Dashanae CMaybe reconsider some of your Office Staff. I come Southwest Vegas because service was superb in January. What happened? I would never come again or recommend your business as long as that person is there. VERY unprofessional!!
lisa tClean the side-view mirrors and windshield. Check the tire pressure before deployment. Install Bluetooth and interior lighting. There was also a draft of air coming in the car and Im not sure where it came from.

Angela DMs. Felicia is a very accommodating, nice and helpful. We need more Representatives like her. She deserves a Pay Raise or a Promotion. Place a Restroom with Toilet Paper Towels inside the Storage area because after working hours. The office is closed and we the Customers have no access to the office.

Joshua SDropped off the truck at 11:20am and no one was there. I was very upset. I called and to no avail. Called later to complain to the scheduling Las Vegas location and it took over 25 minutes with no luck. They tried to get a hold of the manager and I gave up holding. I had a dolly and blankets that I hoped would not get stolen because no one was there to confirm I dropped the truck off. A place like this should be open during the day to help customers like me. Even though the experience of driving and picking up the truck was great, this experience was awful and now this is what I remember the most.

MICHAEL VI would not recommend using this location. I dropped off a cargo trailer after hours, as it said on their website, was available for 24 hour drop off. My credit card was charged $165 on top of the $85 I paid...for a cargo trailer! They decided I should pay $40 for insurance when I previously declined it, along with a drop off fee and other additional charges that were not in my contract. They told me to call someone else to rectify issue and still have not called me back. I would avoid this location.

MARIKO CFelicia was absolutely great. Felicia was courteous, friendly, very informative, extremely well spoken, very knowledgable and thorough. This experience was on the phone. When I arrived at the pick up location I found Felicia to be the example that others should seek to replicate in being that impressive employee tbat seeks to ensure the satisfaction of customers. Felicia looked at me when speaking, paused before speaking, spoke clearly, allowed me to conclude my thought or point of view before beginning her response, expressed confidence, appeared well dressed for her job, was patient, took and made an extra effort for me and would have easily taken the extra second or extra minute to ensure clarity and understanding. I know customer service very, very well and some skills are simply not taught and instilled into today's employees like the old days or the past generation. Whether her people skills are a result of the method her family raised her, a teacher impressed upon her, exceptional training in her or for her current job, perhaps a religious impression to treat other as one wishes to be treated and/or perhaps this is dedication to her way of life and treating others, perhaps all of the above. Her patience, her time while interacting with customers, and her effort is to be commended. In concluding my thoughts in this review, I wish to express my gratitude to her and U-Haul for her customer service approach with me yesterday. Whether this is a result of her up-bringing, her education, her religious approach to life in general and/or her dedication to her work, I was so impressed that I find myself leaving a lengthy and timely submission in this review. Felicia is the example other's should seek to replicate in being that impressive employee that aims to ensure the satisfaction of customers. Never tbe less, approaching others in this fashion is what Martin Luther King Jr. was most certainly attempting to express to the world in his words of... judging others for the content of their character and the color of their skin. For the record, I am Hispanic and Felicia is African American. More important, we are both living and breathing human beings, with feelings and mutual respect.
