ricardo parraI walked in to get a tow dolly I had reserved to find all the employees on their cell phones and then they argued over who had to help me .... then when getting my tow dolly the number on the equipment and the number on my contract were different and the employee told me not to worry about that.... definitely won't be back to this location

Lewis GambleJim Miller location was ok. But I only went here because they moved my pickup spot from the Greenville location to this last minute. If the truck the customer books is not available then don’t let them CHECK IN then tell them it’s at another location less than 12 hours before pickup time. However I would rate the Greenville location negative stars for their unprofessionalism
Siyao JiThe service was excellent! I got all the help I needed. Everyone was polite and helpful. When I hooked up the trailer, I discovered my wiring harness for the lights had been damaged. The fellow that had been hooking my trailer up helped me fix and ground the wiring so that I could drive off the lot safely and legally. If not for his kindness and aid, I would have not been able to get the job I needed the trailer for done.

ZELLA SCOTTRent truck that I thought was safe. Unfortunately, it was not safe. I was injured trying to push a uhaul truck out of the middle lane of the freeway and stranded 3 hours till some man pulled truck to my apartment. Didn't finish moving 2nd load never gotta reimbursement fees back.

John DavisI must say this .your u-haul is a lot better then the other one's. Because they do Rob they customers .I have been to a few of them and they .and the next day they changed my card again .because they were saying that I didn't refill the truck .I have always refilled any truck that I rent from uhaul .yeah they have they little scams to where they scam you out your money. Yes I will definitely be coming back to your place to rent again. Because your office is about the best one I have came to .and I will be recommending your office to friends and family. Yall are the best

james adakaiI received an email from Uhaul saying I was guaranteed a 26ft truck at the DeSoto location Saturday morning at 730. Upon arriving they were clueless to my reservation and upon looking it up said it was not guaranteed and he didn't have a truck. He got me on phone with regional who found me a truck at this location which added 40 miles and $41 to my overall rental costs. More frustrating was every person I spoke with along the way could do nothing to make up for my inconvenience. Your company completely failed to meet my needs in the time and place I needed throwing my entire day behind and all I got was a shoulder shrug of can't do anything about it, not within my system. I think it's ridiculous how many systems are operating so independently of each other where communication and understanding seem to be non-existant. And then I'm receiving auto texts from several departments over and over that have no idea what's actually going on with my reservation. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company, Once I got to Jim Miller location, everything went great with rental and return. But before that was a fiasco.

Mercedes WrightThe trailer "looked" clean, but there was evidently something coated on the entire inside of the trailer that managed to get on EVERYTHING that was packed inside, including INSIDE closed boxes. The only way to describe it is like a soot/ash that settled on everything. Cleaning it off is impossible, as it has a grease-like staining to it and does not come out all the way. Absolutely worse experience I've encountered with U-Haul, as they are normally good experiences. Some furniture and clothing items are completely ruined. I have photos to show if anyone is interested (hopefully someone will reach out to try and resolve the situation).

fredrick johnsonThe truck had a bad front end and a bad transmission. It impeded my move by slowing us down tremendously. Further I took photos of the tank when picked up and returned it was a slightly less than half a tank both times but they charged me for gas. So basically I got a crappy truck and got charged for gas. The least they could have done was given me a discount or credit or something as I plan to rent another truck in the coming days. Given the experience I'm not sure we will be using for that rental.

When I spoke with the manager and showed how the mice chewed through my furniture pads he said you have insurance, just file a claim. Gave me some mouse poison and said you are the only one that complained. This piece of furniture couldn’t have been replaced. I wanted to remove my furniture but thought I’d input it somewhere else and it was damages they could say it didn’t happen at the UHaul facility.

I was already overcharged for the auto transport at the facility in Janesville, il and only refunded $60 when I was over charged over $120. Horrible experience. My storage unit had a huge hole on it and u could see outside without trying to. There was a huge rat trap and I could hear rat squealing while trying to move out and I’m TERRIFIED of Mice. Never again. I’d appreciate a refund for that last month. I didn’t expect to pay and couldn’t pay until a few days later so was charged a $15 late fee. I paid $150 and didn’t think I should have because I arrived from out of state to move out but the guy said I was one day late and it was nothing he could do. I left my things that day since I had alley been charged and just moved out yesterday.

To me she went above and beyond her duties by keeping calm, eventhough I was Stressing from not accessing the storage on Buckner because they are by appointment only; which I wasn't aware of. She found me a unit at her facility so I didn't have to worry with two locations (1- storage/1-Uhaul). She was awesome! Thank you so much for my first Uhaul experience.
