gary CThe new manager that you guys have done there is extremely rude embarrassed the lady while I was in the store and was very rude to me and my wife no reason to be rude and mean to somebody you need to get Dave back the guy that used to manage your store he was great
steven fMike the manager was rude and can't tell time. He told me 2 hours for the installation, when I came back 2 hours later he told me another 2 hours. The technician Don was awesome. He politely explained why it took the time it did and said I shouldn't have been told 2 hours in the first place. Mike was so unprofessional that he left in frustration. Again, Don was great...Mike should not be a general manager, even though he wears a name tag that says "owner".

Michelle MEverything was great! Michael and his team were professional and friendly. The location is very clean and Michael is super organized and communicated everything about the warranty, etc. He even showed me tips to keep the hitch in good condition. Very pleased.
Carla VMPG on the rented pickup truck was poor. On the order of 10MPG over 80 miles mostly highway. Other than that, the truck was clean, well maintained and ran fine. Nice friendly personal. Rented from this facility for three separate needs in the past six months.

Richard BMike and Dave made this location the best . Not only with their thorough knowledge on equipment but their know how to work well with customers . Dave moved to another location… thankfully Mike is there still but they are a great team together . I’ve tried going there when one of them are not there and it’s a total wreck trying to rent something between the miscommunication on reservations to trying to switch my equipment on me etc it’s just not all fun if Mike isn’t there or Dave I won’t go there .
BRETT BVery friendly and efficient. No improvements needed. I was able to drop off my car dolly and come back a few hours later with the truck which was extremely helpful for my move.

Thomas PThe Manager was fantastic, but his cashier later called the police on me while I was loading my unit. She had found a wet spot on the store carpet and claimed I had peed on it. An absolute LIE !!! Please review the tapes and fire her.
DAVID M | First ImpressionsI rented a 17' truck. It was clean however the steering was not very responsive and was in need of maintenance. It was somewhat difficult to drive, at times I felt that I could not keep the vehicle in my lane. Luckily there was light traffic and no damage was done.
