Michael BWebsite is a little difficult to navigate and select precisely what is wanted to rent and the pickup dropoff times seem to populate themselves with the wrong times.

I have been using this location multiple times and they have been great to me always. Their vehicles are always neat and the staff have been honest with me about the measurements of the gas tank. The equipments are always clean and well maintained. I recommend this location to all.

jennifer hClean your cars interior always, especially the non-leather seats. The van I used was really dirty inside with a terrible smell coming out of the chairs. I had to drive with the window shields down all the way. It was an awful experience driving around town.

Mark Jthe return process was horrible. each time i tried to take photos it would say it couldnt process it . the app wouldnt load for me to even do the return process. the concept is great but when it doesnt work its a pain. i was unable to complete my return after trying several times and then it showed i had nothing no past or upcoming so i had no choice but just to leave the key in the drop box and hope for the best
Christopher CNot only I had to pay extra since the app didn't let me return the truck therefore paying the fee for having check in the morning. I called support letting them know about the issue and the employee could only tell me that she can't help me bc I don't have the keys even after explaining that I already follow all the steps and that's why I don't have the key anymore. Besides that I was forced to download the stupid app and I couldn't make the reservation through it anyways. I am definitely not using uhaul ever again and I will let all my friends and family know about this experience.

David WThe location is good. The customer service is great. Trucks are always available and greatly maintained. It didn’t take me a long time to wait for the truck. However, the position of the after work return key box is too low to be seen at night and should be closer to the building in the light. The overall service was great. I recommend the service representative. Thanks.

William HI tried to rent a motorcycle specific trailer, it wasn't returned in time so they were going to give me a cargo trailer with a wheel chock. They had one in stock, but some guy was going to trailer his bike somewhere, so they gave me a 5x9 cargo trailer without a chock to tow behind a Subaru. That's a lot of trailer to tow behind a Subaru. Long story short, I reserved it for two days but needed it one day. He only charged me for one day. Not happy with the trailer at all, but the dealer did everything he could to make things work. Next time, I'll just have to insist that they get a motorcycle trailer for me I guess...

maria oThe vehicle needs to be cleaned inside and out. Needed to be vacuumed and it smelled like smoke.
Patty CThe only adjustment would be that the trailer not be back up against a curb when parked. It made connecting it to my vehicle challenging. Maybe a block holding the trailer hitch off the ground or something too. The staff was just fantastic to work with and the trailer worked perfectly.
Matthew LI would not use this location because the mileage in and out was not correct. It calculated 40 miles however I may have used 15 miles. I called to challenge the charge, the representative said he would check and call me. I did not get a return call, I called the next day and was told the mileage was correct. I could not prove otherwise. He told me to call the 1-800 and I could maybe get a coupon or discount for a future order. I am using this platform to express my concern. The location representative eventually offered me a discount on gas if I rent there again. Lesson learned- take pictures of mileage before, in between stops and return. Calculate mileage yourself and map your mileage to make sure everything matches. Mileage didn’t match
