Checking in on line made a difference. However when it is a convenient store you have to deal withe the other customers who come in for coffee or other things, which creates a line anyway.

You need to have a customer service person who knows what customer service is about. This person was rude, didn't know how to speak or clearly answer questions and brought out a broom and rudely said sweep out the truck. Which we didn't do because the business card was from someone else and she made a snippy comment about that. We moved a sofa only, the truck was in the same condition that we received it except we wiped down the inside before driving because the seat was dirty and cleaned the steering wheel. She was the only one there and appeared to be more agitated when other people came in.

Easy location. The cab of the van was filthy but I was only using for two hours. The gas station is overrun with litter ... so not a pleasant place to go. But the clerk was friendly and helpful.

The attendants were very rude and unhelpful. I felt rushed and unwanted there. I couldn't even get parked before I had a woman come up demanding to get out of her way so she can take pictures and take the keys. When I was done doing online check out, I was about to leave, but was then told by an arrogant man that I had to bring the rental equipment back inside or else I would be charged a huge fee! The app told me to leave it in the truck. Whatever, I wasn't going to argue with him. I make a trip back and grab the stuff to bring in. Struggling with the door, both employees are just standing there watching me struggle. Very dissatisfied with the quality of customer service and attitudes.

Awesome! The trucks are nice and the people were great and the hours are convenient. I love having the gas station onsite. This is the 3rd time I have used them this year. All 3 rentals were cool.

I retuned the truck cleaner then I found it with more or equal gas. They charged me $50 when I returned the equipment. Not sure for what they charged. Staff was very rude and not very helpful.

I won't use this location again. I reserved the van for 24 hours at 10 AM and when I confirmed the contract, was expected to return it at 7 AM. Other issues also. We just felt we were taken advantage of.

Customer service. When I intially got the truck it took almost 30 mins for me to get the keys and leave. I booked the truck for 4 hours but just like any moving job you tend to run over. One of the employees called me and told me my truck was due by 1. I apologize and said that I need it a couple more hours because we were still moving. The representative then began to tell me bring it back because her reputation is on the line with another customer. I advised her to charge my card because I have stuff still on the truck. She then told me to bring it back at 3:45... I told her that I would try... she then told me I HAD to bring it back. Again I reminded her there was things on the truck and I'm willing to be charged. Her tone was curt, she was inconsiderate and didn't allow for any error from the customer. Things happen in business and I'm not excusing the fact that my time ran over it was the response and how I was spoken to.

The site was unaware of which truck the keys belonged to that I was given. This was an inconvenience after dealing with the Mobile Pickup process as the truck was in a different lot.

Took a very long time to get our rental & to return the vehicle even though we had done much of check in on line. We weren't told which truck we were renting so we had to walk through them all to find it. Upon returning our rental, my husband was asked to move trucks around because other renters hadn't parked their returns in the correct location.

Attendant wanted me to re-park vehicle in parking spot that was not large enough for the vehicle. He couldn't understand why I didn't want to do it. Seemed like he just didn't want to move the trucks to make room. There also wasn't an indicated area to park the vehicle, I guessed based on the locations of other vehicles but must have guessed wrong because they asked me to move.

The backup person is unsure on how to handle truck rentals. After ~1/2 hour I was told that I could leave and the manager would take care of my checkout the next morning, which they did. Check in with the manager was fine.

The drop off location was staffed with one individual manning a counter in a gas station who spoke poor English, and could not check us in because he was waiting on customers buying soft drinks and snacks. We received a receipt for only one of the two trucks we rented.

The employee there for drop off was incredibly rude to my mother (who returned the vehicle). My mom did not want to get back in the van after the woman did the inspection (because it had not been sanitized and my mom is high risk for coronavirus). The female employee was rude and threatened various charges if my mom did not get back in the vehicle to move it 30 feet to the gas pump. This was absolutely unacceptable. Please train your employees on safety surrounding coronavirus.

Allow the young man working there with the lady more experiences completing truck pick ups. He almost got it but because he”s inexperienced he can become frustrated with problem solving and give up. He told me he could not fix the problem in the system and gave me my bank card back and proceeded to work on the next customer. I choose to wait patiently for the lady to return from her break because I really needed the van. He”s almost there, I'm sure he”s sent customers away before without trying to resolve the issue first. He needs more opportunities to develop, learn the system and patience during difficult times. A quick and simple fix! ??

The worst experience I've ever had renting a vehicle. My card was charged for someone elses rental and I was charged a 2nd time the incorrect amount. I now have over $160 worth of incorrect charges applied to my card and am in the process of disputing the charges with Uhaul corporate. A complete mess.
