Pick up was very unprofessional. 3 males, and one female working. The males were making fun of a xaller that they put on hold. Making very rude comments, and suggesting the customer learn to use the online site, and not call them. Drop off was excellent. The young lady was very polite.

When trying to get a storage, One employee in particular was rude and instead of offering solutions he was quick to say that i had no other option and am holding the line.... Also the truck was hood and clean but kept flashing check braking system and beeping. Scary so had to stop multiple times to reset the system.

Honestly, was a little annoyed to learn of the mileage charge when other vendors have unlimited miles. Additionally I was told that next week the mileage rate would increase and then abain the week after that. Made no difference to me as I used a van for a single day. Overall the service was excellent and would recommend again. Especially the crew who I returned the vehicle to - they were great.

The only thing would be on-site parking. Other than that, the entire experience was excellent. The staff was cheerful and explained the rental process throughly. The insurance for the van rental at this location increased from $10 to $26. That along with the $19.99 a day to rent, a $39.00 rental fee and the mileage charge, I will have to find another U haul in the area that doesn't have the increased insurance rate because a uhaul is a uhaul in terms of customer service.

The facility is very good, the customer service at this location is below average at best, customers are not a priority, I was charged for a storage unit the day I moved out, when I asked for a refund, I was told at the sales counter that Uhaul doesn't do that, so I call customer service who had to call the location and the operator was on hold for 15 minutes, I guess customer service isn't a priority as well. Another incident I was at the counter waiting for service and 4 associates were outside side talking while I waited 10 minutes, they didn't help until I went out and got them, I like Uhauls services which I use 6-5 times a year, I won't use location ever again and may look for a different provider

The purpose of long-term storage is just what it means. To be ridiculed by staff for directions to our unit is inappropriate. To be blatantly asked how can we not know where it is 1 your job to assist us. 2 be polite and professional. As a Walmart corporate Mgr I move alot with extended times in an area. Your rates went up drastically from account opened to closed. Your staff are a reflection of management, perhaps time for a change or deep look at turn over metrics. We asked about account reduction since we used half a month. We were told not my job or department. Office staff is the worst I've seen,that falls on management. Lastly we missed or even late in 4 years. Glad I'm not a uhaul Corporate manager to evaluate. If I was I'd remove all staff and the Management team. Lastly to charge us a full month at half month one would think be extended. Thank you for your unprofessional,courtesy with less then helpful staff.

UHaul replaced the garage doors last year. I asked to be called to witness.Twice I visited to make sure I would be notified. No call...they lost my keys & had to cut the lock. They threw all my stuff on top of each other & broke several pieces of glass from frames. NO EXCUSE !!!!!!

I choose average because I have discovered a lot of mice droppings and urine on my clothes and furniture. I had to throw them way. I suggest that they should be covered up in plastic or taped up on boxes so mice wouldn't ruin anything. But it has been safely secured for 11 years. Thanks

I’ve used storage facilities in the past & none have compared to convenience, cleanliness, & safety. Rodent problems can occur in some facilities however I found absolutely NO evidence of any existing at your facility. Thank you!

There was some rodent droppings in my unit even though there was a trap in the unit. No food was ever kept in there for what I stored. Also, they’ll charge you for a whole month after you moved out, even though you checked out on the day your monthly payment is due with plenty of free units still available. So now they’re collecting rent twice on the same unit. I will not be renting a storage unit from them from now on nor will I recommend.

Bad place to get a storage at. They have their trucks all in the way blocks off roadway so you really can’t get out. Staff was so unprofessional and rude. People never put their code in so be prepared to hear alarm going off every 5-10 minutes bad place. I would never get a storage unit from this facility again.

Goes right to call center and you wait over an hour then get someone that’s says that’s a local uhaul issue and that they’ll call the local uhaul store and then they come back and say no one at the local uhaul will answer!! Paid 104 for a unit went to pick up the items realized I needed more space was made to pay 127 for a bigger unit, then told I won't be reimbursed for the unit I paid for earlier I said ok then just give me an additional unit I was told I would have to pay again for that same unit because I was move out all this in the space of about 20 minutes I ended up paying $231 for a 5×10 unit.... wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

The unit was clean, but I was surprised that it did not have any light inside. I also was frustrated that I could not call the location directly. Finally, the posted hours said it was open until 10pm, but I could not actually access the space after 7pm. During the business week, this was really inconvenient!

