Jennifer was a great help to myself and my partner!! Despite the sign on the door saying “gone to lunch”, she STILL accommodated us immediately, without wait too! She also thoroughly explained everything and answered all of our questions, and we asked a lot!! We HIGHLY recommend Jennifer and this location at Trail Tree in Kingwood!!!!

It was awesome, I’d recommend this location over any of the others. Friendly, responsive and open late! Helped hooked up the trailer and also helped me parked it. Walked me through the whole process by the end I was CDL certified (LOL) thanks again!

Maybe just get rid of that location altogether. Super unprofessional. It didn't even feel like a business. It felt more like a front and from start to finish no one did what they said they were going to do and I lost precious resources as a result.

I called to confirm what time they closed, brought the truck before that time but they’d closed early for some reason. I left the keys and called and they charged me an after hours fee. There were also two of my personal blankets there and they only claimed the 6 on the receipt and kept mine and charged me a cleaning fee. They also put on the receipt that I turned in 2 utility Dollie’s but one was an appliance dolly. Fees on top of fees and they didn’t even stay open. It’s located at someone’s house and is hard to find. I saw a guy who lived there drive up in his car as I was parking the Uhaul and purposely close and lock the gate early, he saw me and kept going. It’s as if they wanted to trap me into paying the fee. Would not recommend based on location (residential house with narrow streets), the purposely closing early and then charging me a fee, keeping my personal items but claiming differently on the receipt, and overall experience with the rental return it was tough finding a place to park a 26’ truck that was safe and out of the street.

I came in with an issue and Jennifer really went out of her way to help me. She even stood in the hot Texas sun and explained the process. After arriving a little angry, I was able to leave completely satisfied and with an extremely favorable opinion. Thank you again for all your help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. For one, this is a HOUSE, not a business. Sketchy as heck! There is no where to back a trailer in and get turned around. Before returning the trailer, we looked up the address and seen it was someone’s house so we called multiple times to make sure it was the correct drop off location. No one answers the phone. We called the Uhaul down the road that’s actually a real business and they said to just drop it off there but when we got to that location they said we couldn’t leave it there and had to go to the authorized dealer / house. Got to the location, no one answered the door and a German shepherd came running and jumped over the gate. Finally, a woman came out of the house and told us to back the trailer in. After trying multiple times, there is not enough space in the yard to get it in the place she wanted it, so we unhooked it from the vehicle and left it in her driveway and she said “I’ll get it” and we left. Rude, sketchy, and the worst place ever for Uhaul trailers and trucks to be. I will never use Uhaul again, and I am a long time customer- have spent thousands with Uhaul. This was the final straw for me as I was charged over $1,000 to rent this trailer anyway - was charged $400 to take it from Iowa to Colorado and then had to change the destination to Texas and they charged me another $600 & I only had the trailer 5 days. Uhaul, you have really gone downhill.

Directions to call when arrived in Kingwood. Called 2x no answer. Only instructions on where to park were from return website. Couldnt find final acknowledgement van returned on website.

When I dropped my keys off there was a child there no more then 10 all alone who got the truck keys and said okay you are good to go. A hour later I received a attempt on my card from uhaul stating I owed 58 for fuel. I called the location serveral times no answer. When I picked the truck up it had 44 miles when I dropped it off it had 76 miles. Two days later I get a text from Jennifer Johnson asking do I need an extension I immediately called the number and explained I gave the keys to a child she laughed and apologized stating that was her daughter she she told her daughter never to do that again. I questioned her about the charges she then apologized again and sent me a receipt stating balance was 0. This was the worse uhaul experience ever and I always use this company to move but never again.

Was just a little shocked that this was a business, at a residence, at a dead end road. Wasn’t professional looking and owner had to be woken up to come accept the truck with no shirt on?? It made me feel uncomfortable to leave something there that I had rented.
