My friend and I picked this storage because we were supposed to have access to our separate units until 10pm (after office hours). We planned to make several trips in the evening while actively packing our stuff only to find that the storage space id card reader to let us in was not working. We were told to just come back the next day (which we couldn’t) and finally after insisting we need to get in, they had someone open the facility for us… but the person could not stay and we could only keep the doors open ourselves by keeping one of us in there at all times.. we both had our own packing to do. This wasted a lot of time, money, and resources on our ends and we had to let go of some items altogether due to lack of access before 10pm as we had flights to catch. Difficult and stressful move in experience, I can only hope the card reader works for our move out. I called today to explain the situation but it doesn’t seem they are willing to do anything for us. The only shining light at this place is the friendly woman at the front who really welcomed us when we first signed the lease, Vina.

When I picked up the truck, the person at the desk apologized saying that the truck had less than a quarter tank of gas. In actuality, when I started the truck it messaged that it was 29!miles to empty. A truck should not be “ready with anything less than a half a tank as a policy. This was a miss.

Fix your return process. I returned my cargo van to the location and no one greeted me outside. Instead, I had to go inside and wait for the lazy black guy to put his personal call on hold (it sounded like he was talking to his girlfriend). The guy told me that "I would be getting an email with my receipt later that evening after he finished my call". So, there was no formal check-in process, nor did I find out until 5 hours later (when I got my emailed receipt) that I was charged for an extra 25 miles for some inexplicable reason. I called the following day to inquire as to why I got charged for the extra mileage, only to be told by the person (presumably the manager) that "I should have gone inside and dropped off my keys (which I did), instead of using their 'express drop-off process' (which I DID NOT USE). This location could be great otherwise, if they could fix the return process.

I currently have a storage unit at this facility and I’ve rented trucks a few times as well. the manager and both employees (a woman and a man Bobby I believe is his name) I have worked with have always been helpful and professional.

A little confusing with the drop off. Sign said to wait in truck for attendant but there were 3 vehicles in front of mine that were empty and just sitting there. Found random entrance and was taken care of immediately.

I can't put into enough words how amazed I am by this location and the quality overall ever since Todd took over. He gets me in and out smooth and quickly every time. I stopped going to this location for about a year and recently had no choice but to stop in again and I was blown away by my interaction and now it's back to being my regular rental location. Great guy with a great attitude and someone who you can tell actually cares about their job. Would highly recommend.

Dolly and moving pads ordered were not in the truck at pick up. Fortunately center was open and associate was able to get items for us quickly. I did 24/7 pickup and had the center been closed I would not have had these items.

I had made a reservation online. Came in to do the paperwork and was told that size unit was not available even though my reservation was confirmed. I was able to get a larger unit with the first month free. But then I am stuck paying the higher unit price. Because of this snafu I cannot recommend the facility be booked online.

I have used U-Haul in Menomonee Falls, WI., and Libertyville, both experiences were great. Very clean and well maintained facilities at both locations. I would definitely recommend U-Haul for moving and storage.

Confusion about lock / girl was new and tried to sell me one but online said came work one and then when o opened unit there was a nice letter with a new lock. She was new / maybe more training? Nice facility

Wish there had been more visible instructions on how to access unit without setting off the alarm. Everytime I open my unit the alarm goes off. This is why I answered no to question 3.

If disc shaped locks are required Uhaul should provide them as part of the storage rental cost. Customers shouldn’t be forced to buy them at Uhaul when they already have a good lock.

Amazing experience. SUGGESTION: For loading and unloading support, U-haul might need to consider providing 'Automatic conveyor belt' facility (in the ladder provided with steps need to have conveyor belt ramp on one side and steps on the other side) to move goods to Upper level storage units for convenience.

we had been using a storage space at a different company. After seeing your facility we checked and found that we would pay less for a climate controlled space ! Moving in was wonderful! We were able to pull inside and unload, and they offered carts to facilitate moving large items. The spaces are all well lit and exceptionally clean and well maintained. So glad we found this place!

I could not be happier with the move in experience. Courtney was very helpful and made sure we got into our unit. She also made sure I received credit for my free month for renting the UHaul trailer. The facility was very clean and well lit. Even the bathrooms were nice. I would highly recommend this facility for storing your extra stuff!

My initial experience with checking in to my new unit left a bad taste in my mouth. The staff member assisting me was very friendly and helpful. Things started off a a bad foot with the master online reservation system allowing me to reserve a unit that was not physically available at the location I chose, more or less forcing me to accept a bigger unit for a higher cost. The attendant did not express a particularly high degree of confidence in the electronic capabilities of the security access card nor in the sturdiness of the individual alarm on the unit itself. There was also a conflict of what the unit access hours were, with the paper I was handed stating until 10 p.m. but the staff member saying only 7 p.m. There was also a mention of a $10 charge for after hours access, but that is listed nowhere in the contract. I was underwhelmed to say the least.

Paid for the 24 hour access but the card they gave me to get in didn't work. They also didn't hive me a code to get in during regular hours. Took me 2 hours of phone calls to get a temporary pass code.
