I was very impressed wirh UHaul and the box.. they worked very hard to stay on time with my firiend 1100 miles away from me and his mover who packed the box. I would difinately do it again. Every employee seemed to know what happened at the previous stage so I didn't have to keep repeating every detail. very organized.

After getting scammed by Budget truck I came into U-Haul needing a truck that day to load up for my move across country the next morning and both workers were so helpful and so nice and got me a truck and a trailer very quickly. This was a smooth process, however I never could get the app to load the location and had to go inside. On the return, the same thing happened--the app wouldn't load the location and told me I was at the wrong location.

My pickup/drop off process was relatively easy. The van I reserved was there and ready to go, but there was a lot of confusion with other customers that made the employees seem rushed and annoyed and unable to focus.

I have all of my tool boxes and carts in there. When I brought it from there to my apartment, one of my carts which was made of hard plastic was crushed and broken in a few spots. When I moved to my new place and got it back from storage again recently. The guy they hires to deliver it had a trailer he did not really know how to back up and ran into some of the pavers in my front yard. This is also not the first time you guys charge me for an additional month even though I returned it before the due date. Then I have to go through the process of calling you to refund me, then you forget as usual, then two weeks later I have to call the 1800 # for them to let the store know. It would be nice if just once things went smoothly with you guys. Moving around is already a pain.

Nightmare from start to finish. It was hard to believe Uhaul is a moving company. I stood waiting with for boxes for an hour. Paying my moving guys. He only came with 2 and parked it with the door to the fence. Omg. It was so difficult to unload when the door wasn’t fully open. The driver decided to help and dropped and broke the only item that was damaged during the move. The Uhaul store was not open for business. I drove there because they don’t answer the phone. All calls for 3 days went right to the call center. Poor customer service on phone and in person. I will never use Uhaul again

Consider routinely giving an estimated range of time the installation would be complete. The young man behind the counter did a nice job letting me know the general status of the job, so I could more conveniently work with getting a ride home or to stay and wait at the shop. It turned out that my drop-off installation was going to be done fairly quickly, so I did not need to bother someone with picking me up. Thank you for your professional installation than was prompt and reasonably priced!

The truck had a puddle of old stale water in it it and was full of cockroaches fleas and mosquitoes. It was gross but we moved our shit. I don't think you care, Your model works still but it is old and needs revamping. Your really could do this much better at the same cost and better return . It is a shame.

There was so much damage to the truck I had to video it instead of a couple of pictures. They gave me the truck on dead dead empty. I’m lucky I made to a gas station. I was told if I brought it back with a quarter of a tank they would give me a $24.80 credit. It was a hair below the quarter mark and the refused to give me the credit. This would probably go into the black hole Like most surveys do but I would like my $24.80 credit. I don’t expect to go pick up a rental car truck. I have to go gas it up immediately very disappointed.

The only way in the climate controled area is on top of a hill the carts roll away from you n then u gotta hold the cart while you have to enter a code on 2 keypads n then rush before the door closes an u gotta repeat it again there's no loop around so if multiple people are loading or unloading I'm trapped in

The gentlemen at this particular Uhaul location have attended to my moving and storage needs above and beyond. From honoring my free month of storage after my move to making sure I was able to sign into my unit at 12am at night, they were there. With stand up customer service, well lit and air-conditioned units, on the spot truck availability, hands down Terry and crew are the gentlemen I'd go to see for my Uhaul services.

The only reason I would not give it a full 5 stars is because your phone system is awful, you can’t reach anyone. Instead I had to drive all the way to the store to get questions answered. I set up autopay 4 different times and your system kept kicking me off randomly. The uneasy feeling waiting to see if the money would actually come out was not pleasant.

Was moving cross country from Colorado and had reserved the AC first floor room because we were moving large furniture into it. I called multiple times to confirm that it was still available. When we arrived after all day of driving it turns out that the storage we had reserved, for months, was no longer available and that we would have to call around to random storages to find one that is (virtually impossible day of). Called around and there was nothing available. We called back and told them and then they found a storage unit was available on the second floor with AC. They did not tell me that the "second floor" was only accessible by a ladder on wheels. This made moving all of our furniture extremely difficult both in and out. Other than that, everything went great. The employees were very friendly and helpful, though you could tell they were understaffed.

Never answers the phone, not really busy always so not sure why. Stuff got auctioned and they allowed the person who bought it to also take my important paperwork when the GM stated to me that it wasn’t allowed. Still have yet to get my paperwork back. The ball was dropped and no one seems to care everything is just kind of brushed off.

Very convenient and hours to access storage were great. One thing that I didn’t like was the fact the rate changed every month. It started in the $60s and towards the end I was paying $80s. Also I finished my contract 3 days earlier but there wasn’t any adjustments for that.

My unit did not smell very good. The back part of the trailer leaked and there was a puddle on my photo boxes. Did not ruin my photos due to packing them in a plastic box.When I mentioned it to the check out person, he was not concerned. The unit was very secure but not well lit. This was my 3rd storage experience and my other 2 were very clean and dry.

Uhaul offered lot more storage for your money, then what I had previously experienced with another storage facility. The non air conditioning units was not dusty with bugs but very clean and air tight. I will definitely use uhaul storage again and refer all I know. Thanks for a great experience which is a rare find these days.

They never answer phone or emails and my account was messed up from the beginning. I sent several emails and so did my son . I have never had such problems with a U-Haul in my life. My son went in to pay our bill in September and had to wait over 30 minutes in lobby and then he asked for a receipt and waited again for at least 15 minutes said he would email and close it out but it never happened.

Elijah your employee is a huge asset to your company for the fact that he gives above and beyond help with your customer. Sliding door access card doesn't work 1st all time takes 2-3 times to open. Lighting in space not working. Common area lighting turns off. Locker too far from sensor. Mentioned to staff said that area was an addition and that's the way it is. Safety concern too dark and tripping hazards

Need other options in the questionnaire. We did not use the facility but the POD. The POD was pickup from Co.without any notification. The delivery was very late. No one called to update. Never again
