I only use the truck for about 3 hours tops. I've noticed that there is equipment on the truck that doesn't work. The day that I was using the truck the air conditioning didn't work at all. I also brought the truck back with a full tank of gas but I left with 7/8 of a tank I actually put more fuel in that was needed but I asked if I could get a bit of a discount even though I didn't have air conditioning and I overfilled the tank which at that point I was told no. I think what was upsetting most of all was I drove less than a hundred miles to be honest with you I actually drove less than 50 miles only used the truck for three out of the 5 hours that I rented it for brought the truck back on a full tank of fuel when not needed and asked if I could get a discount on my account even though the truck didn't have air conditioning and I was giving a song and dance. To be honest with you I'm very disappointed

Incorrect recording of fuel. On pick up my contract said there was 5/16 of fuel in the tank. Actual truck reading was 1/4. I did. Not go back in the store to have them correct it. My mistake.
Robert Sroll up tailgate needs some work. It gets stuck. Requires more strength than it should to operate.

kevin jI chose to rent using U-Haul 24/7 online pickup. U-Haul indicated this store had a truck available. Arrived at 8:30 am to pick up the truck only to be told, after waiting on hold for 25 minutes with U-Haul Customer service line that there were no trucks available to be picked up via the 24/7 mobile pickup. I had to wait until the store opened at 9:00, and then was told that the store didn't make any trucks available for the 24/7 pickup. Fortunately I was just doing local moving.

However, it was disappointing that 2 U-haul locations in Peoria didn't have any packing paper in stock. How can a company that specializes in moving equipment be out of packing paper?

When I arrived to pick up the trailer, they did not have it, and had to call someone to find out where I needed to go. I did not get any communication on the change of location. I wasted a lot of time running around before I could get the trailer I reserved. Communication of a location change should have been sent to me.

She made me feel like I was bothering her, she was mumbling and not speaking clear and acted annoyed that I was even there. At one point she handed me a phone to take my picture and she had a death grip on it like I was gonna run away with it, I was trying to turn it and get the picture she wanted but she kept death gripping it sideways. Not a thank you nothing didn't even tell me where to go to get my rental I had to ask. Even though this facility is a few miles from my home I will not go back because no one should have to deal with this poor of service.

If that was going to be needed they should make that very clear when making the reservation as my contact wasn't available, my work office was closed for the weekend, I didn't have my passport with me. When I said to cancel the reservation they ended up approving. Nothing wrong with this location but the process to pickup a van took 30 minutes. I only used the van for about an hour. I spent almost as much time checking out and returning it as using it.

I then received an email telling me I needed to pay my rent Which I emailed back that I gave been out of my unit and turned in my key since September 23 as I knew the rent was due on the 24th, and I knew I could get a unit where my other things are for $40 vs $114. My unit for the $40 is a 5x10. So there was no way I was paying $114 for that tiny unit. I then got treating email to be assessed late fees on top of rent. Earlier I apparently went over on my miles was told when I returned the truck that I was good to go. Then I see where you took $40 extra besided the $31 I owed out of my checking account without notice, as I checked my emails at the time I seen you took the money out and there was none. I called and the manager said the would have it turned which it was about 10 business days later and after my automatic payments bounced due to the extra $40 that caused bounced check fees of $20 2x's and bounce check fees on my automatic payments. So taking this extra $40 ending up costing me an extra $80. So no I will only use you if I have to and nor recommend you to anyone.

We were told there was a 7x5 storage locker and it was air controlled. We were quoted 75.00. When I got there the other uhaul facility was a mile away and with the coronavirus I did not want to be going everywhere. I purchased a 12x5 unit. For 109.00 a month. This part I was very upset because we were given different info. The employees at the uhaul were very professional and nice. I would like a response as I am very angry about the inconsistent pricing and info. Your call center gives out verses the actual information that is given out.
