I requested blankets for my rental (order the rental at least a week ahead or so). 1. I was told on the morning of the rental (i was flying into the city to pickup it up) that the blankets were not available anymore. I had no time to request another place, very short notice. UHaul had plenty of time to get the blankets for me. So I would appreciate some kind of customer credit for my rental unit, so other people don't have to go thru this. 2. Fuel tank was not full, had to get gas myself. 3. Place was robbed several times per the manager telling me as well. I would like to see better security at the facility, maybe barb wire fence and alarms.

Receive a phone call 24hours before picking up the truck telling me they don't have the truck I booked and that I can drive an extra 10 miles to get a different Truck or take a smaller truck from their location with no discount. Finally arrive at the location to pick up the alternative truck and they tell me I can't drop off at the location I reserved but instead must drive further to an alternative drop off. waste of time waste of money. Recommend utilizing any other platform!

Went to pickup my trailer with reservation and when I got to the location was told it was not there and that I had to go to a different location. I asked why no one contacted me before getting there and they all just collectively shrugged and didn't have an answer, including management. I didn't want to drive that far so I asked for something they did have and they tried to verify my ID but my phone had no internet service in the location I was at. Asked if we could use a different way or use the wi-fi or even their phone but they said they could not do it and didn't have any other suggestions or solutions. Manager was just sitting listening and seeing the whole interaction and did nothing to help. Just sat there with his snack. I will never go back to this location or U-haul again and I will try and tell as many people as possible to never use this location or U-haul ever, for anything. I will write to as many reviews sites as I can find to post my interaction with them and how they are absolutely useless to work with or engage with.
Tac LeeThere’s absolutely no communication with the customer during the pick up or if there are drop off issues. Charges are being made without explanation and money is being taken out without warning. There wasn’t even a call to get verification or to discuss the situation. The pick up place was sketchy and didn’t even have anybody at the location, I had to wait 20 minutes before the lady even got there. There were multiple USPS stickers on the door that showed that there wasn’t anybody there. There was also three phone numbers on the door that stated if one of them doesn’t answer to the next number. And then after waiting for her to get there, I had to do the extra reservation steps for 15 additional minutes which made me late to my Key pick up and apartment move-in; Which costed me more money with my apartments to push back the move-in date because of this. I purposely scheduled everything to be an hour in advance and U-Haul messed that up. Additionally, the U-Haul was given to me on E, which in no way was adequate enough to ensure that I would be Able to get to my next location. Which again was more money for me to pay. Now I’m being charged with $235, and a $300 hold on my account for damages that I didn’t do. And if there were damages that were against my control, I would not be surprised for the horrible service Location that I picked it up from to have been the cause of it. The so-called damage stated that apparently an entire mirror was missing. I took pictures and videos before and after the service. If there was a mirror missing, I wouldn’t of felt comfortable enough to even drive that big of a truck from inland Empire to Anaheim, let alone at night time. Pictures were submitted showing that the mirror was fine. Again, if there was an issue with the mirror, I’m sure it was the location. I picked it up from or the sketchy place I dropped it off at.

Scott WernerThe location could use more parking spots for its customers to switch out from their personal to the rental. I understand that sometimes people can get dropped off and all. But not everyone has someone that can drop the person picking up off. I think even a "LOAD AND UNLOAD" spot would be helpful. I use this service for transporting from one storage to another, and sometimes I get items that I need to take home. I had to park my car in the spot where they park the vans and move my moving equipment from the van to the trunk of my car and hope I don't get blocked in from a patron getting propane. But honestly this location is doing a great job with what they have. The staff has always been 100% helpful and courtesy. My suggestion is something that I noticed from my visits trying to find a spot to park in the neighborhood and moving items between vehicles.

One of the chain links that is tied around the car frame was hooked to the dolly end to end. The chain link was also twisted and tense, so I could not unhook it from the dolly to wrap on the car frame. I used an extra strap to tie the frame with the chain. Overall small issue, still happy with the service.
