These people always have their business together. I rent from them and have a storage unit with them. They are always kicking but even when it is crazy busy. I would never deal with the 1-800 people for U-Hall again. They messed so much stucco is it cost me about twice as much money. I will definitely not be using any of their services but at the branch.

TYLER RODRIGUEZLooks like a forklift went through the floor and pierced the underside of my very expensive sofa. Somewhere between when I locked the container for pickup and when I opened at my destination. We will see how my damage claims goes. So I'd just share that the containers are sturdy but not impenetrable. I'd also share that it would be easy to break into the storage unit. There are two unlocked latches and only one latch with a lock that is attached to particle board. With all that said. U HAUL was remarkably less expensive then their competitors 3X more expensive. ALL company employees and the contracted moving vendor were just wonderful. Hats off to everyone. One last thing, almost the entire thing was managed at the U-Haul app which is super user-friendly, and updated frequently so you can actually see the status of your box at the critical points.

Sonya IngurgioI had over $13,000 of tools stolen from a locked uhaul storage unit located at 2235 W McDowell Road in Phoenix on 1/7/24 and again on 1/8/24. The video proof was destroyed by Uhaul. Uhaul did not even tell me that my storage unit was broken into. They were also allowed to somehow file Police report without me present or notified. I strongly believe this theft was an inside job, the destroying of evidence is proof of that. I will be leaving the same review on Google and contacting the local news. I am shocked that you would want my opinion, I will go out of my way to let people know the truth about U-haul. Check the records I moved here from Chicago and rented truck and trailer from Uhaul for the move, that will not ever happen again. Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luckily enough I was able to go to another U-Haul and one of the managers allowed me to use their dolly for the night in order to move my furniture to make up for this locations lack of availability. I recently got a surgery and I knew that I was not going to be able to lift any of the furnitures this is the reason why I requested the dolly.
APRIL LEEExcellent service. When I returned the rental van the attendant asked my how my rental was. I explained that the vehicle was great, but there was a loud hissing sound coming from the back of the cab when driving above a certain speed. The attendant heard my concern and immediately Went for a test drive to identify the problem. It was a great experience knowing that you listen to your customers and then pursue resolving a problem before the rental goes to the next customer. I will definitely rent here again and often

The date I reserved my unit for, they had apparently overbooked because there were a few other people there on that day the facility did not have a unit available for. Initially, the young lady at the register was trying to find another location for me to go to but I told her that wouldn't work and they needed to accommodate me since I had only reserved my unit 4mos in advance. The manager stepped in and gave me a larger unit, that did cost more, but he gave me one month free which made the cost difference balance out. After the initial rental period, I continued to use the space additional 4mos, was able to set up automatic payments, and had no problems. I have already reserved another unit for the summer.

The back door, as well needs some maintenance. It was very difficult to pull it down, and doesn’t pull smoothly.

At one point a staff member called about a possible break in to the unit as “there was no lock on the unit” after a few days I called back to get further information only to find out that it had been a mix up with no notification from anyone until I reached out. During initial move in, the corridor/floor the unit was located in was well above the indicated temperature zone. However, the problem was resolved by the time I moved out of the unit (3 months later)

Perhaps a better fit for her would be quality assurance. The facility is impressive and well maintained. It lacked policys needed beyond the daily light sweep to address build up that requires more in-depth cleaning aimed to resolve dirt build up, oil, and sticky occurrences. Mostly on the high use surfaces on carts and elevators.

No matter how short of a time you use their facilities, they will charge you for a full month. Worst of all is that it took them two months, multiple emails and half a dozen phone calls to acknowledge that I moved out. They even placed a lein against the unit I had used more than a month after I had moved out! If I could give this business a negative rating, I would have rated it -10. I have used UHAUL multiple times and had positive experiences with them. However this location has destroyed the company in my opinion. I cannot believe that the company hasn't cleared out the rubbish staff from this location. I hope no one else uses this location, because it is the worst in the entire company.

I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone and had to go there in person after submitting an online move out request just to be told it had already been approved, and I had to ask for an email confirmation. The GM also never answers their phone or email.

I am fearful of my belongings smelling and my furniture getting wrecked by the smell. There were homeless people living in the storage units, I am requesting that my uhual experience including my uhual that I used to carry my items be refunded. I will take legal action on behalf of this if I am not credited my refund and promised that the units be cleaned and prevented from homeless people living in the units, as it is illegal to do so.

Another time it seems like when I returned my truck one of the gentleman that helped me up told me that he hated his boss and the U-Haul is a terrible place to work, so I think maybe they should probably get new management or someone to help out that store because it seems like they really need it.

I was ably assisted by Alfonso, who I assumed was management due to his knowledge of his product and his professional demeanor. On a return visit to make a storage unit reservation, I was again assisted by Alfonso. From the beginning of the reservation process through the actual move-in, Alfonso has been very attentive, shown great intelligence, has been extremely professional, and is very friendly. He allowed me the time I needed to make educated decisions and was very patient with me. He made the entire experience seem effortless. Alfonso is a major asset to your organization and he should be commended for his work. The storage unit was as expected. Very clean and spacious. Plenty big for my furniture and household items.

It scratched our wood furniture and our TV. Our couch was covered with the greasy dust and we had to pay a professional to come clean it for us before moving it into our new hone. When we asked if there was an compensation for the damage to our furniture we were told "No, sorry, it's just how it is." I asked for the manager to call me the next day and I was told that he would, but no one called. We have used this facility for years as our daughter is a student at GCU and we would store her things here every summer when she came home. Very, very disappointing.
