The whole experience was poor. When I arrived to pick up the truck I made a reservation for, I was told it was in Nampa (20 miles away). The online check in was a waste of my time because I had to do it all again after waiting in line for 20 minutes . I was given a larger vehicle for the same price that was filthy and it had to have the mirror repaired before I could take it. Meanwhile, another dealership down the road called and asked if I was coming to pick up my reserved truck. I went to the correct dealer at the correct time according to my confirmation email. I don't understand how I could make the reservation, do the online check in, put in my credit card information, get a confirmation email and then show up and absolutely nothing is right.Mark T.

The only problem I had with it was I ordered it from Caldwell boulevard and then the morning I was picking it up I got a call telling me I had to go to Federal Way to pick it up and I'm coming from Caldwell To go all that way to Federal Way to pick it up and back to Caldwell again to load it to head to twin falls then charged me for going over the miles when they had me go 57 miles out of my way to pick up a truck That was crappyKaren G.
The Truck was filthy, so filthy after driving it my hands were black. There was a ton of dirt on the dash board. It clearly needed some attention. The gas tank was empty, I wasn't so sure that it would make it to a gas station. So my 2 big recommendations are clean the trucks, and put fuel in them.Matthew S.

The only reason I put equipment not clean is because when we opened the back of the truck is smelled heavily of Pot. I feel they should open the back once a truck is dropped off. They did give us another truck.Tershia C.

Easy location to get to. Large lot makes it easy for all size trucks to get into and maneuver around without issue. Took maybe 10 minutes at most to get checked in, hooked up and on our way.Ben P.

From the gentleman from customer service who helped my on phone to the gentleman who helped at Two Tails LLC my experience was great! The only thing that could have been a little better was the online booking. Could you please make it easier to sort by availability. The website will say limited availability and lets you schedule a pickup time but then has a box saying that you know it isn't available and you agree for a representative to call you. It would have helped me so much if the website listed as unavailable and I could have just sorted by available or not available.Sharon C.

Not a thing! This place is the reason you are still in business in Boise. If you relied on Orchard and Garden city locations, I suspect they would run off more customers than they bring in. Ungrateful for the business and short rude attitude with my daughter who had no idea what to do. They werent very helpful or clear about anything with her.James C.

While the truck was new, the facility gave me a broken dolly, which one of the employees put in the truck before I had a chance to inspect it. This made the moving much harder than it had to be. I was surprised by this. The shop also did not provide a secure place to drop keys after hours. The box they specified was not lockable, and anyone could have taken the keys and the vehicle and it would be on me. I would hope that I am not treated this badly should I choose to rent from this facility again.Tim M.

Put fuel in the vehicle and of you insist on no contact, don't make it so freaking inconvenient....and maybe include the dollies we rented. The whole reservation was screwed up and after many calls it was obvious that Uhaul doesn't care.Becky L.
Don't send these emails at 3:00am in the morning!!! Send them during business hours. My phone is on 24/7 for my work and usually when I get those emails at that time means I have an emergency that I have to deal with. GraciasDavid M.
Something happened to the trailer the day of pickup. It was not there. For whatever reason; stolen most likely, but the owner tried to make it right with me; hey, it wasn't my fault. Instead of an open flat bed with tailgate I got an enclosed truck which was great except I needed to move a very heavy wood cook stove and a claw foot cast iron tub. So, I paid more than I wanted to and worked harder than I expected but,,,,,come on, it was a fair deal. He did the best he could trying to remedy an unfortunate dilemma and I didn't whack my back out at 70 years old!! Fair is fair and I feel he is a decent person and did what he could inspite of the embarrassment and loss.Raylene K.