The staff here are amazing and helpful! I wish I had extra money to give them a bonus, they deserve it. The only reason I did not select excellent is the security. While we have to punch in a code for security, I would put in my code and frequently when I opened my unit, the alarm would still go off. The alarm is in place, but seemed to not serve a purpose as it would go off and nothing else would occur. For the short time I was there it was okay, and I was in and out of my unit weekly, so I was able to check on my belongings. If I had to leave it there without checking in on it for a period of time, I don't know if I would have kept my belongings there.

When we reserved our truck, it wasn't available where we reserved it. We found out, after waiting on hold for 30 min., that our reservation was switched to where we reserved our storage unit. We were never informed, but the customer service representative on the phone insisted we were. I was looking at my messages; I was not. After taking care of the truck, the unit we reserved was not saved for us. The only reason we got a unit was because someone called to cancel their reservation while we were in line. Never will we go through U-Haul again.

My issue is that I couldn’t use the storage unit due to it being too small. I requested a refund, was told the GM was 99% sure I could get one but she had to check with corporate and would give me a call back the next morning. I did not receive a call back so I went in to the store but the GM was not there (surprise) even though I was told she’s be opening the store that day. I was told that storage was down nationwide so a staff wrote my name and phone number down and said she’d have the GM call me Monday morning to resolve my issue. I did not receive a call on Monday so I called the store and was on hold for 50 minutes. The representative that I spoke with entered an action claim and said someone would call me within 24-72 hours. I have not received a call but I did receive an emailed receipt showing that I was not charged for the storage unit, however I paid for it and I still have not received my refund or a call from any manager.

I enrolled in College in 2010 and during the Covid-19 I landed a job in my career in Biotechnology and worked on the Covid-19 Vaccine during the Global Pandemic of 2020-2021...... Special Shout Out to -Russell Talley thank you for understanding my situation and working with me throughout the years even though you are no longer working at the Prospect Boulevard site. I’m sure there were financial reasons for dropping the trash dumpster service but it creates unacceptable alternatives for your customers needing this service to clean up or clean out their storage area. I was certainly willing to pay for the convenience.

Everything was great. The only thing I would complain about is the parking for uhual it’s very Cluttered and you can’t get through anywhere. They need a better System for customers parking there cars. The storage was kind hard to find even with explanation when getting my unit number the guy who was at the front desk never said that there was an inside and that is where I’ll find my unit number. So better explanation would have been great.

This facility has worked with me, helped me switch units, and been generally friendly and cooperative over the 7 years I've been a customer. Only a single suggestion/complaint - the alarm that sounds when someone opens a unit without having first signed in is painfully loud and likely could lead to permanent hearing loss. Since no one on the staff responds to these alarms, there would seem to be no reason to have them so loud. Otherwise, we were very happy with the location and the service provided.

Elevator was broken on day of move out. According to staff, the elevator had broken the day before but the technicians had not been called out until that day to come fix it. The stairs do not lead easily to an exterior door, so my moving crew was stuck for an extra hour and a half carrying all of my belongings up and down the stairs and were unable to do an additional project later in the day as a result.

I had told office staff I wS moving out of my unit April 2nd. They billed me on April 3rd for another month. The unit was filled with mice turds and had chewed through multiple boxes and damaged my property. The manager there was particularly obnoxious and made no effort to return my money. If the staff remains the same, I would be sure to anyone inquiring to NEVER store their belongings there. A month later and I'm still having to throw items out, including expensive wool coats for being chewn or finding mice turds on items and throwing them away. Mice turds contain Hantavirus and the amount in my unit could cause an immune compromised individual like me serious health effects, including death

Other facilities said they had no problem if I moved out a few days after the end of month without charging me but not this one. So now not only do they get a little over $300 from me but they just turn around a re-rent the the two units I had to someone else and collect double money. Don't bother to try to work it out with them because they will say that it is out of their hands which is not true. If I'm ever in the area again I will not be using their services nor do I recommend them to anyone else.
