Ivis RI had problems with my return. I returned it exactly at the level. I received it at on fuel and they’re trying to claim that I didn’t and charged me at additional $18 for gas refill. I was also never told by the agent that I needed my phone to do the return in the evening so was not able to document anything when they claimed things the next morning and tried to also charge a $20 Extra fee for not using an app on return. I called an agent that night at Uhaul to do the return when I got home back to my phone. I believe that this location is overcharging customers for fuel and stealing their money. I will not use the space again. oh, and if I was driving any further than I had, which was only 50 miles, round-trip my back and hips would’ve been destroyed because the seat of the driver seat was so deteriorated.

I had a question later on during my rental and the associate who answered the phone was helpful and courteous. LOUIE OWhat an awful experience. I reserved a cargo van and had the reservation confirmed. Went to the location- they don’t even rent vans nor did they know anything about my reservation. Went to a place up the street- they also didn’t have vans and said their smallest was a 15 ft truck even though there were smaller trucks on the lot. Lastly, the return process was absolute absurd. First it couldn’t find my location and I had to find five ways to Sunday to allow location and the barcode scanner ? That sure doesn’t work. I tried three different barcodes. What a waste of time. A refund wouldn’t do this crappy service justice.
tiffany sMy main complaint is that the truck cab stank of cigarette smoke. The cargo area had just two sets of wooden runners, which made it difficult to secure the cargo. There were no latches or hooks for affixing bungee cords or come-alongs.

steven gSigning up was needlessly painful, every page was slow, it made me wait after filling out some data entries, I wanted to pay with my mother's card because I lost mine, but yall made that wildly painful too. What could have been a 3 min sign up took 20+ min due to all the waits When I went to use the app, it was so slow, it again, had needless waits after some data entries The van I rented had a dirty windshield on the inside, like no one ever cleans it. Your staff were great, your online experience is so bad I will be trying other companies just to avoid it.

Carts were not always available, lilely because other customers locked them away in their units, I had to carry stuff into my car as I was removing my last items. Other than that, no complaints. Great storage place.

I will be pursuing a lawsuit against this uhaul location and do not advise anyone use this location

U-Haul standards for cleanliness far exceeded my other experience. The indoor garage access provided shelter while unloading/loading my car… rain or shine! I knew my belongings would be safe inside the temperature controlled environment, as well as being a comfortable work space… no matter what the season! I received quick and courteous assistance by several of the workers when my lock failed to open, and Marty (General Manager) was able to remedy the problem with very little delay and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you U-Haul!

I went to my storage unit to bring my personal belongings and i saw several large cockroaches in the unit and on the hall floors. There are small black boxes for pest control in every unit but it does not control the problem. I was afraid to place my belongings in the unit since I knew when I moved my boxes, I would probably bring them with me inadvertently to my new home. Other than that the facility was well organized. The staff is awesome, especially Emily.

I live nearly an hour from the facility and had to find a family member to come and pick me up. There should be signage inside the garage bay stating that the doors will not open after 10PM. Having tried to open them at 10:01PM, I mow know this to be the case. I would appreciate a call back from the general manager and hope there can be a resolution for wasted time and poor communication.

Idarmi R | First ImpressionsWhen booking/ reserving my storage unit over the phone, I was never told that my unit was going to be an upper unit. This was a complete surprise to me when I arrived at the facility, as I was told over the phone that this unit was accessible. It is anything but. There were no lifts whatsoever to bring my belongings up to the upper unit, and the stairs were a complete safety hazard. Not only do they ROLL, but they have no safety locking mechanism. At one point, the stairs rolled back while my boyfriend and I were lifting a heavy piece of furniture, and I was terrified for his and my well-being, thankfully we caught ourselves, but we could’ve been seriously injured if not worse if we had fallen or the furniture fallen on top of us. This was an extremely dangerous and physically painful experience, especially for me because I have a sprained ankle, and I also have chronic back and hip injuries. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in the lack of accessibility for these upper units. Fix this.
