My only complaint is that the odometer reading at pickup was slightly higher than what was on the rental agreement. This wouldn't have made much of a difference at the end of the day, but just wanted you to know, it was off by more than a mile.

When I got there, two uhaul reps were at the counter, each at a station. One helping a customer. The other I wasn’t sure if he knew I was there bc there was a shelf stacked with merch between him and me. After a few min I walked around to him and asked if he was able to help me. He looked up from his phone and said no, he will, pointing to his coworker who was helping the other customer. I waited my turn. When he was done with them, he asked if he could help, pulled up my name on the computer. Then he looked at his phone and said oh, hang on let me check something. He disappeared for 5-10 min. I think he’s out looking for my van.another employee comes in and helps 2 other customers in the time I wait. Then my guy comes back in with a bag of Wendy’s food, and drink. It’s cool, people need to eat, but he then looks me dead in the eye and says “have you been helped?” This visit made me feel as if I was in the twilight zone.

We had to wash the mirrors and windshield on our own before we left the lot so we could see. There were several others that were clean, so I'm not sure why we were given the dirtiest one on the lot. The gas tank was not full, but we were expected to return it full - which we did.

AKWASI WATERS-ADUSEII had planned this move for a very long time. In order to ensure the truck and trailer would be available at this location, and not have to drive to far away places to get the equipment I reserved the equipment at the location. In addition, I received a call the night prior and, after much discussion, was told the equipment would be avsilable at the location. Once I arrived at the location I was told the trailer wasn't available so I'd have to drive a long ways to get it. YOUR PRACTICES REALLY SUCK.

I was also told by owner that upon renting the U-Haul which I had a deposition that I could pay cash. They denied me when I went in. I want my account credit back half of December for storage rental and some compensate for being lied to. I will make this public if it does not happen!

You could be in the office and the workers would act like they didn’t see you till they wanted to. When working with people an acknowledgment goes along way. The last couple days of cleaning out my unit I dealt with 2 of the workers there. Both were very helpful and nice. One of the gentlemen came off of his break and helped me check out when I had questions about one of the online checkout steps. He then checked me out right in the office. Threw conversation I found out he was the manager and the old staff was no longer there. With the new staff I would totally recommend this facility 100 percent.

My experience with the young lady Ronai (excuse the spelling) was not pleasant. She was borderline rude and condescending. I rarely feel the need to send negative feedback, I get it when someone is having an off day, but in this instance, my observation was that this behavior was not a one-time occurrence. Also got charged $20 for $5 worth of gas. I was too exhausted to fill up the minimal amount as I had worked all day and had a finite amount of time to move heavy and many items only to do it all again the next day. Uhaul shouldn’t expect renters to refill tanks. Or at least penalize them terribly when they can’t. The space is also too small for 195.00 a month . When I checked in the clerk only gave me the rental vehicle and didn’t notice I was renting a space. I am severely disappointed.
