this location. Another employee (I don’t remember his name) took great care to make sure the trailer was on properly and did two safety run throughs(light check and double check the chains and hook up) at my request.

She walked me through the paperwork of my app for reservation. When I got there the process was quick and easy to get the 20 foot box truck that I rented. The vehicle was very clean. The staff was wonderful. The business itself was very clean and orderly.

More staff. This location is great, it just gets really busy. The staff, especially the lady that always helps us is amazing. I don't know her name but she has black hair. She's funny and is very personable. I've rented 3 times from this location. If I wasn't moving I would keep renting from here.

My overall experience was really good with this location. Easy to move in our storage unit. Staff was friendly. When I tried calling on Saturday 10/4/2023 to find out when our was going to be due I was immediately put on hold. When the guy came back to the phone he asked me what I needed help with. I told him I need to know when my bill is due, he asked me for my phone number and put me on hold again and tried to cold transfer me to another number instead of telling me when he was going to do. I hung up and called back and he answered again and I asked why tried to transfer me he said he had 5 other customers in the store. I just hung up and we cancelled our unit the next day. I didn't appreciate getting put on hold or being cold transferred to another number.

The price you advertise for a 10×10 was $139.00 per mo. You charged me $149 per month. The difference was mine was climate controlled. You folks don't say that in your store advertising. Your signs say $139 a month.

The rental unit is clean and access good. I had to dig up an address for a contact and three phone numbers though, that weren't expected from the intenet reservation and delayed the move in. Internet reservation doesn;t complete the process at this location. Some staff were friendly, others rote and flat not really personable. Counter help should like working woth people. Efficiency is good, but not the only factor in sales at the counter.

Karim was very helpful from being to end. I can definitely see that she is a very hard worker and doesn't mind taking on a whole load of work to do. She deserves a bonus and a raise just because when I was there I heard and saw her helping out everyone that was there. That's great to see someone go above and beyond while still keep a smile on their face while doing so much of a heavy workload.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The access was very easy. Storage units are very easy to get to. They provide carts to get from your vehicle to your unit which is a time saver and a back saver. They explain the whole process of payments, due dates, access to the facility and your unit in great detail. I had to get a truck and a storage very last minute and they were note than accommodating. I can't say enough great things about the staff and facility. Thank you again.

The person that called about my bill was arrogant and rude and I was only 2 or 3 weeks late and she was calling my references with a bad attitude. The Facillity was dirty and has some weird bugs jumping around, the floor and walls are a mess and still has sign’s from when it was Kmart.

All of the people who helped us at the 2671 N Las Vegas Blvd location were awesome. Especially Dee, Bre, Chyna, and La Toya! We had the worst experience getting the truck in Colorado, but Dee and her crew went above and beyond to help us and made it all better. We would use Uhaul again only because of them. If you have a storage unit in the back, they will not open the door to make it easier for you to put your things in or out. They make you have to walk them through that maze. I had movers and I expressed to the manager they would charge me extra for bringing my items so far, they didn’t care. Don’t get a back unit it you have a lot of items, also online I requested a 10x15 they said they had it, but when I got there they only had a 10x10 and tried to charge me to same price

There are a LOT of storage businesses in Vegas. I have stayed with this specific one because the staff is friendly and the GM is customer oriented. He makes sure things are done right while keeping the customer happy.

I received one free month of storage with my trailer rental. Inetead of giving me the first month free, they charged me for the first month and added a free month. I only needed the storage for a few weeks. I have been trying to get my money back but so far have not been successful. It takes hours to get through their system and actually speak to a human, only to find out that they can't solve the problem. I will not rent from Uhaul again.

Insatisfecho ya que el servicio del personal fue muy poco eficiente al momento del arribo al no querer mostrar alguna otra unidad argumentando no tener disponibles cuando en el website de u haul presentaba algunas otra, la unidad asignada no contaba ni siquiera con número de identificación de hecho no cuenta hasta hoy. Y por último en el contrato me asignaba un candado el cual al momento de preguntar por el me lo negaron argumentando k no tenían en esa tienda. Que lo tenía que comprar yo. Por lo tanto no lleno mis espectativas ni tampoco lo k yo esperaba de una compañía tan grande. Gracias. Espero saber qué opina U-HAUL de esto .
