Dan BStaff great! She knew her stuff! Went out of way to accommodate. Equipment I got was clean, but not the unit I rented (not back yet, so chose to use this one with 164,000 miles on it). Unit needs retired, bouncy, bad suspension, questionable exhaust (leak ?), first gear slow to shift, loud ride. It was set to be sent somewhere else, and I agreed to use it for my timing’s sake. But tires good.

Tyler JJust because I made a mistake online and dropped off the U-Haul to closest place instead of place I picked it up at I was charged more than double ! Outrageous! Gal was very rude to me when I called! When I called to drop off and couldn’t get app to work, customer service rep did not tell me I was at the wrong location for drop off, being the reason app wasn’t working. Ridiculous! You should be able to drop off at closest location without a problem/ or extra charge!
Lynda AIt was as clean as you would expect, but I replied no due to the check engine light being on since before I left the lot and it just makes you a little nervous. Otherwise everything was great!

Bryce Hthe young lady was very helpful and did her best to get us out of there even though there were system problems. Also I was told the gas was full, it was not, it was down an 1/8. I brought it to full and asked for credit. I don't see where that was credited.

Emily LI showed up at 6:55 AM for the 7 AM reservation that I had. I should have been first in line, but 4 other people showed up. U-Haul employees didn’t bother to show up till 7:35/7:40 AM. I went into U-Haul at 7:40 AM and became last in line and stood around for 30 plus minutes for any help to start assisting me. The truck was fine. The auto transport had snow and ice on it and made it difficult to get my car onto it. The strapping devices were frozen or poorly maintained as the ratcheting devices were very poor and not easy to secure a car tightly! My car was loaded at this location unharmed and when I took it off the auto transport at another U-Haul location it was damaged on one side of the car. Very unhappy!!!

I even made several mistakes myself with booking and he was super stellar despite my mistakes. I would recommend their location and would give Jace a raise myself if I could! Excellent customer service from on all ends from Uhaul.
