I always have a great experience with this location and the guy who works there is very helpful. I had a misunderstanding this time. I got charged for 2 days but it was solved and thankyou for solving my problem.

Tasha JohnsonI updated the reservation a few days ago to remove safemove, they still charged me the money. I filled the gas up to 3/8 but they still charged me extra for gas. They changed my reservation an hour before the pickup time, I booked it two weeks in advance and they didn’t have the decency to call and change the reservation at least a day before. The guy at the counter was extremely racist. When I called to ask the extra charges, he was extremely rude.

bhagwant Tiwanawhile check out i selected gas/oil level value wrong and got charged. In fact i filled gas and it was slightly above as compare to when i picked up the truck, there was a picture attached and person who did inspection next morning could have seen the gauge value and made correction and refund the amount charged but no one did the due diligence.

Gentle man in the counter he clicked Him self...oops sorry, even there is no computer system. Old chap did everything in his phone.. So my experience was very poor.

Renato PalumboThe merchant dealer added CWD without my consent, authorisation or any information beforehand about it. After all this, I have concluded that getting a U-HAUL was not a fair deal. It's good that your customers are informed beforehand about hidden charges, if any. My major concern here becomes that I had made sure I haven't selected the CWD while making the online booking. Upon asking the merchant dealer he refused adding the CWD, on the other hand, the customer care confirmed the merchant dealer adding the CWD. It would be good that the company and it's employees are on the same page when it comes to sharing information.

TARAMAGNANAM saravanamuthuYou should only charge the rental fee for the truck once. For example I was late to drop off my truck but still I was under the 24 hour mark. Your rental fee especially for the equipment should be for 24hours or only charged one time. Any other way feels like your ripping people off. Or be clearer about fees that apply when late or when they apply so people can prepare rather than getting a couple hundred dollar bill they didn’t expect. Also your staff should clarify late fees or extra rental fees when questions are asked.

GAGANDEEP ARORASeal the truck from leaks! Our mattress is wet damp and unsure if useable! Usually I have a great experience but this one cost us greatly. Also I made sure I unselected insurance coverage but somehow it is there as a $16 charge. I never select insurance in any of my rentals but I know you guys default as covered so I may have missed it.

CALVIN L DOUGLASI rented U-Haul so many times and always had a good experience but not from this 27 Edvac Dr, Brampton location. He charged me for a service I never asked for, overcharged me, and was unfriendly and rude. Vehicle was very dirty. I wouldn't go to this location again. Please don't go to 27 Edvac location, you will regret later. The man we dealt with was an older, white male, heavy set with a grey beard. I wish U-Haul would talk to this man, he's very unprofessional and has so many bad reviews.
