The outside was also very dirty. The tires were not great for the snowstorm I drove through. On the upside, the van was pretty new and in good mechanical condition.

cathy jThey were awesome! This was the first time I pulled a trailer. They made sure our vehicle was prepared to pull the Uhaul trailer. They let me change the pick up time. I really appreciate those who helped us.
TEDDI DTruck had not been cleaned out. When I expressed this to the manager who was working that morning, he didn’t seem to care much and just said he will document it. Truck was not pulled up front, and windshield was not scraped, And I had it reserved for a specific time. When asked if they had a scraper I could use to clean windshield, he said he didn’t have any. I had a great experience when dropping off the truck though. After telling the employee named Gage about my morning experience, he said he was sorry about the situation and gave me a Discount. I was not impressed with the manager, but was quite impressed with the employee in the afternoon when I dropped off the truck.

Was called Sunday and Monday about returning truck when I already returned it on Saturday... Then charged extra on my credit card.. Terrible communication. Will not rent from uhaul again.

Rena MI was supposed to be set up for auto pay. I rented the unit in person and swiped my card at that time. The payment was never taken out and then I received a late payment charge. I also rented a 2nd unit a couple weeks later. I cannot access that unit on the app so not sure what is going on there...

This location needs a key drop box, I spent over 20 minutes between looking for the drop box and on the phone with customer support to find out what to do with the key.

James WDoor locked at 7 am on a Saturday (listed open time on the Uhaul SIte) so we waited an extra hour (seeing an 8am open time listed on Google), trying the door periodically before finally pounding on the door at 8:05. The staff forgot to unlock the front door. After that, no issues. We were on the road in 5 minutes. Quick drop-off and the trailer was in good repair.

Marcia JI had a terrible experience with the previous location in Ada, MN. The UHAUL that I reserved was not available. No one told me that it was not available. When I went to pick it up, they said they "Upgraded me" to a 6x 12 trailer that my vehicle cannot tow. It is clear my vehicle could not tow, as my info on my vehicle was in the UHAUL website. They did NOTHING for me to help problem solve or remediate the issue. I was very disappointed with the service. I understand what you order "may not be available" but if that is the case, please let your customers know in advance to make different plans or to locate the trailer that is needed at another location. I drove 180 miles to get a UHAUL. Unacceptable. And no one apologized.

Information changes everytime I talk to someone. No one has the same information. Just a bunch of lies and scams. No set prices and is all entrapment. Do not use U-Haul they are liers and scammers and will rip you off and charge your credit card for way more then you agree to. BEWARE!
Quentin FThis location did not have the materials I need such as extra furniture pads and the floor Dollie’s I requested. Brakes on the vehicle were sub standard, mirrors on vehicle were covered with ice making them virtually impossible to see out of.

Rebecca WI have no issues with this location. We used the mobile check in process, so was not expecting any interaction with others, which is good because there was not sign of life anywhere even though we were there during posted hours of operation. Good thing we did not have any issues. My complaints would be about the U-Haul website. I have never had a good experience using the website.
Michele MThis location was ill prepared for a customer pick up. It took an hour to get the trailer. Very frustrating and 3 phone calls to uhail to get the trailer as there was no store front or anyone there for assistance. Customer service on the phone was great and very helpful.
