My 20 foot truck was clean, but the cab smelled like someone had been smoking in it. When I got to my pick up location, I let them know that it smelt like smoke and they sprayed inside and tried to clean it, but that did not help at all. I think that you should have no smoking inside the cabs of the trucks.

The interior of the vehicle smelled like an ash tray from a smoker. If I had time I would have exchanged the van. assuming the the previous renter that smoked in it was charged, it should smell better.

REMONA R | Online Move InI have rented from this location 3 times without issue. This time around I went inside to pickup my trailer and there was no one to be found inside the store. I waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to finally come out of the back and check me out for my trailer. I was then pretty overall disappointed with the trailer i received. It was not very clean and the tie down spots on the floor were completely missing. The tie down spots on the walls were not good either as you could barely fit a small rope through them never mind the hook end of a rachet tie down. It made securing my load next to impossible. Overall I was pretty disappointed with my rental this time.

I was concerned that I could have had a blow out on any of those 3 tires. Definitely would have gotten a tire for a bald tire if I got pulled over by the police. Service was good at the facility. Poor maintenance on that piece of equipment.

Jose AMake sure your employees are doing their job, and checking to see how much gas is actually in the trucks before putting a request amount to bring the truck back with. Or make sure your employees mention that it is possible that the truck might not be at the required amount before pulling off. It is not the customers job to ensure adequate information is being presented, us as customer expect to be informed properly by customer service reps who are supposed to be knowledgeable and willing to help.

When I was reserving the storage facility I told the customer representative I needed something for a 1-2 bedroom size storage unit she advised me this size would’ve been enough. When I got to the facility they had no elevator or ramp and we had to go down stairs with our items. This was not disclosed neither over the phone or at the facility before being taken to the unit. When I saw the unit it was very small and couldn’t fit nothing the size a one bedroom could fit. I am so upset and disappointed because now I am being charged $180.00 for a unit that cannot fit what I need it to and now I need more storage and basically has to spend more money to fit my bed and dresser. I would honestly like this to get a bigger facility because this feels like a rip off at this point. The employees were friendly but the service did not meet my expectations definitely would not recommend!

If proper maintenance was taken, my items would not of been destroyed.
